Worn carpet. Did not leave enough towels. The bath tub was broken - shower only.

Nice hotel with a decent price, not located in the historical area but a 10 min drive away. Nice safe neighborhood with a Denny's right out front for b'fast!

I know the Motel is older, but it could use some updating. Bathroom way too small and I had to get a clean shower curtain because ours was mildewed and smelled. Had to ask for more towels as there were 4 adults even thou they knew in advance. It is close to SCAD and downtown. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, but the room had a musty smell. People were friendly. Loved the waffles in the continental breakfast. I actually thought I booked a hotel room, was disappointed that our room was more of a motel room. But it was very comfortable.

I am not expecting extravagant settings, but it would be nice if there were a proper work area in the room where one could plug in the laptop without having to do extreme contortions and acrobatics.

The bed was very confortable.

Everything was good excxept for the bed ,mattress was too soft.

Compared to our recent stay in a much more "upscale(??)" property in Alpharetta, this was a very pleasant stay as well as being much more of a value. As in all cases, there were several miscues, but overall the stay met expectations.

For the price, it's not a bad place. Just a few miles from the historic district. We took a tour so the shuttle picked us up at our hotel, drove us to the trolley for the tour, and then brought us back to our hotel. La Quinta's continental breakfast was quite substantial and better than expected -- even including hard-cooked eggs, bagels, cereal, waffles, […] toast, juices, yogurt, fruit, different and very nice tea bags. All of it provided plenty to start the day on a good nutritious foot. Although the room wasn't very big and only had two full-size beds, they did provide three pillows on each bed which added to the comfort. The bathroom, although it had a full-size tub, was incredibly tiny and tight. That could've been bigger and laid out better. Our one complaint was that the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned better in the corners. The staff was helpful and quite nice. 더 보기

The room was quaint, small and mostly clean. My husband thought he faintly smelled urine though, and he said the towel he used, that was supposed to be new, had a slight brown stain on it. I didn't see or smell either of these things, so, be warned. Also, they allow pets, which may not be a bad thing, but our room was adjacent to a barking dog.

It was a very clean room with new linens . no complaints except the "wireless internet" was very slow in our bldg which was way in the back away from the front office

Two laquintas on abercorn confused GPS, directed us to wrong one. Room was decent for a 2night stay, though maid skipped our room. Breakfast was stretched for a full house.

I have asked for nonsmoking room. Got in the room smell a lot smoke - Ask the from deck , he said nonsmoking. However , there was an ashstray on the table in the room. Front deck should know about the room and be hornest to customer who stay in the Hotel. should display for room smoking or nonsmoking

Very nice and clean hotel, good location between downtown and Southside and a safe neighborhood, very comfortable bed

this laquinta is not like others we have stayed in it is really tacky! Location is not great and it is not up to Laquinta standards for sure. People were loud in next room till 230 in Am and walls are thin. Also activity outside room in parking lot all night.

a good place to sleep. not too much traffic. located 5 miles from the historic district. that was very nice!

Its nice for just passing through.

The room only had one soap. The toilet overflowed and the bathroom floor was dirty. Plus the price I got it for was around 15 dollars more than if I used a coupon from those books found at rest areas. Pretty unimpressive.

We live in Atlanta and were visiting Savannah for two days. Needed a cheap hotel centrallly located and this fit the bill. No frills here although the complimentary breakfast was good. The woman who was resupplying and cleaning the dining room during breakfast was friendly and efficient. Front desk staff very helpful and courteous. Room was dated but […] clean. Not the best location as far as the neighborhood but it is close enough to all the tourist attractions. There is a small pool you may enjoy and free parking. I would stay here again. 더 보기

We had stayed at the other LaQuinta (8484) previously which had some issues. We decided to try this location hoping for better results, but upon entering our room we were greeted with a musty smell and when you entered the bathroom area there was a distinct urine smell. There were not enough towels or washcloths and of the two chairs in the room one […] did not appear clean due to the white spots in the seat. Also there were stains on the pillows. There was dust in every corner (thick enough to see with the naked eye), the small awkward bathroom needed a good sweeping and mopping, and we found out that the bathtub was stopped up when you showered because the water took forever to drain out. I came prepared as always with my Lysol spray and my own sheets to cover any possible room flaws. I hate to complain but regardless of the cost of the room, customers are entitled to reasonably clean and fresh smelling rooms. 더 보기

Hotel was ok, though it would be nearer historic district as in walking distance but it was a drive away. Otherwise it is well priced for a traveller ona budget. The service was ok, and the rooms were clean.

I really enjoyed my stay........I will probably stay at this location again

Unfortunately, I was unaware that I had booked a smoking room. I didn't even know they still did those. It was like sleeping in an ashtray. The smell was repulsive but it was the only room left in the city. At 11PM when I checked in I went back online to try and find another hotel and couldn't. They had duct taped a plastic grocery bag over the smoke […] detector in the room. 더 보기

I needed to take a state exam and the Hotel was close to whree I needed to report the next morning. The location was great, but the quality of the room was not what I expected for what I paid. The Inn needs remodeling and the room was small.

We came to Savannah for the St Patrick's Day Celebration. We booked a two night stay online. The hotel is decent and reasonably priced. The beds were comfy and rooms were basically clean definitely not a five star but we were very comfortable there. They have a clean pool too but only 3-5ft. Now as for the bathroom- it has a decent sized vanity area […] in the double bed room but the potty room is small with the toilet and bathtub in the potty room. I think the idea of the vanity separate from the bathroom was kinda handy- I was able to get ready while others showered and used the bathroom, plus they had a full sized mirror we used by the entrance door. This hotel is pretty far from downtown Savannah- be prepared for a very long walk or get transporation (CAT buses are $1.50 one way or $3.00 for all day service). Some hotel employees were more gracious than others, but ain't that the way of life- no big attitudes or out-right meanness. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to those looking to save money. 더 보기

First off, Ihate writing negative reviews. I was prepared to say postive things about this hotel. But the negatives outweigh the postives. On the surface, this looks like a clean, decent hotel for the price. It's a short hop, skip, and jump into the downtown area, and if you don't have a vehicle, there is a city bus across the street that goes right […] into the downtown area. There were a lot of little things. There was supposedly wi fi in the rooms, but I could never get wifi in the room, and barely had it in the lobby. The breakfast bar was in a small space for a large number of people. They ran outof batter for the waffle maker etc etc But my worst complaint has to do with housekeeping. I came back on Sunday night to find my room was never cleaned. The bed was never made, wet, dirty towels in the bathroom were not removed, and there was unremoved trash in the trash can. When I approached the front desk, I was told they would "look into it." I love Savannah and plan to go back. Would never stay here again. 더 보기

Good budget hotel quite a long way out of town but lots of restaraunts in the area.Wouldn t reccomend it for a long stay very basic but not bad for the money

Me and a few friends stayed here, and I had no problems at all. The staff up front were really nice. The room was very clean, and beds were comfortable. It was really cheap. Everyone seems to be complaining on these reviews about how small the bathroom is. Yes, its really little, but what does it really matter? It was clean, which is all that mattered […] to me. I did a review of my stay and talked on the phone with the mtg. and he said to make things right he would set me up a card and put on points to make up for my bad stay and as of today I have not heard or gotten my card. I have since stayed in Cinniantti Ohio at one of your Hotels and had a great stay. I at that time asked if I was in the card reward […] program. I was thinking that I would be in the computer syetem by that time but was not.............. Still hoping the Mtg follows through on what he said he would do. My stay started with a desk person yelling on the phone at a family member, only enough towels for one person, not getting anymore towels till 9:30pm (which at this time I was asleep) and a dirty tub..... Breakfast was nice, and the next morning staff was nice, but the internet was not good and the tv was dusting. We have stayed in hotels about 20 times in a year and never had any touble.... We did however move to another Hotel in the Savannah area the next day..... sorry. 더 보기

the bed and the pillow were super soft! tooooooo soft. so that made for a restless night. the price was accomdating. the wash towels and face cloths did not appear to be clean. luckily i brought my own.
