Nice place .... great location

We were so happy with our stay. We( me, my husband, 10 year old and 6 year old) had never been to Mystic before and it was an awesome experience. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. It is directly across from the Aquarium. We were able to walk from the hotel to the Aquarium, dinner and shopping. The pool was clean and the room was very nice. Walking distance to Aquarium and Mystic Village.

We had plans to go to the Aquarium and the location of this Hilton can't be beat! The facilities (including the pool, which was great) were very nice and there were restaurants and the aquarium, and even shopping right in walking distance.

the hotel walls are very thin, you can hear people talking. otherwise nicely mantained and convenient location. the pool was also cold for my kids.

Across the street from the aquarium and the olde mystic village. Not too far from Mystic Seaport. Great location and plenty of places to eat nearby.

The location is great, but so are many of the other hotels since Mystic isn't that large. Tip-you can visit the aquarium and seaport for 2 days if you get your ticket validated. This is very helpful if the aquarium is crowded on a Saturday and you want to visit on a less crowded Sunday morning.

Clean, comfortable hotel; connecting room option let us feel that we were accessible to each other. Buffet breakfast good but not included in our plan so we paid extra.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient to the shops, seaport and aquarium. Not so close from the casinos, but also not too far away. The ride to Mohegan was approximately 20 minutes. So convenient to everything in Mystic and right off the highway. The room was very comfortable, everything was very clean from the room to the pool and lobby. We walked a block to a great family restaurant and there was a lot of others nearby.

I checked in after 0100 and the staff was amazing! I was tired I couldn't remember the instructions to the hotel and my phone died so I couldn't use my GPS. The check in clerk patiently explained to me at least twice how to get to the hotel from the airport. My room was clean and very comfortable.

Our stay was one of the best we have had in a long time. The bus stop from New York City drops you off across the street from the hotel and the hotel checked us in early. Our recent stay at the Mystic Hilton was a very nice experience. The room was quite comfy. Housekeeping was attentive to our requests. We ordered breakfast the last day we were at the Hotel and I will say prices for room service were not bad and the food was very good. The one downside was the pool area. Twice at poolside there were no towels for the […] guests. Also the drainage around the pool is lacking so the standing water on the edges and surrounding walk made for a potential fall hazard, especially with little kids. I recently stayed at the Hilton in Mystic CT. I was extremely dissapointed with my stay. Although the location was nice (directly accross from the aquarium) the staff was not friendly and it is not kid friendly. I was taking the kids to the aquarium which is just across the street. The entire experience was great from the staff to the pool and the proximity to the local attraction. Just great. Would go back again and again.

Overall a pleasant stay. Our visit was to enjoy the aquarium for two days and having the hotel be a stones throw away was a bonus. Shopping and meals all within walking distance. Decided to treat our 4 year old to a overnight trip in Mystic....this was our second time staying at the Hilton. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Had a nice Bar/Lounge area where you could relax. Hotel is close to Aquarium & Olde Mystic Village.

Booked a good deal through Hotels.com for a single king. The room was located on the fourth floor and on the corner of the building. This hotel is great!! Walking distance from the aquarium and the shoppes. I'm from Jersey and so used to things being open 24/7 or closing at 3am. Not the case in this tourist area. All the restaurants close at 10 in the area, even McDonald's. And the liquor stores close at 9 by Connecticut law. Next time I'll be more aware of my surroundings. My girlfriend realized when we got home that she left something in the hotel room. She had to call four times over the course of a week before someone was actually able to locate the item for her, but luckily it was returned. Overall, the hotel is very nice, as were the employees. We would stay there again.

I was able to book this hotel at a really good price and I always enjoy my Hilton stays. The staff was friendly and the Gorgonzola burger I had was actually pretty good considering it was from a hotel. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was large. Found the rooms very friendly. The personnel were very accomodating. Had a party of 11 in the dining room for breakfast and everyone was well taken care of. Great location for the hotel, away from the noise of the main road but within walking distance to some of the main attractions of the area. We were very pleased with our stay.

Fourth time we have used this hotel, and always been very satisfied. Our room was well appointed and quiet. friendly staff cleaned the room each day, and the hotel facilities are first-class. We will be returning no doubt !
