하얏트 리젠시 버펄로 (Hyatt Regency Buffalo / Hotel and Conference Center) - 버팔로

The bar was closed for private function and I was told to find one downtown until the steak house opened. Pool ice cold and valet accused me of not paying- had to go back to the front desk to prove. Would never stay here again.

The room and the view were great, very friendly staff .however everything in the hotel was a bit over priced. Like the bar and room service. Staff was excellent. Were offered water as soon as we were in the lobby. There was a chocolate fountain upon arrival. Room was very nice. Only issue was a 'beeping' during the night..dorrs of train outside hotel?

We used this as a romantic getaway. Hotel was renovated, but the bed was bad... we both ended up with sore backs and shoulders... time to replace mattresses. Otherwise, a good hotel.

The hotel itself was beautiful. It was in walking distance to a lot of great bars and they are also right next to the little railway thing! The staff there is amazing expecially Maria at the front desk who was super friendly and help us find our way around. Thanks for making our stay amazing!

Had a great experience at this hotel from the moment I checked in. Staff is super friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed ny stay except when we ordered a pizza. The hotel gave us a menu that was OK. The food was good. The hotel made the pizza guy wait outside. It was cold, and so was our food. We had to go outside to get it. Bad move. It turned me off enough that I would not stay there again.

The rooms had been renovated, but poorly. Small examples: the interior doors were aged, warped and dingy; the door handle on one side of the bathroom door was brass and falling apart but the other side was new and silver. Bigger issues: the lighting was absurdly low in the whole room and I tried to use the desk light to work but it was dimmer than the […] rest of the lights. And the desk light would only come on when the entryway/closet light was on. I wound up going down to the lobby to work. The bedside alarm clock did not work. The hot water went from screaming hot to lukewarm when the handle was turned a mere millimeter. And the worst, there were "sex stains" on the decorative bed throw, which I only discovered when I turned it over. Clearly, the person who cleaned the room flipped it over rather than send it out to be laundered. NOW THE GOOD: The staff could not have been nicer or any more helpful. The steakhouse attached to the hotel was AMAZING (the house special, the prime rib, was outstanding) and the location of the hotel was perfect. 더 보기

Our stay was only for one night but the staff was extremely helpful and nice, the rooms were gorgeous, and the price was fantastic for the location. This hotel is in the middle of all the action in downtown Buffalo.

The location of this hotel is excellent, it's walking distance to their downtown area with bars and restaurants and the First Niagara arena. The hotel was clean, a little bit dated but it looks like they've undergone some recent renovations. The staff at this hotel were all very friendly and accomodating.

We booked this hotel for a Toronto Maple Leaf's game - very conveniently located to the areana and the service was top notch.

The bed sheets in our room had yellow stains all over them. We were leaving the room to go out, we saw the maid in the hallway. We asked her to give us some new sheets and towels. When we came back to the room, it wasn't made up. The sheets were on the bed the way we left them and she dumped some towels on the bathroom floor for us. I was very upset […] so I called the front desk to report this. The man who answered didn't even bother to apologize. He simply said: "we'll send you some new towels". went for hockey game. Downtown Buffalo is in transition and the results of a great effort are starting to show! Hotel was staffed by top-notch people but some guests felt the need to party in hallways and make noise etc. Beds were not too comfortable either. Overall would go there again for similar event .. but maybe not a romantic getaway?

Hotel is located in a convenient spot to the First Niagra Center. Guests can park car in parking garage and take tram . No driving is required. Only problem we encountered was the drainage system in the hotel was very slow. Gurgling sound in toilet early AM.

This is a great hotel. It has a nice casual bar, a steakhouse and a spa attached. Location is good and there are several parking options (but none in the hotel basement). I would recommend this place while staying in Buffalo.

Booked through Hotels.com and paid for 2 breakfasts included - when arrived there was only 1 breakfast in the reservation. The area is not nice but it's close to the border, which makes it convenient.

we were fortunate to see and have the Miami Dolphins stay at the hotel at the same time. The service was good, the hotel was clean, not very much around the hotel. the bar closed early, the starbucks did not have much food. Thoroughly enjoyed the 25% off sale from hotels.com

Took a recent trip and was pleasantly suprised! Reasonably priced and very clean and modern hotel!

Found a bloody band aid in the washroom - not very clean. Hotel needs a renovation. Staff generally friendly. Not a great neighbourhood -

A nice spot in the middle of Bufflao downtown.

the only problem we had was the room was like a sauna. so we did not sleep well, at all. the hotel was beautiful and clean with a welcoming staff. we were in buffalo for a concert it was just an over night stay. so we didnt say anything because we were rushing and didnt have time to.

My only complaints are: No free wi-fi - this is a must for business travelers! No continental breakfast - another must for business travelers (the hotel offers a room with breakfast included for $30 more. There is no way a single traveler can eat $30 worth of breakfast food)!

we arrived was were greeted by the valet, he was very help full and took time with us, we told him we where in town for the hockey game, he helped us with all are luggage and get checked in, we were asken him about were to go and eat before to the game and the best way to get to the game. not only did was he very helpfull, he wrote out a list of places […] to go and hand delivered it to are room, every place was perffic he recommend before and after the game, and the placed were all in walking distance to the hotel and street car system to get to the game, made the trip 1000 time better! . 1 con was the room was cold, heater was not working correctly, 더 보기

I read someone else's review about the town of Buffalo being old and run down. I found this statement to be true. The Downtown area was filled with run down buildings in need of overhaul or removal. The hotel itself was very nice. Room was comfortable and the staff was very accomadating.

Hotel was very nice, good value; a problem with elevators, but manager did his best fixing the problem and reimbursing guest for inconvenience. Would stay again and recommend to others.

This hotel was beautiful. Very clean, amazing service, but I would give it a low rating. My VP of Marketing used to call it the "nickel and dime" approach... Internet is free at 90% of hotels these days, but not here....$10 just to get access. Parking is free at most hotels but $20 to park on-site. A small bottle of water is $3.00. Downtown Buffalo is rundown and leaving something to be desired. The hotel was standout in the city center although it definitely had the appearance of being outdated. The rooms were far better than their aging halls. The best part of our stay was the staff who were extremely helpful and attentive.

We got in late and ordered pizza and beer. The pizza was doughy and not cooked. The two beer were not twist offs and no opener was supplied Next day we asked the room be made up. It wasn't

Hotel is fine, but they scam you when it comes to breakfast. They tell you that it is "included" in the room price, only to find out that after going to the restaurant and getting a $75 bill for 4 people, that only 1 breakfast is included. Would have been nice to know before...

Very nice hotel and close to Outlet shopping. Only bad thing about this is that the elevators are slow.
