메리어트 시드니하버 (Marriott Sydney Harbour) - 시드니

공항에서 지하철로 편하게 갈 수 있고 대략 20~30분 정도면 circular qauy 역까지 갈 수 있었던 것 같습니다. circular qauy 역에서 도보로 5분도 안걸려서 호텔까지 갈 수 있습니다. 역에는 페리 선착장도 있어서 교통이 정말 편합니다. 호텔 그라운드에는 인터넷과 프린팅을 할 수 있는 룸도 공짜로 이용 가능하고 신혼여행이라고 하니 맥주와 음료 두 잔을 무료로 마실 수 있는 쿠폰을 주더군요. 그라운드 바에서 먹었는데 괜찮습니다. 27층에서 머물렀는데 앞에 바다도 보이고 전망이 꽤 좋았습니다. 서비스도 아주 좋고 깔끔하고 친절하고 무엇보다 아내가 무척이나 만족해 했습니다. 가기 전엔 괜찮을까 불안했는데 이정도면 […] 잘 갔다왔다고 생각이 드네요. 공간이 생각보다 좁은거 말고는 모두 좋습니다. 그렇게 좁은 것도 아니고 둘이 여독을 풀고 낭만을 즐기기엔 충분히 넓었습니다. 수영장도 스파도 무료 이용할 수 있었습니다. 아주 좋았어요~ ^^ 더 보기

호텔의일화를 소개합니다. 체크아웃 당일 웨이크업 콜을 아침 5시에 요청해 놓고 잤는데 어김없이 아침 5시에 전화가 울려서 받고 끊었습니다. 잠시 후 노크가 똑똑 모두 옆방 노크로 착각하고 있는데, 2-3분후 마스터키로 문을 열고 직원이 들어오려고합니다. 그래서 놀래서 모두 일어났습니다. 여행을 많이 했지만 이런 경험은 처음입니다. 이정도로 책임감 있는 서비스를 제공합니다. 카운터에서 일하시는 포터와 안내하시는 분들도 너무 친절합니다. 마지막으로 도착하는 날 우리가 더블베드 2개가 있는 룸을 예약했으나, 호주 데이와 겹쳐 킹베드 1개인 룸으로 제공된 것이 옥에 티인 것으로 아쉬운 부분입니다.

메리어트라는 브랜드를 생각하고 숙박을 했으나, 시설이 기대에 크게 못미쳤습니다. 객실은 그야말로 딱 있을것만 있는 수준이구요. 욕실은 욕조도 없고 샤워기도 고정돼있는 스타일이라 이용이 편하진 않았습니다. 또, 샤워가운 및 슬리퍼도 비치되어 있지 않아 프론트에 따로 얘기하고서야 받을 수 있었습니다. 우리나라로 치면 그냥 1급 호텔 수준...

Great hotel, very clean, great facilities, location is fantastic, with train to/from airport close by, and ferry to most of Sydney, e.g. Toronga Zoo. I was very disappointed with check-in/out, for a up-market hotel, I waited 10-15 minutes. Staff are not skilled in hospitality as other hotels are. Other than check-in/out, was pretty good.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable room, centrally located to shopping, public transport and tourist sites, will stay again.

We chose the hotel for its loation as we were only in Sydney for the night. Minutes away from the train staion and the Opera House, where we had a concert to attend. We had our meals delivered to our room and it was superb. A coffee at the hotel bar in the night was a little expensive but delicious and then a gorgeous comfy king sized bed made for a […] great night sleep. We were close to the harbor and Circular Quay -- just 1 block. Bus stops were close by. Pub at the rear of the hotel was great but closed on weekends. The room was small but we had everything we needed.

The hotel is located right in the city centre. The rooms are not the biggest but good enough.

I arrived to this hotel at 11am, the receptionist told me that I had to wait 2 hours for arranging 2 rooms for my whole family (booked 1 month ago), but when I came back at 2pm, there was only 1 room, another one was only available after 5pm and that room in other corridor! I did not use anything in minibar but they still try to charged me some.

We arrived at 4:30 pm after confirming that our room would be ready at 3pm. My husband was very unwell.....need for a rest before wedding reception. We were told to wait, so 15 minutes later inquired again, and were told it could be 1 hour!! After complaining we were offered another room with a different view. We accepted as we were desperate. I loved this hotel. The spa, pool and sauna were the cleanest I have seen anywhere. The staff were very friendly. Room service great. I will stay at Marriott again. Much better than my Sharaton experience.

Hard a wonderful stay at the Harbor Marriott which is convenient to most of the downtown attractions. Our room was ready for us on Sunday morning as we got off the long flight from LAX. Room was very comfortable and we loved the bath with its separate tub and shower enclosure. The hotel is smart, clean and comfortable, with the standard-sized room looking brand new, and with a partial view of the Harbour Bridge. The lobby is spacious and bright. The street is quiet. This hotel should not be confused with the Sydnay Marriott, which is not in the same neighbourhood.

We stayed here for a concert at the Opera House on a Saturday night.. it was such a nice feeling to know there would be no long trek home after the concert on a late saturday night, it felt like a 2 min walk back to the hotel! To make it even better the room was so comfy and spacious - was a nice way to end a perfect night.. Only feedback for Marriot […] would be, the girl who checked us in, did not tell us what floor our room was on, and being a couple who do not stay in hotels often we were a bit lost, however we had fun going from floor to floor trying to find the room! I received a severe food poisoning in this hotel. 5 days after I still suffer.... I do not recommend to eat at the hotel.

We arrived in the morning and expected to have to wait for the room, but they let us in which was really a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was a great experience...and location, location, location !!! We will definitely stay again

The Marriott Sydney Harbour is in a very convenient location. Our room was very nicely appointed and beautifully situated with a great view of the harbour. It is close to Circular Quay and access to the ferries and also bus and train transport. We will certainly stay here again.

Check-in time of 3:00 pm was not followed when we arrived. We checked in at 2:30, hoping to get in earlier, they said the room is not ready and we have to wait for an hour, we waited, at 3:45 they have not called us so I approach again the reception and they have forgotten about it. apologies accepted, but for a very late check-in and check-out required […] at 11 am, is not even a day stay at the hotel. 더 보기

Lovely weekend getaway. Adjacent to Sydney Harbour and close to ferry rides, Opera House and historic Rocks area, and weekend markets. Staff polite and friendly. Room service meal delicious and delightful desserts.

This 5 star hotel lived up to its rating. The room was beautiful, well equipped, and clean. The location was perfect to tour Sydney Harbor, the Rocks, and the Opera House. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful in every regard.

I was very dissapointed with my stay at this hotel, i expected really good service and staff and instead i got unfriendly, unhelpful staff, lots of small changes to be made in my hotel room, no responses from management when I called, and in general, just really bad value for money The only positive here is the location, and they kinda fudge around […] the fact that the room faces the opera house. The entire hotel faces the street, and they sold me a room with the view where I had to look sideways out the window at a certain angle to see the opera house. Very easy to get to via car & valet parking service was prompt & courteous. All staff were very helpful & even though the website did not notify them of 3 people the staff found a solution within minutes. The location was brilliant & we loved our first experience with the Marriott group. Highly recommend this to all!!!

This is a good hotel but watch out as they are renovating and the first day I arrived, jet lagged and ready for a nap was, and I quote; "Jackhammer day!" No chance of sleeping until after 5:30 once they had finished for the day. I don't know how long they will be doing this but I suggest you ask. Excellent hotel with very good service.

The Marriott was everything we expected in a 5-star hotel, but at a reasonable price. The location is within an easy walk of Circular Quay and with a convenience store directly opposite. Helpful, friendly staff. Quiet, comfortable room. Highly recommended.
