Stayed at the Millennium for three days for the National Robotics competition. The Millennium was one of the recommended Hotels. Many of the teams were in the Hotel as well. I do not think the Hotel was prepared to be booked solid. We had two pillows and asked for two more and were told that the Hotel was out of pillows. They gave us two blankets to […] put under our pillows. The lobby and Restaurants are top notch, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a Tornado warning and the staff was very professional. If you are visiting the Arch or Busch Stadium you cannot get a better location. All and all the Hotel is ok, a little warn, the people are great. 더 보기

Had a wonderful stay. Great hotel, great location, great service. I will be staying there again in the future.

For the money it was good. Was waiting on elevators alot of the time. They were very slow but did enjoy the view and location. Within walking distance to Busch Stadium.

Beware of the cost of parking at $18.00 a day! A bottle of water in the room which if opened cost $5.00. Standing at the "Wait to be Seated" sign and being ingnored for 10 minutes by the restaurant staff who were walking by. None of the hotel staff was friendly or welcoming. There was no place to park when checking in and the staff weren't overly concerned […] so had to park on the street in a Permit Only zone. 더 보기

I did not enjoy my stay you had to pay 18 dollars for parking they did not turn the heater on until it go below 50 degres did not enjoy

Good Location. Nice staff, very helpful. Stayed in the smaller building. it's in need of a little updating but over all it was good for our purpose and budget.

The Millenium was cheaper than other hotels in the downtown area, and we had a great view of the Arch from our room. The location was extremely convenient, we walked most of downtown and use the Metro-Link to get to other hotspots around the city. However, the hotel itself is old and dingy, and our room was not very clean - nothing too gross, just little […] things like there were a few little pieces of trash in the floor and no pillow cases on our stained, dirty looking pillows. Room service was awful at night, we requested towels etc. when we came in for the night and they were finally brought up - at 1:30 a.m. But overall we were happy with it, the location was great and the price was fair. 더 보기

This is the second time that we have stayed at the Millenium. The first time we came down for a weekend, we stayed on the 26th floor of the main tower. We booked a double suite. The rooms were very nice and clean and the view was spectacular. We were over looking the baseball field. However, this vacation we were on the 5th floor of the far smaller […] side of the hotel. The corridor area and lobby was very nice, however, when we opened the doors to our room, it was completly different. This had different carpet, bedding, bedframes, layout, decor, the TV was an older model while in the other room we had a flat screen. . the other side had nice granite counter tops and a large bathroom area, these bathrooms were tiny and a bit dirty. I was shocked that this was the exact same type of hotel room and it was so different! We also had a bad experience with needing jumper cables the next morning when we left. Mind you we were parked in the millenium hotel parking garage just across the street. When we called the front desk, they told us that they didnt have jumper cables and that they couldnt help us. We had to stand in the garage and flag other drivers down. Two drivers had the same issue just two days prior with needing jumper cables and the hotel staff did send someone out to jump the cars. Despite many bad reviews, I booked this hotel to see for myself. I came away impressed. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. It wasn't newly renovated or anything. The lobby is a lot nicer than the actual room. But it was a place to sleep for me. 27th floor room looks into Busch Stadium. The only negative was the food at the grill downstairs. […] The appetizer and pasta was good, but the shrimp was terribly over cooked. I kid in culinary school wouldn't have served them. It was also the night of a home playoff game for the Blues and I thought our rate was reasonable. The next time I need a room in downtown STL I will be making reservations here. 더 보기

The room could have been cleaner. There was a sticky residue on one of our tables. But the view out our window was amazing. And they had really comfortable beds.

We were placed in the North Tower and the hotel staff knew there wasn't any heat on in the North Tower. Our check in was late and we went to bed and woke up all night trying to get the thermostat to work. Why would you place weary travelers in a room that you knew they could not have any heat with the outside temps below sixty?

Great hotel very close to Arch and Stadium. Only downfall room would not cool down. Got it for a good price.

Our room needed a much due renovating. Overpriced for the hotel accommodations/amenities.

The price was Great, the hotel was fun With the 50's decor and architecture however the customer service was horrible at the front desk. Night desk clerk rude and demanded a $50 extra deposit and did not log it and they were not going to give it back when I checked out. I told them I was not leaving without it. Finally got it back. The customer care service was far below the standards of other hotels that we have stayed in. Our room was not serviced at all while we were there. We had to ask for clean towels and wash rags to be brought to our room. The front desk operators that answered had a very indifferent attitude towards us. This was my second time staying at the Millennium Hotel in downtown st. louis. The room was great and the employees were of a great standard. however i was looking for a complete get away from my daily life and was hoping to have a relaxing time down in there indoor pool . This was the main reason i wanted to even spend my money . I walked through the […] lobby from the north tower to south tower passed the first desk in my bating suit only to find the pool dry as the desert, My other major disappointment was that i walked passed the woman at the front desk with just a bathing suit and skirt and she decided to tell me the pool was closed on my way back to my room. After it was pretty obvious i knew that. But all in all the hotel is very nice and the food is good as well. The service is top notch. And i did enjoy these things. 더 보기

When I checked in the hotel charged my card full price for my stay even though I already paid thru hotels.com. The internet quit working 15 minutes after I paid for it and they never sent anyone up to check it out. Room service forgot my silverware and butter and only has sugar free syrup in the hotel.

I stayed two non-consecutive nights at the Millenium Hotel in St. Louis and was EXTREMELY satisfied with my stay! The first night I was on the 14th floor and the second night I was on the 19th floor with a view of the Gateway Arch. Both nights the room was clean and comfortable. I felt right at home and wish I could spend every day in a room like that! […] The service was amazing! The breakfast delivered by room service in the morning was a little expensive but tasted great! My ONLY complaint is the internet access. You must pay $9.95 extra and it's by use of a short ethernet cord supplied by the hotel in each room. I've stayed at cheaper hotels which have free Wifi. Speaking of cheaper hotels...I got this room for a reasonable price through hotels.com and when I saw the normal price posted on the back of the door in my room, I couldn't believe it. I'd paid less than half that price by booking with hotels.com. The last point I'd like to address is that the Gateway Arch is within walking distance and the neigborhood is great. Traffic is somewhat busy at times. The view from the revolving restaurant on the top floor is breathtaking! I will definitely stay with the Millenium Hotel on my next visit to St. Louis and will ABSOLUTELY continue booking hotels with hotels.com! 더 보기

I think that the staff were trying hard enough, but the hotel is in need of general upgrades; the bath showed its age, as did the elevators. General maintenance was acceptable, however. The hotel room smelled like a wet floor or old attic. The fixtures are not up-to-date and their were stains on the wall. The sink was weird. The iron spit out purple stuff that stained my pants. Great place to stay! Very convienent!

They charge $18 per night for parking. that too not in the same campus. $10 for internet per day. That too wired connection. There is no WIFI in rooms.

Worst experience we have ever had, and we travel frequently. Not one good thing to say about the entire place.....except the door man was super friendly. Stay at one of the many neighboring hotels.

I stayed in the south tower last month. which is not the one that they show in the pictures on the websites. There was dirt and marks all over the walls. there is no bathroom counter. the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom. the beds were frumpy and messy. The gym wasnt open but you could see it from the floor that i stayed on and the room was full […] of old tvs and hotel furnishings. i was very suprised when i got there and saw how unappealing it was. the location was great. but you also have to pay $20 to park your car over night in thier garage. and $6 to park it durning the day. I didnt go into the North builing but im guessing thats where the pictures were taken. They call them the "premium" rooms. They are more expensive. I suggest if you stay at this hotel you stay in the North tower. 더 보기

They have an older section which you will stay in, looks like a motel from the 70's. The floor was no vacuumed, there was a broken lamp in the closet. The shower head was plastic, had no view of the arch or even the river. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was very small. There was no water in the indoor pool and the only view was a lot of broken tv's and eliptical machines to star at. The location is excellent for the downtown area. Hilarious some of these reviews when you are using a discount site to book a cheap room... were you expecting the Four Seasons for 50 bux? The hotel is perfectly fine... Does it have some drab wallpaper and outdated tiles in the bathroom... yes. Is it in a totally awesome location and cost about the same or less then staying at a Motel 6 accross the […] bridge or 15-20 minutes out of downtown... YES! My suggestion is if you catch it at a time its priced for motel rates book it... if a few of the nicer downtown hotels around it are comparable, or even a few bucks more go with another hotel... I know when I booked it was 100 bux less a nite then anything downtown, and about the same price or less then some of the dumpy motels across the bridge in IL 더 보기

Walking into the hotel I thought how beautiful. Great location to all the sights of downtown St. Louis. The hotel's front desk agents and bell hops were very friendly, helpful, and professional. My initial reaction when I walked in the hotel was "Wow this is nice". That changed when I got in my room. The furniture was outdated. No free wifi in the rooms. […] They were not the cleanest. I didn't feel comfortable walking bare foot on the floor of the room or standing in the shower. Limited channels for the TV. The room was nothing like the pictures on the site. I was very dissatisfied, and if I could have been refunded for my room I would have cancelled my reservation and went somewhere else. The operator to schedule shuttle service was very unprofessional. We stayed 2 nights and because of the conditions of the room, it made the stay very uncomfortable! Would not recommend this place. Will not go back to stay. 더 보기

Things were good when I first checked in. After that though it all went downhill. Long story short, would give it a negative 5 stars and never recommend it to any of my friends or enemies. If we needed something we had to call 3 or 4 times to get it. The central air was all a on 1 system for the building we were in, which meant even our room was freezing […] cold we could not use the heater. I graciously sent up extra blankets. Most of the staff was rude, the parking price was outrageous!, the pool was closed for maintenance, the room was by no means baby you are kids safe ( are toddler hit his head I don't know how many times in that room which bruised), the more we talk to the people at the front desk they simply told us it was nothing they could do. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in after a long day of driving (10 hours) to find out I was Guest of the Day. The Guest of the day was given an upgrade in the room and two breakfast vouchers. The view from the room was wonderful. The Arch was right outside our window. I was travelling with my kids and this was a pleasant treat.

Rooms are very old so the room ammenities, bathroom, tub, etc.....besides the location doesn't afford the spend. Doesn't match with the image when arriving.

Do not stay at this hotel! The staff is HORRIBLE and rude!!!!! Parking is a fortune! We ended up paying almost $100.00 for a 3 day stay! The rooms are very small and not worth the money! We tried to speak to the manager and he was just as rude! Please pay a little more and stay in a better hotel!!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in
