The stay was great but the web site said that they had 4 restaurants and they only had one. THEY NEED TO UP DATE THEIR WEB SITE. Having 4 restaurants is one of the reasons that we booked there , it was dissappointing that they did'nt. They restaurant that they did have in the hotel was very good though.

The hotel is very nice as were all the employees. We had an issue upon check in where we went to our room late evening and the lights were on in the room and bathroom. It was very evident that someone had been on the bed, there was a washcloth lying on the bed, there was an opened bar of soap with the wrapper on the vanity and trash in the bathroom […] trash can and someone had used the toilet. It was obvious to us that an employee had quickly used the room for whatever reason and we were moved to another room. After unpacking, the next morning we found the safe wasn't working in our second room and they could not fix it so we had to be LOL! Ithoihjtyou had itmoved to a third room. This room had a better view and the employees were prompt and friendly addressing our concerns. We would stay again as the location is ideal and employees were great...other than the culprit that used the room before we checked in!! 더 보기

The service level of this hotel is above and beyond what I expected. I will try to stay at this hotel on all my future Dallas stays.

everything was really nice... the srevice and restaurante was great. we did mind paying that extra cash for this hotel:))

The room size... The room was just absolutly tiny and was told we had a view of downtown Dallas, you could not from our room. Also the king size bed was sold out... I would not recommend this hotel on these small things. Visited friends at a near by hotel, which paid the same price and had a much much better room.

Loved it, but had to pay for wi-fi. At the cost of the hotel it should be free.

Hotel was wonderful, borderline luxury experience! Amazing staff, great restaurant on site, and beautiful room accommodations make this an excellent choice for anyone staying in Dallas!

Beds are not what you would expect from a nice hotel. Pillow are uncomfortable but the hotel itself is very nice.

I have to agree with the reviews. This is an excellent stay for the price. We enjoyed the fitness center provided on the top floor. It had the latest equipment, towels, and a complimentary fruit basket to enjoy after a workout. Not huge, just enough for about 5-6 people to workout comfortably. The staff was extremely nice and accomodating! The restaurant was wonderful, with great food offerings. I'm pretty sure the beds were the most comfortable thing I've ever laid on. I have nothing negative to say about my stay...and I will definitely recommend this hotel to any and everyone I know that needs to stay in the area. LOVED IT!

This hotel is amazing from when you pull in the parking lot. Valet parking and help with the baggage. Check in was a breeze, and it's through the extravagant lobby to the amazingly fast elevator. The room is spacious yet cozy at the same time. The bed was very comfortable with very soft and comfortable linens. ...if you're going to AA Center for a weekend function,this is THE place to stay!!!!(very reasonable rates)

My husband and I stay at the Renaissance several times a year for a night or two just to get away for the weekend. Best parts: superb service at the front desk, room service and breakfast crew, no parking fee, lovely nighttime city view (something you don't really get from downtown), and we always stay for breakfast. The bar and lobby have been recently […] renovated with a casual modern vibe (appreciate the fresh flower arrangements). We're young and totally cool (of course) but have never felt like we weren't hip enough to walk through the lobby!) The bed linens are very nice, love the triple sheeting on the down comforter. There are Aveda products in the bathroom and there's a mini fridge that will fit your bottle of wine if you choose to BYO. We do wish the rooftop pool area would be made more luxurious. It's pretty basic and we haven't used it much. We enjoy this hotel so much that I have been reluctant to write a review even though we've stayed there seven times in the last two years. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel while in town for a concert. When we arrived our first room didn't face downtown and the front desk was great to switch our room so we would have that view. The kids really enjoyed the pool on the roof and the "fanciness" of the hotel. Will stay again!

This is one of the top hotel we have ever stayed in...

Beautiful hotel, very clean, excellent service, free parking but the food from the hotel room service was terrible. I do not recommend eating here. I would stay here again, just eat elsewhere.

Stayed for the weekend to see the Dallas Cowboy football game and could not have asked for a nicer place. It was clean, food was good and the people that worked there could not have been nicer or more helpful. Would definitely stay there again and will on my next trip to Dallas. I will recommend this to all my friends.

Loved the view from the room on the 23 rd floor. Check-in process was seamless, as well as, the help from the staff. Was able to get additional towels without any hassels. No charge for parking was a nice benefit as well.

The hotel Was close to all especially American airline center. It was clean, affordable, and had friendly service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

......great place for weekend getaways to A.A.Center and West End events!..extremely courteous staff!

The hotel was great and the sheets did not smell like bleach. The only problem I had was our car parked in the parking lot some had dinged my driver side door in my brand new vehicle and of course they could not do anything about it. Other than that they were great.

The hotel its self was beautiful and we had an amazing view of the city! The breakfast was amazing- well worth the price. Loved the couch in the rooms and the extra sink outside the bathroom. Will be staying here again for sure!

Hotel is in a great location not far from anything although there isn't anything within walking distance. The hotel itself is shaped like a cylinder so the room size changes based upon where your room is at in the building. If you have a room at the ends of the hall, you're room is smaller and slightly curved due to curvature of the building although […] the room itself is still adequate. Biggest rooms will be toward center of hallway nearest elevators. Parking spaces are incredibly small- stripes are painted practically on top of each other so you will be so close to cars next to you that it can be hard to fully open your car doors sometimes. Helps to be a master parker to get your car in and out of the spaces. Service was good but not great. Staff was very helpful but sometimes slow. Overall I would recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Dallas. 더 보기

This was one of the most organized hotels that I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean.

I loved staying here both nights! I don't write reviews often unless they are for servers but this place was fantastic! Bar staff was VERY attentive to their crowds! Hotel room was beautiful.

As soon as we walked in to the hotel, we were treated like an important guest. Our room was clean and very nice. We had an excellent view of downtown Dallas. The only problem was the vending machines were all broken in some way. However, when a vending machine took my money, the front desk gladly offered a refund or a beverage. Kevin, the Navigator, […] was very helpful. He had great ideas on shopping, restaurants and nightlife and was happy to print us directions to any destination. There was no line to checkout and we were treated just as great by the morning staff. I highly suggest staying here! 더 보기
