The AC wouldn't stay on. The mattress was like a brick and stained as if someone gave birth on it more than once. Towel were like sand paper and it was a nonsmoking room but yet it smell like smoke. The exterior of the hotel was not maintained with water stains and paint chipping away on the walls. No wakeup calls and the main office would not answer […] with the room phone. We actually had to use our cell phone to get a responce. Good things was hot water, cable TV. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. 더 보기

Kitchen ammenities for an extended stay unit were scant to say the least. Basically there was a coffee pot and a sauce pan, no frying pan, minimal silverware. No instructions were given on use of the internet. We could feel the springs in the bed. Room temperature was set at 90 degrees and felt like 90 degrees. No maid service in between days spent […] there and no mention of no maid service. Location is close to St. Anthony's Hospital and that was the only good thing about this hotel. 더 보기

I will never stay in this dump again, over priced for a room at a hotel where no one seems to ever sleep.

I was disappointed that the cover to the exhaust fan in the bathroom was on the floor and the fan did not work. there was no holder for the toilet paper. the bed was quite hard and the room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. This was so bad I wouldn't check in after seeing the room asked for my money back and left. They tried to find another room but it was smokey and rundown also. YIKES. The front desk lady was very nice however. Jeff

The hotel room was clean and the bed was mediocre for comfort level. The outside of the hotel was trashed. The elevator smelled like urine and there were full trash cans at every stair well. Besides the external part of the hotel everything else was fine. It is very close to the Red Rocks venue and highway, which was nice.

Found out at check in that to have clean linens during a 4-day stay there would be an extra charge. Someone was already occupying the room I was given. All together, not so good. Will not stay here again.

I was fooled by the doctored or old pictures when the place was new. It was in bad disrepair with filthy walkways and drywall under the balcony/walkways was fallen down. The whole time I was there the gate for the pool was off the hinges and leaning up against the pool wall where a child could has easily walked in and drowned. I told management I couldn't […] believe they would have left the gate in that position. I regret not calling the town of Lakewood. And there were alot of children there. I was on a tight budget but would have paid more to stay somewhere else had I known about this rathole. Garbage cans were always overflowing and whe parking lot was filthy and unkempt. I'm glad my kids was just happy to be with me because I don't see them much because of the distances in which we live. Please take this dump off your website !! 더 보기

I cannot stress enough how awful this hotel was. I booked two rooms for my friend and myself. We were traveling cross country and needed a place for one night. She felt the same way I did. The door next to mine looked like it had been kicked in at some time or another. People were sitting on the concrete outside of their cars on the pavement smoking […] outside of our rooms until late at night. The inside smelled so badly of smoke covered up with awful air freshener that it was difficult to breathe. We unpacked nothing and still all my clothes in my suitcase smelled so badly I had to launder them when I got to my destination. The ONLY good thing about this hotel was that the front desk lady was very, very nice. I feel sorry she has to to work for such a shoddy establishment. It was so bad our dogs didn't even want to be in the rooms. 더 보기

I have stayed at other extended stay hotels and they were cleaner outside and up to date inside. The bed was so hard I have had back pain for days. This was not how my stay was near the airport. I was very disappointed and would not reccommend to anyone.

It was clean, beds were firn and comfortable. The receptionists were very friendly. I was there for only one night but got a good sleep. There is a night club right next door if your into that stuff. I cooked. So a restaurant was not needed.... There is not one within walking distance but plenty of them just a few minutes away by car. Yeah, I'd stay […] there again. 더 보기

it was what I needed at the time between two places and was flying out of denver long road trip late check in early leave just a nap to rest my bones with that said it was better then sleeping in the car at DIA Not the most modern but a basic place to crash for a Verry tired guy guy traveling

Place was close to where i need to be and the front desk was very helpful.

The outside entrance was not very clean. Many cigarette butts on steps, etc. Trash containers on stairways were very full. When we arrived our room was not ready so we were given this one instead. Maybe the other one would have been nicer. The room was clean, but furniture kind of old.
