A decent place to stay, satisfied with hotel services. Hotel was north on road compared to Hotels.com location

The only complaint I had was. I booked a smoking room at hotels.com. When I got there I was told the only ones for smoking where 2 double beds. Other then that the staff and entire hotel was very nice. Breakfast could have been held open a little longer. But overall neat and clean.

We didn't like the small pillows or the complimentary shampoos, the pool area needs an update but for the price it was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was in a good location.

great place to stay if youre just going to be there for a night or two. comfortable beds, clean. however, our shower was kind of gross but that was the only complaint i had. the breakfast was not as extensive as it states on their website, but was still pretty good. overall, i was satisfied with our stay but think it may be a litttttttle overpriced […] . 더 보기

We stayed here after a scary and uncomfortable night at another hotel. This one was MUCH better and we enjoyed our time here, especially the hot tub!!

Long day at Cedar point...no ice in the ice machine. Pools were dirty then closed. Kids disappointed. Bathroom had mildew. Would not return to that hotel.

The desk help was not friendly at check in, check out or when told the vending maching didn't work. The bathroom was dirty, and the previous trash was not taking out. Vending machine didn't work right.

I stayed for at the Quality Inn for a night and it was nice. We stayed in the second building that is on the other side of the pool. It was outdated looking, but was very clean and there was no smell. The beds were comfortable. I did not swim but a couple in my party did and they had no complaints. The only complaint in the room would be the shower. […] The bottom of the shower floor is very slippery and I about fell. I had to put a towel down to stand on and the ice machine was out of order. We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The staff was okay, they were not rude, but not overly welcoming. Our room was clean, but smelled musty (the hotel kind of smelled musty as well). Also in our shower there was a wad of hair in the drain. Where I was most disappointed was in the condition of the pools/hot tub. It is my favorite thing […] to swim and in viewing the pools and the hot tub I felt they were not maintained very well and the hot tub didn't even bubble because only one jet was working. To just stay overnight while traveling it was okay, the price was decent, but to stay there on vacation to enjoy the hotel itself I would not recommend this hotel. 더 보기

Hotel was nice and clean. The beds were ok not home. It was close to Ceder Point and a lot of resturants to pick from. I would stay again.

They gave us the very last room, so they say. When we walked into the room all you could smell was a cross between cat pee and mold...I told them and they offered me a can of lysol. Jacuzzi did not work. Hair bugs and dirt were all around the bed. there was mold on the walls and the floor under the carpet was rotten. I have pics... the carpet was buckled […] up from water sitting. wallpaper was curling. all 3 ice machines did not work!!!!! after all that.. we went for breakfast at 8 am and they were serving plain cherios, english muffins , boiled eggs and coffee that was slightly tinted tan... I threw the coffee in the trash and went to bob evans. the employes were very rude. acted like they did not care... at all... the night before we stayed at the Hawthorne in seville ohio and it was wonderful.. not one complaint..... this quality in was by far the worst stay ever.. me and my husband stayed there just for a night in the king suite and for the price it was a good stay....could of been cleaner but it was nice and the jacuzzi was nice.....the bed was comfy....i would definitly bring your own towels for showering theres were questionable. overall it was a good stay

Lets start with the posistives. They did an amazing job on the continental breakfast with keeping it stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The negatives for me were that the swimming pool area was dirty (I think I stepped on a soggy wet diaper by the pool). Also our shower wasn't very clean (there was hair in it). And i did not find the location […] very convienient, it was more like 25 minutes away from the park. Overall, I think I would rather pay 20 bucks more and stay somewhere a little bit nicer, even if I am just laying my head down there to sleep. 더 보기

pool dirty, room dirty,floors dirty

With the price of the hotel I thought we were getting something that was going to be just a simple place to sleep and bear with all the inconveniences possible. However, the hotel staff were quite kind the rooms were nice and clean. It was a pleasant surprise. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Apparently their cleaning staff is not doing their job and management is not making sure their hotel is running properly.

I was not pleased with this hotel at all. The room we received had a slow sink drain which meant we had to wait 15 minutes for the next person to brush their teeth since there was only 1 sink. When we went to pool room the hot tub was cloudy and the jets on full blast didn't make a ripple in the water. We decided to take a dip in the pool that was over […] chlorinated, there were no pool towels so we had to use our bathroom towels. When we went down to the front desk to get extra towels for showers we were told they were in the dryer. We waited 2 hours and called down for them to tell us they they were still in the dryer and they would deliver them to our room. They were delivered 11:30pm after we gave up and dryed off with wet towels and were trying to go to sleep. Huge disappointment! 더 보기

The hotel smelled like body odor, the jets didn't work on the inside hot tub, the outside hot tub didn't work at all. They ran out of breakfast food by 7:30 am on Sunday and the ice machines rarely had ice in them. By the way there is no bar/lounge as mentioned. Was located very conveniently close to Cedar Point. I guess, for the price, it wasn't THAT bad, but I mean, unless you're using this just to crash and will only be there to sleep and too tired from long day to notice the mold and really small uncomfortable beds, then I wouldn't recommend you stay here.

The Hotel is clean and located close to Cedar Point an the Ohio Turnpike.

The beds were very comfortable the room was large and the bathroom was just right. Absolutely no complaints.

Well, I guess you can't expect too much when you don't pay too much. The hotel was very easy to find, but the parking lot was not very well lit and since we didn't really know the area, it made us uncomfortable. We arrived at night and were roomed in the second building towards the far end where there was very little lighting while entering the building. […] The hallways had a funny smell and the carpeting through out the room and halls were VERY dated. The room was very much like the pictures so no surprises there, thankfully. I would suggest that you bring your own towels. Besides being VERY small, they were extremely rough, and I really don't usually care about the towels, so that should tell you how bad they were. The check-in desk clerks were very friendly and also had no troubles there. We never made it to the pool so I can't comment on that. Overall, the room/hotel were what you should expect for a low cost. With some improvements the hotel could be very comfortable. 더 보기

Overall it was very convenient for our trip and was easy to find. The bed had a faint odor of tobacco smoke though it was a non-smoking room. We probably could have asked for a new room but didn't. The bathrooms are tight for more than one person unless someone is in the shower. It had the curved tub and shower curtain that gives a feeling of not being […] penned in in the shower. This location is old and need of up dating. TV had not been changed over to DTV so you couldn't watch it. The room was clean as it could get for its age.If you are just planning to sleep and taking the views all day. This is a good bargain if you don't expect to much.

While I've stayed at much nicer places for the same amount per night- we knew this place wasn't going to be very nice with Cedar Point inflating the cost of hotels in the area. We were visiting friends in Milan, so this was the closest hotel with the best rate. Lobby kind of smelled like B.O., but that could have been the gentleman that just left. Staff […] didn't give even a smile, or offer any information about their supposed continental breakfast. The room we got sort of smelled. Lots of stains on the floor. Our view out the window was of corn field and a huge satellite dish (discarded - not in use) laying in the grass. Towels had rust (?) stains on them. Comforter had very obvious white stains on them. This was just a place to sleep, but still I think I'll pay a little more next year when we visit again. 더 보기

Room was great for the price. Would have liked a small fridge. Jacuzzi/Spa was broken and had been for some time. Indoor pool was ok, some dirt at botto and could have used some more lighting. Outdoor pool was pretty good shape. Overall good stay, but was looking forward to the Jacuzzi/Spa.

Arrived and checked in. Needed to call the front desk to use my whirlpool tub. Discount to Cedar Point consisted of a Pepsi can. Room seemed to lack furniture for its size

My cousin and I took a roadtrip to Ohio from CT. We were going to cedar point an Kalahari water park. We were looking for a cheap place to stay and we found this hotel. Overall it wasnt a bad experience. For the price we paid it was totally worth it. The only complaint I had was that the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. In my opinion I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as it is serious need of many upgrades. Lets start with the TV (broken remote, limited channels - No ESPN). The hot tub was also out of order and the breakfast buffet was less than spectacular. Next time I visit the Cedar Point area I do not intend to go back to this hotel.

This was a clean hotel, good for sleeping. Wouldn't want to be stuck in the room. Be very careful.....towels are kind of scratchy!!!! Not kidding

the hotel itself looked like it was on the verge of collapsing. it was an ok place to crash, but other wise it was not worth what i paid. the hot tub water was so foggy that it left us with a grime when we got out, and the website lied about having a shuttle to cedar point, which apparently ended like 2 years ago, they should take that false advertising […] down. the sink ahd gross stuff stuck in it and the chairs in the lobby were all ripped up. our hotel was one of the farthest away from the park too, which was a big dissapointment since it claimed to be fairly close. 더 보기

The hotel was adequate for what we needed and paid. However, we were not impressed with their advertising and some of their service. The name implies it is near Cedar Point, when in actuality it is one of the farther hotels along the road into Cedar Point from the Ohio Turnpike. When asked for Cedar Point discounts we were handed cans of Pepsi with […] discounts on the can, which we could have purchased from any grocery in the area. The breakfast was adequate and the breakfast staff quite helpful. The room cleanliness was poor at best. All in all given the choice I would not stay again. 더 보기

The hotel was very, very dirty. It is misleading when you walk into the lobby because the lobby is really nice. I think that is the only place they clean. We stayed there Aug. 10-12, 2009. Not one time did the Maid Service change our bedding. The bedding was nasty. There was pubic hair on the sheets from guests who stayed there previously. We did not […] even sleep under the blankets. Luckily we brought our own blankets otherwise we definitely would have checked out. The indoor pool was filthy dirty and the hot tub was dirty and not hot. The indoor pool area looked like it had never been cleaned. The outdoor pool was cleaner than the indoor pool. When you open up the curtains in your hotel room there is major cobwebs, spiders, etc. Looks like they have never dusted since they opened. Outside is nasty. They do not clean their grounds. Cigarette butts laying around all outside. They don't even have an ashtray outside where a guest could put out a cigarette butt. All in all, we would never stay at this Hotel again.
