Not too far from downtown for our tastes. The room was good, the breakfast was the best we've had at these one-night hotel breaks we take yearly (about 15 or so one nighters!). The pool was a decent pool. Restaurants nearby. A nice, new outdoor mall 5 minutes down the road. It was good.

The hotel was great. Clean room, clean sheets, bathroom was great. The lobby was great . Had a nice breakfast. Over all a great experience. Just a helpful hint. The hotel is not where the GPS has it at. it's about 1/2 mile down the road.

I booked this hotel for a fairly low rate and usually a lower price means you get a run down, unclean hotel. This is not the case with Comfort Inn West. While it wouldn't pass a white glove test, the rooms were clean enough, the bed was comfortable, and the location was very convenient to restaurants and shops. The only downside was that I was placed […] next to the ice and vending machines and some of my neighbors decided to get soda's at 2:30 in the morning. Employees very courteous. Building seems well maintained. Rooms very comfortable and extremely clean. Located close to shopping and dining.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn West. The room was neat and clean. The continental breakfast was quite nice. Just eough to start the day.

The hotel (truly motel) is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. But the rooms are a little on the small side and try to do too much with what they have. Only two outlets are available, for instance, for four appliances (mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave and lamp) and you have to pick which two you want plugged in at any given time. Also the […] internet advertises yogurt available for breakfast and two people on staff told me they'd never had yogurt for as long as they had worked there. The pool was pleasant and a good temperature. Having a Red Lobster next door made dinner convenient. Overall, it was a good value for the area, but they should do a bit of electrical work to update the facility. (And perhaps replace the carpets too.) 더 보기

Great place to spend the night when driving E-W along I-80/90.

I am appalled. I saw the horrible reviews of this hotel on Trip Advisor but when I switched over to hotels.com, the reviews were great and I thought I had a different hotel. I don't know who these reviewers are but they are NOT giving an accurate review! The place smells like stale smoke as soon as you walk in. The area is deserted. The entire hotel […] literally stinks like vomit and stale smoke. It's dirty...look at Trip Advisor. Those reviews are spot on! Nice clean. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Some within walking distance.

We stayed here for one night while traveling across the country. Convenient location, right off the turnpike. Friendly front desk staff. There was some confusion about the continental breakfast end time on our part. (9:30) The lady cleaning up when we got to the breakfast room at 9:35 was somewhat brusque about things and adamant that we not take anything. […] Front desk manager however was very apologetic and offered to make us some coffee. 더 보기

Would not stay there again. No elevator, breakfast area too small and pillows were horrible. The area also is not safe to me. Better options out there.

For the price, you can't beat it.

I was very satisfied when I stayed the two nights. I had a room by the pool which was convenient for my children. The room was cozy as well as comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly. I am truly missing the hot breakfast we had each morning. When my car couldn't start, the staff offered help and immediately jump start my car. This was a great hotel experience for the price. They have a pool, which is pretty small but nice, but no hot tub which was listed on the hotel map. The complimentary breakfast didn't have a huge selection of food, but the food they did have was pretty good. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

the stay was over all good. I just have a few complaints: the breakfast could of had a more of a selection they had the same thing both days we were there. also the pool was cold. the floors weren't vacuumed. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. and very helpful with directions to the zoo. The hotel was hard to find.

The breakfast at this hotel was very disappointing because the selection was very limited and coffee & hot water were barely warm. The carpet in our room was not up to a safe standard of cleanliness. One of the front desk staff during the day was not knowledgeable about things in general & certainly was not helpful with local restaurants or things to […] do in the area. There was an unpleasant odor ALL the time in our room which we believe came from soiled carpet. The maids were very helpful & courteous which we found as a plus. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable ~ too hard and no give at all ~ like sleeping on a board with a few blankets on top. I really have no complaints about the hotel other than at night there was this constant humming noise comeing from somewhere. we werent sure where. I found out in the morning that we were placed near the laundry room for the hotel maids. I can only assume that is the noise we were hearing. Other than that no complaints.

There was a piece of a hairn extension hanging on my "clean" towel. I took it to the front desk and the laday said "Well, ssoorryy" (like a teenager would say). Our room smelled like a wet dog in the morning, after the air conditioner had run all night. The breakfast was good and location is great too. The pool in very small and run down. Good location (just off the Ohio Turnpike) Nice hot breakfast (including eggs / sausage) and real Tim Horton's pastries (not stale from a grocery store) Room was good / clean / very functional

I requested a non-smoking room through hotels.com and when I got to the hotel late that night all that was available was a smoking room. Very dissatisfied.

This is a budget hotel with the basic amenities. Good for a short stay with a pool to distract younger children.

I was very happy with my stay. The room was clean, I received great customer service, and the hotel is near a number of restaurants. There was no fitness center, but they told me they have cards to Urban Fitness that guests can use. They did have a pool, but I didn't visit it. I have recently stayed at this hotels two different nights.. and two totallly different rooms.. first one was 2 double bed.. the second night was 1 king size bed.. I know I ordered a smoking room but the first room was very clean smelling.. I was visiting my daughter who is a CU Boulder student. The hotel is one exit East of the first Boulder exit and 2 exits form Campus. It is right off the freeway 36 which makes it very conveniently located and walking distance from restaurant and a shopping center. We often stop at the Maumee, OH exit when driving between WI and PA, as it is a convenient half-way point, and there is also the Maumee Antique Mall just up the road from this hotel. There are lots of hotels at this exit from I-80/90 (though some have folded in the last year!), and the Comfort Inn came up with a reasonable price AND it has an indoor […] swimming pool. The pool is small, and could be troublesome if overloaded with kids, but we swam in the morning and we had it all to ourselves. Stayed here twice within a week on a trip to the east coast. First night on the second floor was just fine. No issues or problems. Thought it was well worth the money. Breakfast was okay. Stayed a second time on the trip back. This time was given a room on the first floor. All night long it sounded like the person walking around in the room above me […] was going to come crashing through the ceiling. Ceiling creaked, groaned, made a lot of noise. Was reasonably priced. Many restaurants nearby. Room could stand some updates such as new carpet, flat screen tv, and bathroom updated. You get what you pay for.

Good hotel, nice breakfast, cons hard to get to when driving south also pool could have been warmer overall very satisfied

the only negatiive would be sounds.... the floors above were squeaky and the sounds from the hallway were very clear... other than that I was very happy with my stay...
