Excellent customer service!!! Entire staff is friendly and makes you feel welcomed!!

We booked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle, but the shuttle drove us everywhere -- to lunch, to dinner, to a sightseeing destination. We've never had such great shuttle service.

Had a wonderful nights sleep here. We stopped while traveling through. The hotel was a bit pricey. However, very comfy. Staff was very very nice. Breakfast was minimal but fine.Would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel during our Christmas travel to AZ. the building is in acceptable condition and has very corteous staff in all areas (registration, room service, restaurant). Full breakfast included. Location near downtown and expressway (!H-10) is perfect for those passing by or staying in the city for business.

At the check in, the lady was not very friendly. The rooms were ok, the hotel seems to be a little old already. At breakfast the lady from the hotel was very rude. The breakfast buffet was empty, it was not refilled and 5 minutes prior 0930, she was running between breakfast tables and was announcing 5 minutes to go for breakfast. i have to give kudos to the front desk personnel --- so welcoming and sooo helpful i give them 5 stars for that alone room was comfortable enough location was good for what i needed and I was only there one night breakfast was a surprise--lots of variety and well attended only negative i have is carpeting in halls very stained otherwise a good one night […] business stay 더 보기

I get the impression that this is an older hotel that has been upgraded to be a Holiday Inn Express. So the trim and the carpet in the hallways give a not-so-great impression. The rooms, however, are just fine in that way that inspires confidence in their cleanliness. It was just what I needed for an overnight when performing in Downtown El Paso.

Excellent customer service and location. Typical renovated hotel with all the quirks - my AC was acceptable, elevators were beat up and awkward, carpet aged and needs replaced.

My stay at the Holiday Inn El Paso Central was a good experience. I had to attend to an event in the city and this hotel was a lot cheaper than the other hotel where the event was held and it was only two blocks away. The location is perfect is right down town El Paso, the prices a reasonable and the rooms where good. It was really clean, enough space […] and had a nice desk where I was able to work. The desk staff were very courteous and helpful. Our room was comfortable, yet a little on the dark side. The location of the hotel is downtown, so the neighborhood isn't the best and we were worried about leaving our vehicle parked in their lot over night. Nothing happened, but the worry was there. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Access to I-10 East was very fast and easy.

The tub amd potty room is a bit small, other than that the room was quite comfy. The king size bed was confortable. Everything worked properly and the facility is quite unique and beautiful. There is a restaurant and a cozy bar. Parking is very convenient. We loved staying there and we will return. This hotel was perfect for Halloween night in Downtown El Paso. It was convenient and very comfortable after a good night out. Will definately consider coming here again.

Nice hotel, nice location, but the bathrooms need some updating and the A/C needs to be recharged. You can find a nicer hotel to stay at for the money.

Our stay was nice. The staff was very friendly. The parking was very limited, so we had difficulty finding parking late at night. The shuttle driver did offer to take us to a place to eat late at night. The swimming pool was small, but the water was comfortable.

My boyrfriend and I had a great experience at this hotel and would reccomend it to our friends or consider it for another night's stay.

We were looking for someplace to stay during a long cross country road trip and the HI Express Central was perfect. Close to highway, easy parking, great service from staff and clean rooms. The only down side was not a lot to eat for dinner as downtown seems to die off after 5 PM but we managed. I would recommend to someone passing though town.

Nice friendly staff. Great Breakfast and the rate was very reasonable. No restaurant in the hotel but only about a 4 bloc walk to downtown. Plenty of free parking and convenient to the Interstate.

The hotel staff helped out on every request during my stay. I used this hotel for post operative stay, and the cleanliness everywhere was outstanding.
