There was a mouse in my room. I immediately checked out and tried to get a room elsewhere but all the rooms in town were booked because of a car show. When i checked in and got to my room the card key did not work, so i had to go back and get that fixed. When i went back and entered the room, i discovered housekeeping did not clean it - the used sheets […] and trash was still there. I got my room changed, and went to get something to eat the next day and came back to my room to find the key wasnt working again despite the fact it was a new room. I went to the front and found out they gave me a key good for only one night when my reservation was for two nights. But the highlight of my stay was the mouse in my room. I have never experienced such a thing in all my years of travel and was disgusted. 더 보기

Luv this Laquinta beds great TVs great just like this spot. A great place for the money. Friends had a different hotel and paid more but room was no better

Absolutely Horrible! The room was extremely dirty and the bathroom had mold all over it and blood on the door handle. It was gross! The bed, however, was comfortable. The room was not vacumned or cleaned. The towels were yellow and grungy. This was our first Hotel.com experience and it was NOT good.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy access, fast and friendly staff. Good value for the price.

I have stayed at this La Quinta on several occasions. Big flat screen TVs, HD TV, large comfortable bed, very nice. They could clean the carpet, however, but other than that, the room is very high quality. Hotel is walking distance to several restaurants, and is close to the highway for easy traveling.

The room was great. The clerk that received me at desk was great but the one that I turned in my key to was rude. All around the experience was good and I recommend it to all that go by. I just would say to have all staff work on customer service. Thanks for a great rest.

great location to visit historical sites-convient to the interstate 85 and 65-nice clean rooms and a very good matress for a good nites sleep. the price thru hotels.com was in my budget THANK YOU!

Great place to stay.

my room was not clean, there was hair around the bath tub abd floor, some one had eat a what looked like a brownie in the dressing area where the face bowl and mirror is. The floor in the bath room had not been mopped, because i took tissue and wiped the floor , it picked up hair and dirt.

The hotel overall was awesome..i was really pleased..although the toliet was giving me problems..I will be making thishotel my hotel when I visit montgomery....

The tollet side next to the tub was flithy. There were dirty old towels in the dresser drawer. Other than that it was a great experience.

We chose to stay at this location on our way to Tennessee. Our last time through the area, we stayed at a competitor and wanted to give the La Quinta a try. We have stayed with La Quinta many times in the past but this location did not meet their usual standards. Unfortunately, the listed address of this facility did not pull up in our GPS. We called […] the hotel and asked directions but were sent the wrong way. When I called back again, I was placed on indefinite hold. I hung up, called again - no answer. We finally found the place and the desk clerk did apologize, albeit half heartedly. We got to our room and found it musty smelling, although this improved a bit when the air conditioner was turned on. The carpet appeared quite soiled. The wall in the bathroom had been patched but not painted and the grout was a bit mildewed. The walls were VERY thin and we could hear our neighbors easily. There was also a lot of traffic noise. After an unrestful night, we went down for breakfast. Very little to choose from and the coffee was full of grounds. We will not stay here again. Our stay at the LaQuinta was vry nice, especially for the money. The only complaint was that they forgot to leave fac towels in the room on the 2nd night.

This motel was exactly what we were looking for: moderately priced, yet clean and neat. Although the motel amenities were commensurate with the motel's two star rating, our room was in excellent condition and all of the small appliances worked. We chose this hotel because it was on our route to Florida and we wanted to stay near the Harley dealership. It was definitely a 2-star hotel, but pretty clean and convenient. Good value.

I have stayed there several times before and always friendly staff and rooms are very clean.

Some outlets didn't work and the shower fixer for turning on the water was loose from the shower wall

The hotel room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Not much for breakfast. Some juice, milk, cereal, packaged pastry, and coffee. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to me, so I will definitely look for La Quinta Inns when I travel in the future.

The hotel appears to be recently refurbished and updated including a 32" flat scrreen. The rooms are clean and cheerful. More than a continental breakfast in smallish breakfast room. Convenient location to interstates. I will stay there anytime I pass this way. We were passing through area and enjoyed sightseeing before departing.

We have stayed at this La Quinta before and have been very satisfied. The property is great for a highway stopover: clean, quiet, great bed linens, and courteous staff. No internet service. TV didn't work at first but they fixed it. Unfriendly customer service. The kid in charge was there by himself so when he had to leave to look after some problem in a guest room there was nobody at the front desk. We were only looking for a place to sleep for the night - thank goodness. We got in early enough that we were able to change rooms when our air conditioner was non-functioning. Unfortunately, the room we changed to was missing some receiver box for the TV. I suggested to the maintenance guy that he just go down to our original room and get that one, […] which he did. It worked for the evening, but not the next morning. The free breakfast was all right, but definitely not something to write home about. The best thing about the hotel was the price. And for as old as it appears, the rooms seemed clean enough. Reasonably priced food was nearby. For overnight only, it was fine, but I would not recommend it for more than that. 더 보기

Basic Hotel. No frills. I was on an end room and could not get wireless access. Towels were very thin - cheap. Cost was reasonable for the room and it was close to everything I needed while in Montgomery.

This hotel was better than we had expected. The room was beautifully decorated and was really fresh when we entered the room. This was truly an example of a great hotel room.

Pros: 32' lcd tv, nicely sized minifridge w/ microwave, very clean (but a bit musty), with comfortable sheets/mattress. Good sized desk area for laptops or business area. 1 pm late check out (very nice for late night travelers) Highly affordable. Cons: Main lobby is buzzer locked at night, dont haveta explain that comment. Outside looks very dated. […] Only amenities inside room was shampoo and bar soap. Internet didnt work and I think hasnt for some time. No conditioner, lotion, mints, etc. Continental breakfast consists of eggo style waffles, juice and cereal boxes. Better than nothing but hardly allstar by any means. Summary: If youre heading from point A to B, and are looking for a cheaper hotel, I would recommend it. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay.

When walking in to the lobby I was greeted by a friendly staff. I was even allowed to check in early. The problem that I had with the room was that it was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled like someone had been chain smoking in the room before we got there.

This La Quinta is not in the best location, or so I was told. I noticed nothing of worry and found it very convenient--all acceptable for the price. What was unexpected was the room. On the inside it was great--new, nice and clean. I was prepared to sacrifice some, but it did not feel like a sacrifice. It felt like a standard $100 room at a much discounted […] price. hard to find. the gps would not locate the hotel. it was hard to find off the main road.

You'd never know that this hotel had such nice rooms from the ordinary outside. The King beds are comfortable, are very modern in design (like Wyndham's), have multiple pillows; the carpeting is clean, the furniture is new and nice, there is nice wood flooring by the bathrooms, and there is a nice big LG flatscreen TV. The hotel itself was suitable. It fit our needs perfectly. They staff at check-in and throughout the stay were outstanding. There were multiple times were I had gone up to the desk for various reasons (only one bad) and the people in front of me were complaining about something, but when it came to me, the staff let it go and served me with a smile […] and acted as if I was the only one in the lobby. Back to the one bad, upon arrival I walked into my room and it smelled over-whelmingly of smoke. The staff quickly and without question found me another room. No questions. I was overall happy with my stay. My wife, however, did not approve of the AC! Ha! I'd have to agree to a degree, there was either on or off, hot or cold. There was really no happy medium and couldn't get the AC to stay on one setting. It either ran all day and night or was constantly off and on ever few minutes. It go to be annoying. Location was fine. It sits right on a main road with a lot surronding it. High traffic though. This place is definately known for quick, stop-and-go people. Alll in all, if you've read this far in my review, I would say this is an excellent choice for a cheaper priced, moderate hotel. I have stayed at this hotel for the past two years, when I am in the area. The hotel is great for the price and location. We had a BAD case of crickets invading our room. I hope it was just a phase and something will get done about it.

It was a good stay for our short time in town. There was a cricket in the bathroom. Alittle natur indoors. We would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay here. there were a lot of crickets and a couple got into the room while bringing in the luggage. I didn't hear road noice even though we were close to the highway. The room was real clean and modern. I thought the breakfast was pretty good, but not a lot of selection. The staff was nice enough to keep it filled up even after the official […] closing time to make sure everyone got something to eat. The tv was hard to use because the channel guide did not line up with the actual channel, it made it hard to find the show you want to watch. It was good for my kids too. 더 보기
