EXCELLENT SERVICE. i WILL STAY THERE AGAIN

My name and credit card info did not match when we tryed to check in...almost caused a bumber.

The people who run this hotel are very nice and very accommodating. It's a little out of the way from everything else in Prescott, but not too far by car. Nothing is walkable from there. The neighborhood is not great, but the hotel is situated on a nice hill away from all that -- I felt safe enough there. The one problem I had is that the weather was […] unusually hot for Prescott, so I had to run the wall air conditioner all night, and every time it cycled on it woke me up. Our room was clean, management was friendly, and the location was quiet but near town. We really liked the included breakfast; it included waffles, eggs, sausage, and muffins. We would gladly stay here again.

We stayed here in 2006 when we brought our son out to start at ERAU. It is not in town, but close enough to get around. Quiet and surrounded by trees, somewhat rustic setting. Lots of side roads and back roads if you want a good run. Not the Ritz......but perfectly enjoyable. This particular Inn was for the outdoors type person. We had a tick on our pillow which then scared us that they might have more. The breakfast was good but also did not match up to newer Comfort Inns.

I had called earlier and asked for a downstairs, outside room - since we had equipment to carry in, but we were given an upstairs room. My husband and I were sick and exhausted and went to bed early. Then, the front desk called, woke us up and said our credit card wasn't approved. I said they had two of our credit card numbers (mine was used to guarantee […] the room, and my husband's at check in) and they both should work. Oh, what do you know? It worked - she had made a mistake. Although the room appeared clean (except someone else's leftovers were in the fridge), it was ancient, with extremely old carpet, linens and furnishings. Spent another $20.00 and stay at the Motor Lodge - fun and funky. We will next time! 더 보기

I was at a wedding about 2 blocks down the street so I arrived late. Everything was ready for me to check in. I was surprised at the size of the room, it was small. But as I just needed a place to sleep for one nite I didn't care. Very comfortable, and I was tired.

The hotel was not bad but the bathroom smelled like urine. I liked that there was a microwave and a frig. They had fox news on the TV when we were eating breakfast so we had to unplug it so we would not get sick. The bed was comfortable and the room air circulation was great.

This hotel offered a clean, quiet room at a good rate in a nice setting in the woods outside of Prescott AZ. The complementary breakfast was adequate, although over-crowded at the time I tried to go. The bed was quite comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again.

It is really hard to pick a Hotel online judging only by "star rating", pictures, and guest comments. But, by picking this Hotel based on these three factors, I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was very accomodating, and the Hotel, as a whole was clean, well maintained, and in a great location, surrounded by pine trees and lots of greenery. Enjoyed our stay having the great outdoors right outside the door. The staff was very courtious and the rooms very clean. We recommended this hotel to our freinds.
