Clean, staff very nice and attentive.

A decent hotel at a consistently good rate. Convenient location to airport and ferry terminal with good shuttle service. Close to movie theater and shopping, but not downtown. Good Mexican restaurant on site. The lobby area could use a new carpet and fresh coat of paint, but some might consider that part of its charm (as in, authentic rustic Alaska?), […] and the pool seems to undergo a lot of maintenance, but not many hotels in Juneau have a pool to begin with. Scheduled stay was fine. Room was clean, comfortable. However, the day we were supposed to leave Juneau and fly home, the weather turned bad and all flights were cancelled. We called the hotel from the airport to see if we could get our room back for another night. No problem, but they wanted to clean it first. That was okay, and we were told it would […] be ready very soon. They have no laundry service on site, so we went and found a laundromat to kill some time. Went back to hotel about three hours after originally calling for our room, had to wait about ten minutes to talk to someone, because one person behind the desk was booking another guest, and the other was apparently unqualified to answer simple questions. When I finally got the attention of the one person who could tell me if our room was available, he didn't know, so called the maid service. Couldn't get ahold of anyone. The weather was getting very bad outside, the roads were filling with snow to the point that I didn't want to go anywhere on them with my kids in the car. Since we had no where to go to get out of the weather or the car, and no one at the travelodge seeming to care, we went next door to the Best Western, and got a nicer room at a lower rate instantly. I called the Travelodge to cancel the room I had been at their front desk less than ten minutes before inquiring about, and got an "okay" and a cancellation number. Nobody seemed to care about losing our business or why we would cancel in such short order. Our family travels to/from and through Juneau several times a year and will NEVER stay here again. I will also let any friends or family or casual aquaintances or total strangers know that they should stay at any other hotel in Juneau. 더 보기

The quiet of the winter was a wonderful time for a visit. It was cold, not above 15F, but a recent snow made for spectacular scenery. The hotel has a nice restaurant, very friendly staff and clean. quite , rooms. My room had a mini frig and microwave oven too. I'd happily stay here again.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Internet access was not very good, kept dropping out when I was on line. My reservation called for a single Queen Bed however they did not have one available when I checked in. Price was excessive for what you got.

We stayed here due to the hotel's proximity to the Juneau airport and it's shuttle services (free shuttle to the airport and downtown). It took an hour to get a shuttle to the hotel from the airport; the first shuttle immediately got filled with a bunch of fishermen and their fish boxes so we had to wait for the shuttle to drop them and their fish off, […] which took a half hour or so.... With all the fishermen and their fish boxes, they should be running 2 vans when some of the fishing flights come in..... Also they advertize a a free shuttle downtown, but it only runs 3 times a day, with the last one at 5:15, so we had to pay for a cab downtown and back (we asked them to call us a cab, and after 10 minutes they still hadn't called one, so we told them to skip it and called ourselves). Finally when I checked in I asked to make a reservation to go to the airport in the morning, and they only had one available shuttle spot left, at 5:45 a.m., much earlier than we needed to be there. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the hotel's services leave a lot to be desired.... 더 보기

The hotel is very close to the airport, but no airport noise - not that many flights out of Juneau. My room was near the elevators and the bell is quite loud - recommend you request room away from elevators. Room did have refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker in the room. Convenient location if you need to be in "the valley", near the airport or near […] the Mendenhall Glacier. It's about a 15 minute drive to downtown, 10 minutes to Fred Meyer & Walmart. Mexican restaurant located at the hotel is decent food, service needs work - lounge had good service. 더 보기

Great convenience to the airport in Juneau. Quick pick-up on arrival by the hotel courtesy shuttle. They had cold storage facilities for my fish which was a plus but did charge $10.00 per box to store it. Great Mexican restaurant just off the lobby.

very clean. extremely convenient for getting to the Juneau airport
