직원들이 정말 친절합니다. 매우 만족스럽고 시설 역시 깔끔하고 청결하네요 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

저렴한 가격이 아닌 호텔이었고 제공된다는 서비스가 좋아서 샌드맨 호텔을 선택했습니다. 하지만 세면도구를 제공한다더니 "치약"은 빠져있었습니다. 게다가 밤 늦게 복도의 소음때문에 잠을 잘수가 없었습니다. (방음이 전혀 안되는 것 같네요) 또한 문의할게 있어 데스크에 가면 기본 20분은 기다려야하고.. 여간 불편한게 아니더라구요. 다시 이 호텔을 이용하겠냐고 묻는다면 대답은 "아니오" 입니다.

Toilet wasnt working very well, room wasn't very quite, lots of outside hall noise. Location was great and service was good however.

Our initial room did not have a closet or a fridge. We asked to switch rooms as we were staying for 3 days. They gave us a different room, which when we entered there was already somebody staying in there. OOPS, awkward!! So they gave us another room, which was larger and worked out really well.

Several problems. Checked in on Monday April 23, when guest traffic didn't seem high, but the first room the front desk people gave me had no closet -- nowhere to hang clothes at all. They moved me without hesitation, but I have to wonder why they think anyone would put up with no closet. The free wireless Internet was useless. It was unbelievably slow, […] and document downloads (I wouldn't even attempt a movie or video) took so long they typically timed out without being downloaded to my laptop. Finally, there was no hot water in the mornings, just lukewarm. The front desk staff didn't seem concerned when I mentioned it. On the plus side, I was permitted an early check-in with no surcharge. The room was very clean and the hotel was handy for numerous downtown attractions. TV was nice, a large flat-screen model. Housekeeping staff were pleasant and efficient. 더 보기

Hotel is pretty nice but I was told upon check-in that you must have a credit card to hold the room..even though my room was prepaid thru Hotels.com. The upon checkout I was told my card would be charged an additional $15/night for parking that I was not told about upon check-in.

The hotel was good and comfortable, except for one important thing: The hot water from bathroom sink was less than lukewarm. It never got hot. The shower was hit/miss with hot or lukewarm water. Our 3rd floor room had a view of the hotel's 'rooftop' with the satellite dishes, etc. It was NOT a good view. I would not ask for this hotel again esp b/c […] of the hot water situation. We Spend 2 nights at the Sandman.Due to several problems, we talked to the staff,we fill out the commend card in the room as well as emailed the Sandman. We have not had a reply to anything.

Do NOT choose this hotel if you must have an internet connection. The so-called wifi connection did not work for more than a minute or two at anytime during my 5-day stay and complaining did not help. The only help offered was to connect me to the support line of the external company meant to provide the service. Incredible. Then I was told the problem […] was with the Apple equipment I was using. Walking into the room a handle on the drawer was hanging half off, the shelf in the brathroom(which was the only place to store toiletries) was at an angle downwards so everything would slide off, the toilet was running and only flushed 2/3 rds of the time. The fire alarm went off at 7:45 am in the morning and when I went to the lobby to find the cause […] it took along time and when it was discovered that it was a false alarm I asked the front desk employee how to get back to the room as the elevators were out (three times),and got absolutely no verbal response. She left to go in the back room, it took five minutes for someone to show me the way. Over all dissatisfied. Filled out a questioner for management go no No response it has been over two weeks. 더 보기

Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself looks ritzy on the outside, but the room we stayed in was pretty plain. It did the job for a one night stay, but anything longer would have probably gotten a little uncomfortable. Needless to say, it was a plesent experience in all and I would deffinetly go back. The price was very reasonable […] and the in house restaraunt was great. I would recommend this to someone who is only staying a couple of nights or who is not going to be in the room all that much. 더 보기

The location of this Hotel is it's selling point, close to sports venues. The rooms are basic.The problem I have is that it's a party hotel on the weekends and it is very noisy in the hallways and on the street .

The room and restaurant and over all was very good. HOWEVER, when we arrived they indicated we would have to pay $15 for parking. Seems weird since the web site doesn't say anything about that but we didn't want to fight about it so we capitulated. When we checked out she said we owed $40 for parking! WHAT? Well, it is not $15 she says but $15 a day […] plus $5 a day in taxes and fees. That is ridiculous! We specifically look for hotels with pool and hot tub and tend to spend some time in those areas. The hot tub was down on Friday and most of the day Saturday. Finally up on Saturday afternoon. When we went back Saturday night the hot tub was cloudy and gross and there was not enough water in it to let it run through the filter. One of our co-guests said it had been down the week before as well. This needs checked on daily since there are obviously some issues. 더 보기

Pool was not as expected. Advertisement said there was pool and whirlpool, but when we got there, whirlpool was closed for renovations (not posted on the hotel's website; would have been nice to know this prior to booking). Also, no place to sit around the pool, except on the stairs. Not enough towels to go around; had to call front desk to deliver […] more. In the room, we found belongings from previous guests still on the floor - a clue that the room had not properly been cleaned. Beds were hard as rock.. Also room only supplied 3 towels for 4 guests. Tried to call front desk to deliver more towels but they did not answer the phone, so 2 people had to share the same wet towel after their shower (yuck!). 더 보기

This hotel was in a great location for going to the Canucks game, its right downtown and only two blocks from a skytrain station. The only problem with this hotel is that the elevators get really backed up, and not every elevator goes to every floor.

Worst stay anywhere in my life. Dirty sock in the "clean" bed Water ran all night in tub. Asked to talk to the boss and got a guy more Rude the the first. And check it took almost an hour.

went to canucks game . What a great location @ a great price would stay again

when we booked our hotel we asked about the pool as this was a key in deciding where to book. we were not advised the pool would be closed for maintenance and when we checked in there was no mention of the pool being closed. It wasn't until we were heading to the pool that we found out it was closed for maintenance.

Good Location Downtown Vancouver. Walking distance to most tourist locations and close to transit for the rest. We were allowed to check in early as we arrived by train early. Were given an upgrade on our booked room, but when we checked it the bathroom was moldy, the sink was blocked. We notified the reception and they moved us to another room right […] away.The new room was very clean. The view over the city towards the mountains was magnificent. 더 보기

Enjoyed staying at the Sandman. Was within walking distance to a lot of the great tourist sites and the neighborhood was nice. Had wifi in the room and it worked well. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was nice. The bed was a little stiff for my taste, but too terribly bad. The price was well worth what we got for it. it would have been nice if the hotel had room service seeing it was a large hotel

I found the staff very unfriendly, and not helpful. I was not able to check into my room until after 3PM and even then it was a struggle to get an appropriate room. Parking was difficult and costly.Only one of the two elevators worked and I waited for 15 minutes to be able to take my baggage to the 10th floor. The carpets were not clean. I was constantly frustrated by the "free" wi-fi that would stop working after loading only two pages, but otherwise this was a nice hotel. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the neighbourhood felt safe at night. The location was convenient and the view from our room was great if you looked past the parking lot. We ate at the hotel […] restaurant but were disappointed by the high priced flavourless fare, other patrons seemed okay with it though. We chose this hotel over similar ones because of the price and the fact that they offered wireless internet, while the price was right the sketchy WI-FI made us regret our decision. I would recommend this hotel based on price, location and cleanliness. Not everyone cares about wireless internet. 더 보기

the room and bed were comfy and worked well for a 2 night business stay. temp in room was easy to control. all the amenities needed. loved the organic herbal soaps! i stayed on the top (11th) floor in the north tower. the wireless signal did not reach my room. There were no robes to use for the pool, and the pool was hard to find, crossing a dirty back […] staircase. the pool was nice and warm, the hot tub wasn't hot enough for me. i would stay here again for the cheap price and location 더 보기

wouldnt stay there again we went to a hockey game so the location was great. Took over an hour to check in so not enough staff at front desk plus they were taking phone calls. Elevator was so slow we ended up walking the eight flights of stairs to our room. The smell of chlorine from the pool was overwhelming and our room faced a wall of another hotel. […] It would be worth it to stay farther away and take a cab to games. I found it easy to get to the hotel, just walked towards Rogers Arena from the City Center station of the metro and I was there (500m). When I arrived at the hotel there was a rather long check- in que, but that was perhaps because it was a hockey day, and the rates of the hotel rates were outstanding for the location. There was a shortage of staff […] looking at the check-in line, however they were quick and friendly. I got my key card quicker than what I had expected and proceeded to the room. It took a while for the elevators to reach lobby level, and I experienced them pretty slow throughout the stay. Room was clean and neat. It offered whatever they had promised from the hotel description. + Location is very convenient + Great restaurant at offer (Moxies) + Beads were comfortable - Heat of the water took a while, so you had to let it running - Complementary Wirless slow (free) - Since Vancouver has quite a bit of rainy days around the year, you have to be quick to grab one for the day - Slow Elevators Well-worth staying here and I will defiantly return. 더 보기

We overnight parked in hotel parking lot. Vehicle window was broken and some stuff were stolen. No body in hotel took care of us or even helped us out. Totally not recommend this hotel and here is dangous area.

South corporate tower was quiet and comfortable although the room was kind of small for a king bed room pool was warm and hot tub relaxing lots of shopping and good restaurants were very close
