Public areas tired and dirty. Rooms reasonable value for money. Location good - 15 mins from Guggenheim and Casco Viejo.

This hotel is nothing like its photos online. Apart from the fact that the modern very dimly lit lobby looks modern and trendy the rooms are very tired and old. Don't for one minute believe the photos you see - the gym looks nothing like the photo and the solarium - its a plastic grass covered rooftop with pot holes and absolutely no furniture to sit […] or lie on - solarium - I don't think so! The worse part of this hotel, apart from the smoke filled unpleasant lobby is the extremely rude staff at at the front desk, especially the men and the even ruder staff at the restaurant. To be fair, the young lady who checked us in and made a phone call on our behalf was very pleasant - shame about her co-workers. Stay clear of this one! 더 보기

Hotel is in a nice location. Tons of shopping in the area. When we checked in, they put us in a terrible room. We're on our honeymoon, which I put in the comments when I reserved the room. They put us in a room with 2 twin beds, unmatching sheet sets, brown stain on the sheets, tiny window with not much light for the room. It was bad. I called and they […] let us switch to a much nicer room. King bed, large window, lots of light. Still not great for the price, but it worked. During checkout, there was a huge line and only one person working the desk who spoke very little English. They weren't staffed to handle the amount of checkouts they had that day which they should have been able predict. Also expensive parking at this hotel. 더 보기

The hotel is in a great area (walking distance to the bus terminal, the Guggenheim, shopping, restaurants, etc...) and the staff were friendly. The room itself was great; large, clean and quiet. Would stay there again if I return to Bilbao.

This hotel is in need of a major update and increased maintenance of its building.

Ercilla is a nice centrally located hotel, perfect for visiting Bilbao and its museums. Rooms are a little small, but the bat5hrooms are comfortable.

Nice, relatively inexpensive hotel for visiting the Guggenheim Bilbao museum. Clean hotel, friendly staff, located near the center of town and shopping. Rooms are a little small, not much of a view, but all OK for a night or two. The hotel was about 30% cheaper than comparably starred hotels when I booked, so it is a good value.

Vi ble positivt overrasket over at vi fikk et så bra hotell med sental beliggenheten til en veldig hyggelig pris. Vi bestilte tidlig og kunne velge en rompris som ikke kunne avbestilles eller endres, men for vår del var dette helt greit og vi fikk mye for pengene. Mulig vi syntes at vårt rom var noe slitt i forhold til at dette er et firestjerners hotell, […] men den sentrale beliggenheten veier opp. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake og anbefaler dette til andre. 더 보기

El Hotel Ercilla está bien situado, pero necesita una remodelación interior. Una de las habitaciones que ocupamos era prácticamente interior y muy oscura. El secador de pelo es muy antiguo(como los de un gimnasio) y hay una necesidad de remodelar la decoración bastante llamativa. Los accesorios que ofrecen (gel y shampoo, limpiazapatos..) son escasos. […] Por ejemplo no hay crema hidratante ni cepillo de dientes.Tiene lo justito para pasar. 더 보기

Sin duda alguna el motivo para elegir este hotel es su situación. Por lo visto hay habitaciones remodeladas, pero otras no, así que es una lotería. En nuestro caso nos tocó una de las antigüas, pero lo que menos nos gustó no fue eso, sino que en la habitación de enfrente había unos huéspedes con un perro que todas las veces que estuvimos en el hotel […] (por la mañana y para la siesta) ladraba. No discuto que dejen llevar animales, pero no comparto que en un hotel de 4*, en unas fechas en las que el hotel dispone de habitaciones suficientes, hagan compartir pasillo con huéspedes que quieren descansar. 더 보기

A pesar que indiqué en la reserva que era fumador, solo tienen 2 plantas para las personas que tenemos este vicio. Si el hottel tiene 8 plantas, creo que sería más justo tener 3 plantas de fumadores. Pero bueno, es un detalle que para nada afecta a que sea el mejor hotel de Bilbao.

belle etablissement, mais tout le personnel n'etait courtois ou professionnel comme l'exigerait un 4 etoiles. peu d'employés parlait français...

Accueil excellent , reservation parking imperatif car stationnement impossible- service parking impecable

El hotel está muy bien situado, es cómodo, agradable y vovería allí sin dudarlo si fuera de nuevo a Bilbao.

Sorprendidos por las instalaciones , servicio y situación a tan bajo precio. Repetiremos en cuanto se de la circunstancia.

立地もわかり易く、お値段の割には非常に綺麗なホテルでした。 また、旧市街を中心に観光を考えている方には、不便かもしれません。

Ya había estado en este hotel por motivos de trabajo, esta vez he estado pasando allí unos días de vacaciones. El hotel fantástico para repetir, todo correcto. Las habitaciones amplias, limpias, y acordes a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Los extras (desayuno,wi-fi,the lobby...), se van de precio para mi gusto.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, hôtel design et confortable, très bien situé. Seul petit bémol, l'accès internet prévu via le téléviseur de la chambre, avec clavier intégré, ne fonctionne pas (et ce n'est visiblement pas la priorité du personnel !)

If you want to be fooled then look at the pictures of the hotel. In reality it is not a bad hotel, but by far not a 4-star hotel. The fitness centrum does not exist at all and the rooms they show on the site are of a different class then the average rooms they have. Its location is nice!

No había visto hasta el momento en que me alojé en el hotel Ercilla que en un 4 estrellas el personal pudiera ser tan grosero y mostrar tan poca disposición a ayudar a los huéspedes. Cuando hicimos el check in ni nos dijeron cómo llegar a la habitación, algo que se hace hasta en los peores tugurios, y que pensaba era una norma universal de los alojamientos […] hoteleros. No nos informaron de nada sobre los alrededores o los servicios del hotel, y ni siquiera cuando preguntamos se tomaron la molestia de gastar más que las sílabas necesarias para despacharnos. No solo no volveré al hotel, sino que no se lo puedo recomendar a nadie que no quiera ser tratado como si fuera alguien que vende La Farola en la puerta del hotel. 더 보기

Es un gran hotel muy bien situado, cerca de las grandes atracciones de la ciudad. Muy bien conectado con medios de transporte para desplazarse a cualquier lugar. Las habitaciones necesitarían una pequeña reforma, las camas un poco en mal estado, casi no podías darte la vuelta por el gran ruido que hacían. E' un albergo ben tenuto, curato, vale le sue 4 stelle. Il personale è cortese e disponibile e la prima colazione è ricca. Le camere sono spaziose e silenziose.

Estancia muy agradable, aunque me parece un abuso de que para conectarte a algo tan normal hoy en día, como el sistema WIFI, le cobren a un cliente 15 euros y para conectarse en el PC del hotel en el hall, le ROBEN 6 euros MEDIA HORA. Es un abuso incomprensible el día de hoy.

El hotel está muy bien situado y tanto la recepción como el lobby-bar, están muy bien reformados y son de un diseño minimalista muy chulo. Las habitaciones, al menos la que nos tocó a nosotros, no son muy grandes pero ofrecen una buena estancia y la cama es muy cómoda. La única pega que podemos ponerle es que, para realizar el check out, un sábado por […] la mañana solamente tenían una señorita en recepción con lo que se montó una cola de unos 14 clientes ( con sus respectivas maletas y/o parejas ) y tuvimos que esperar demasiado. Algo no habitual en un establecimiento de esta categoría. Por lo demás, recomendable y muy práctico. Además , por si el parking está lleno, hay un aparcamiento subterráneo público de precio similar al del hotel a tan solo 2 minutos andando. 더 보기

L hotel en lui même est tres sympa, le souci est sur la qualité de l'accueil, les receptionistes ne sont pas toutes très aimables, c'est le moins qu'on puisse dire, apres m'être fait traitée de gourde par l'une d'entre elle ( je voulais juste payer), je ne sais pas trop ce qu'elle a fait mais en revenant de mon séjour, j'ai un mail me disant que suis […] partie sans payer, ça fait toujours plaisir de se faire traiter d'abord de gourde puis de voleurs. La boite de nuit n existe pas, le bar en est à peine un, il est là pour décorer et internet coute une fortune 24 euros par jours si mes souvenirs sont bons 더 보기
