the hotel did not have the amenties offered in the hotel.com ad and i only stayed one night and left for another hotel which in up costing me more and the inconvention of missing a day and a half of vacation to find new hotel that offered amenties that was needed that were surposed to be offered at the orginal hotel . the employee were very nice with […] all that happened. 더 보기

THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE, I STAY IN THREE DIFFERENT ROOMS ALL MY STAY, ON OF THE ROOM'S DOOR WAS BROKE, THE 2ND NIGHT THAT WE SPENT THERE THE ROOM WASN'T DONE WHEN WE ARRIVED AT TEN AT NIGHT, WHICH FOR ME AND MY FAMILY WAS JUST NOT RIGHT I WOUNDN;T STAY AN THAT PLACE NEVER AGAIN.

We were sceptical @ 1st bc of previous comments about it being in a "bad" part of town but we quickly realized that it wasnt the case at all. We were about a mile away from Six Flags. Very convient location!! Although we had a mishap with our first room not being cleaned properly, we were immediately upgraded to a suite with no additional charge to […] us. Everything was pretty much good except the breakfast was not as advertised. All they had were bagels, toast, cereal, and waffles. The advertisement/their website shows a hot bar breakfast. Quiility Inn was remodeling this motel. When we got there we were told that there were no rooms. The manager upgraded us to a suite. I don't think that this suite was finished. The beds and bathroom were great. The windows didn't close completely, and the tvs were very old ones that you had to turn to get different channels. The employees were all very […] great. Breakfast was free and good. I think when they have completed remodeling this motel it will be nice. Just be sure and get a room that they have finished with. 더 보기

This looks like it was converted from an old apartment complex. It is not the easiest to access. It definitely needs to be renovated. The online photos of this hotel are very misleading. We were not comfortable, and did not feel the safest during our stay. The front staff needed more training as they seemed lost when we asked for directions to our […] room. The gentleman also could not effectively activate our room key, and we had to return to the front desk three times to have him work on our key again. This was at about 1:30 in the morning, when we were exhausted and ready for sleep. The entire process for getting our key activated took about 30 minutes. Highly inconvenient!! The lady on night shift was very nice and helpful. enjoyed my stay.

The cable went , personally I don't they paid their bill. Plus they want to charge you $10 if you eat their so call breakfast in your room.

Employees were very helpful, they brought sheets for the pull out bed, were even helpful with the pool table. Very nice room for the cost and would definitely stay here again.

If you are going to Six Flags this hotel is perfect super close. I really enjoyed our very short stay at this hotel. The room was nice however it looked like there were a few little unfinished details on upgrades nothing major at all. Upon check-in the customer in front of me was having customer service issues, then on my turn the counter girl was not very knowledgeable. While walking up to the room a housekeeper's cart was in the middle of the hall and we could not get by the housekeeper she was sighing as we were trying to get by instead of moving she gave attitude and sighed like […] we were an inconvenience to her. First we were not aware that half of the freeway was closed, close to the hotel, so it took longer to get there especially all the detours. The Service rep.that was checking in and out was extremly rude, the bath tub was cloggd up everytime you took a shower it took a long time for the water to go down. The tv only had like 6 chnnels the remote did […] not work, the room was not check on we had to use the same towels for the two days we were there the stairs look like they were falling apart.I would not recommend this hotel. 더 보기

Hotel was located in a rough area of town. Was located close to six flags however. Rooms were comfortable enough. It is under fairly new management and is in need of some fixing up, which they were working on.

This stay was very comfortable and breakfast was great. Thanks for everything!!

The hotel was centrally located to Arlington which is where we needed to be. I was pleased with the location as we were there to attend a Cowboys game. The convenience of the trolley ride to and from the hotel was a plus as well. However, the hotel is a bit deceiving as it has a nice lobby when you first come in. We stayed in a non smoking room and […] the room still smelled quite musty and the shower seemed very old. The walls were very thin as I could hear all the surrounding noise. I was on a tourism trip and the hotel is far from Dallas, but for the price I paid it is OK.

I felt like I was in "the bad part of town", eventhough I was not.

That hotel staff was very friendly. The location was great also the Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. There were lots of families there, so that made it family friendly. Our kids and us enjoyed the hot breakfast also.

I was in town for a trade show, and this hotel was nearby. The rate was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. They accidentally put me in a room where the ac wasn't cooling very well. I just thought that it was humid/stuffy because I wasn't used to that (from Phx)...turns out the ac wasn't working right. First night was a little sweaty, and the […] Wi-Fi didn't work properly (the staff reset it, and it worked fine after that). The room was a little snug and narrow, no big deal because I was alone. Day 2, they fixed the air and were reassigning me to another room (I came back to the hotel as this was happening) and I told them I'd just stay in that room, since it was frosty now. The continental breakfast was excellent, for a free meal, and that got a big show day off to a good start. The neighborhood's on the freeway, so it doesn't lend itself to walking. It's a decent, inexpensive hotel, and the staff are nice. 더 보기

We stayed in a two room suite, very spacious, comfortable beds. Two tv's was a plus with having kids there. Nice swimming pool area except for the tall grass. Only one complaint about the room, no cold water in the shower. Makes it hard to take a shower after spending all day at Six Flags in 100 degree weather. The price of the hotel was right on with the quality of the hotel. Arlington was extremely difficult to navigate and we often spent half of the afternoon getting turned around from the ballpark. If you are going to a game I would recommend a closer hotel. The construction going on in Arlington makes it almost impossible to get back to this hotel quickly […] without spending over an hour in traffic or construction. The staff was polite and the room was standard. The hotel is not located in the best of locations and the outside key locks remained unlocked during the night but overall I felt like I got exactly what I paid for. If I was spending the night in Arlington and not attending any specific functions I would stay at this hotel again. However, with the construction surrounding the city if I had a specific function to go to I would stay within walking distance of the event. 더 보기

I was in the room for 7 nights and then started noticing roaches in my room at night etc. They did horrible job cleaing room. Crumbs on floor, counters not wiped down well etc. Also, when appoached and told I wanted to leave the hotel early they gave grief about refunding money that I has pre paid. And then offered no apologies, incentices to return, […] credits...will not return to hotel or the chain. 더 보기

We have been using this hotel for a number of years and the condition of the rooms and service has gone down hill. They are renovating and the quality of the work being done seems poor quality. We will not be going back.

Went to TX for a wedding and the hotel was great! Friendly staff even needed to cancel a day and hotels.com and Quality worked together and I had no extra charges.

well as soon as we got into arlinton we had no problem finding the place real close to six flag and not to far from the arlington park mall. lobby was great and clean. breakfast was good not great needs impovement.rooms were clean but found a cockroach in the bathroom took pic. told front desk the night man did not do nothing a about it. he said that […] he could not do nothing and that he would tell the manager but she did nothing about it but the manager and the workers were very nice. 더 보기

The room was great for the price, however, the hotel is old and could use some updating and paint. Even so, it was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable.

Guest reviews we had read were right on target, the hotel was very nice and seems to have been recently modernized. The pictures they have on the site are very flattering , but room was actually kinda small, and the walls quite thin, other than that we really enjoyed our stay The full breakfast was a real treat although the juice machine was out of […] order!?!?
