웰링턴 호텔 (Wellington Hotel) - 뉴욕

방음별로,전망별로 21층이였지만,

위치가 좋은호텔이다 카네기홀이 바로 옆에 있었고 센츄럴공원도 가까워서 위치로 얘기하자면 나무랄데 없다 방은 작고 에어컨이 잘 작동 안 되었지만 전반적으로 만족한다 맨하탄에서는 호텔에 있는시간은 길지 않으니깐..

방 크기가 오래 전에 지어진 호텔에서 기대할 수 있는 정도임, 하지만 정말 깨끗하고 직원들이 좋다.

방이 너무 작다!! 화장실에 "한" 명 밖에 못 들어가고, 1명이 들어가기에도 작다! 정말 작다!! 나머지는 모두 괜찮다.

이 호텔은 직원들이 호의적이고 예의가 바릅니다. 방은 깨끗하고 편안하고 넓습니다. 오랜 기간 동안 신중한 업그레이드를 거쳐 원형 그대로를 유지하고 있는 건축 디테일이 훌륭합니다. 다시 오겠습니다. 많은 관광명소에 걸어서 갈 수 있기 때문에 더욱 그렇습니다.

이 동네의 여러 호텔에서 숙박해 봤는데 Wellington은 정말 좋다. 방은 정말 특별하고, 직원들은 훌륭하다. 여기 다시 또 올 것이다.

전망이 좋은 방을 요청했더니 다른 방들을 바라보고 있는 호텔 가운데 있는 방을 주었다. 한참 위로 위를 올려다 보면 건물 하나를 볼 수 있었다. 화장실은 더러웠고, 곰팡이 때문에 숨이 막혔다. 천장도 곰팡이가 피어 있었다. 전기 스위치가 모두 더러웠다.

도심에 위치하여 많은 오락 및 비즈니스 장소로 쉽게 갈 수 있다. 관리가 잘 되고 있고 직원이 배치된 시설이 관광객들을 유인한다(내국인 및 외국인). 관광객들은 효율적으로 처리된다. 방은 컴팩트하지만 깨끗하고 조용하다. 가구가 우아하다.

호텔은 좋은 곳에 자리잡고 있다. 여기 꼭 다시 올 것이다. 지하철 옆에 위치하여 편리하다. 호텔로 들어가고 나오는 것이 쉽다. 방은 소형이지만 NYC에서는 전형적인 방이다. 따라서 그건 괜찮았다. 지역에 비해서 값도 쌌다.

거의 예고도 없이 NY으로 여행을 했다. Wellington에 약간 서둘러서 예약을 했다. 내가 읽은 리뷰는 정말 엇갈렸다. 도착해서 10층에 있는 투 베드룸 스위트룸로 업그레이드되었다는 사실을 알고서는 너무 기뻤다. 방은 매우 넓고, 화장실에 있는 카펫부터 타일까지 모두 새거였다. 공간이 많았고, 소음문제도 없었다. 지하철 이용, Central Park 및 Times Square 이용도 쉬웠다. 우리는 모든 곳을 걸어다녔으며 동네에서는 정말 편안하게 느껴졌다. NYC에서 4일 중 3일 동안 비가 내리는 일만 없었으면 더 좋았을 텐데!! Wellington에서 좋은 경험이었다.

오래되고 낡고, 먼지 날리고, 곰팡이 피는 곳. (추웠지만) 창문을 열어 두어야 했다. 방에서 너무나도 퀴퀴한 냄새가 났기 때문이다. 그러나 Manhattan 도심의 바로 중심에 있다.

직원들은 정말 친절합니다. 방은 정말 작지만 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 조식으로 추가비용을 지불했는데 메뉴가 한정되어 있었고, 호텔에 부속된 카페에 있는 기본적인 것 뿐입니다.

Great coffee shop with free Wi-Fi across the street.

Hotel very central but needs upgrading. Don't take the stairs as you will be shocked at the condition

Do not stay here. It looked cute online but that did not translate into reality. When I checked-in, I was told I had been upgraded to a suite for free, I thought that was great - my positive experience ended there. On first night there was a maiintenance issue with the room. Notified the front desk next morning and issue was totally resolved by early afternoon. Well done! Front desk was "short staffed" most of the time causing long wait times. Enjoyed our stay and proximity to theater, sights and restaurants was superb.

The rooms are with old furniture. The bathrooms are old. Some furniture was dusty. Location is perfect. I find it ridiculous to have to pay for internet services, it should be free. The paper in the printer in the lobby run out as I was trying to print boarding passes.

Very convenient to the subway, Central Park, & Fluffy's quick & delicious food. The N, Q, R subway is right out the side door and takes you straight downtown to Times Sq, Macy's and Union Square. This is the second time they have given me a room when I arrived in the morning and this room had an exceptionally nice view of Central Park. I was on the […] 27th floor and it was lovely and quiet. I had a family emergency (death) and asked to reschedule, anytime, even if its months ahead. I was told the hotel doesn't care at all and in order to reschedule I would have to buy a room again. Upon asking to cancel I was told the same thing. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE and have been steering family and friends away from it. You get […] what you pay for. Upon inspecting the hotel while it looks nice and bright outside it looks like a cheap motel in the 80's in miami and reeks of failure. The quality here has been dropping for years and at this point they are just money hungry. If you god-forbid need something changed or rooms switched this hotel will just tell you to **** off and that your family doesn't matter, and will still take your money at that. My sister and I stayed there one night whiles husband was in the hospital. Our room was very clean and a large for a New York city hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good budget hotel. Very impressed with the value for money and the size of the rooms.

We had two rooms and stayed in the hotel for two nights. The two rooms were close together and on the same floor - but very different from one another. One room was very nice and the other room was drab in comparison. The nice room had a full kitchen, many windows where we could see Carnegie Hall. The drab room had a half kitchen and only 2 windows […] looking out to a brick wall. Both mornings around 8:00am there was a lot of banging going on. Perhaps it was a loud furnace? It went on for about 2 minutes before it ended. The location is fantastic - right next to Carnegie Hall, a few blocks from Central Park, and within half a mile of Lincoln Center. Also a few blocks away from Time Square and a Subway station. Overall I think this was a great choice for us because of the location. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel so the "drab" conditions wouldn't keep me away again. 더 보기

Worne, but nice hotel. Perfect location! Just irritating to have to pay for internet in 2012.

Very old, small rooms and no view at all

and the double bed was not sufficiently large enough for two, I felt. The bathrooms have been remodeled. For New York the size of the room is about standard. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The location is very good.

The only negative thing was the bed, small and unconfortable. Everything else was great!

The Wellington is in a great location with both Times Square and Central Park at walking distance. The room, like in most NYC hotels was small. We wanted a hotel close to Broadway and Cetntral Park. We were able to walk to both.

We enjoyed a weekend stay at the Wellington---great location just a few blocks from Times Square and the theaters, and subway stop is literally steps from the front door. Room was basic, run down but clean--we spent little time there so no problem with that since rate was very reasonable for midtown Manhattan.

Great location, wonderful service and all the amenities one could need for a weekend stay in the city. Got a free upgrade to a suite, which was wonderful and considering the reasonable cost each night for the room, was much more than I could have expected. Friendly staff added to the ambiance!

I even got s view of Central Park which is two blocks away.

The room was clean and great location. However the bathroom was way too small. When showering the water would not drain and I found the water level mid-calf. The maintenance person could not fix it. It was unacceptable. We got 2 bedrooms for only $220/night! That's unheard of in NYC. Wish I'd known about this hotel years ago. My travel partner and I reveled in each having our own bedroom AND a kitchen sink with microwave!
