Close to Six Flags Fiesta Texas and easy access to main roads to all of San Antonio. Very nice large room.

I would just say, you get what you pay for. I had intended on booking our stay at near by La Quinta but this hotel had a higher rating and was cheaper. It wasn't very nice but the desk help was very friendly. The breakfast was very limited the animals that were staying there over spring break had no manners. The rooms were in need of a good cleaning […] and the bathroom needed redone. 더 보기

First day the toiled was overflowing, they fixed it in the morning but did not dry the carpet so it was all wet with oddors of sewage. They fixed it but the TV failled, they promised to fix it, but left us without tv for the next 2 nights, thfey did not offer other tv, nor room nor refunds. Bad experience overall.

This Hotel was very clean and very afordable, I would definetely stay again. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

perfect for quick stay near airport, very nice room, plenty of space, desk, fridge, and walking distance (1/2 mi) to WhATABURGER (YUM) and HEB store, right on 281 hiway, 15-20 min from downtown

Nice hotel, checked in and got our room keys, went to the room and it was occupied, so went back to the front desk and she upgraded us to the Presidential suite, which was very nice. We enjoyed the stay, the only thing we didn't like was, the pics show a pool with a round area off the end of the pool, we assumed it was a hot tub, it didn't state in […] description that they had a hot tub, but we thought it was and it wasn't, so a little disappointed that no hot tub was on the property, but everything else was great! 더 보기

We picked an airport location so that when we got in late that we could take a shuttle in and get right to sleep, When we realized that we were going to be late due to a snowstorm @dtw I called to see if the shuttle would still be running. I was told no and to take a taxi. As we were checking out and I asked for a shuttle time back to the arpt. I was […] informed that there was no shuttle and we would have to take a taxi but could get a voucher. I asked why we weren"t informed that inbound and was told that I should have been. I called Mon. for an adjustment and was told that since I went thru an off site booking that there wasn"t anything thing that they could do. I wish I would have just went downtown in the first place since I had to pay for a taxi when I was told the hotel had a courtesy shuttle. No customer service at all. 더 보기

The room was great and had a whirlpool jacuzzi in the room which is nice. However, I wasn't sure how clean the tub felt and decided to clean it myself before entering. No TV guide for the cable. The toiletries were great as well. It was a quiet place to stay.

I enjoyed my stay. It was well worth the money. Just remember to get up early for the breakfast or everything will be gone.

We liked the complimentary breakfast ,but the cleaning staff didnt touch our room at all during our stay.When we returned each evening,we had to request towels. Management was gone for the day so we informed the night shift clerk,who wrote this in his ledger.Next day same thing.When we arrived,cleaning staff didnt touch the room.Clerk again wrote in […] his ledger.No change at all.We saw the cleaning staff in the hall as we left each morning,yet they didnt clean the room. 더 보기

This was a clean hotel with comfortable beds. The suite format was great for lounging. The hot breakfast was good, except for the family hogging the waffle maker and using up all the mix. It was a quick and easy ride in to the airport. I'll stay again when in town.

I was not happy with the $20 upcharge for 2 additional people in each reserved room. Although this was known in advance, we had to request additional bedding and towels. For one of the rooms, the front desk had to take from another unused room - this was handed to us at the front desk. The other room they were unable to accomodate. No onsite management […] available to complain. The next morning, the complementary breakfast was unaccomodating to the number of guests and was not maintained for cleanliness. 더 보기

The hotel itself was close to everything but out of severe traffic. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast offered a large variety to choose from.

This hotel was excellent for the price we paid!!!! We were in San Antonio for a wedding and it was within 15 minutes of everywhere we had to go - downtown/the Riverwalk, Canyon Springs Golf Club, and several different eateries scattered around the city. The surrounding neighborhood was mostly just highways and other businesses. It is well lighted. We […] were greeted with kind staff each and every time we had to pass the front desk. All staff were helpful with any questions we had. Check-in took less than 5 minutes upon arrival and our room was VERY clean. Sometimes I freak out when the bathroom floor is dirty or when the bathtub doesn't look scrubbed, but this was not an issue at all for this room. The sheets, towels, etc. were clean and hair-free. The A/C worked well our entire stay. I really only have 1 complaint and that is that the walls and ceilings seemed thin and I could hear people walking around in their rooms. Great hotel for the price. It was great to be able to only get 1 room at a great price for 5 of us. The breakfast was good every morning.

We paid so little for this room that we were afraid it was going to be a dump but my brother-in-law had recommended it to us. It turned out to be great. Small hotel, easy access, clean, friendly and CHEAP!

I arrived late at night and while the man at the front desk was helpful, he clearly was not paying attention as he gave me a dirty room. The elevator didn't work, so I proceeded to walk up two flights of stairs with 4 bags. I also had an unexpected guest show up who found my room by reasons unknown to me, and I'm disturbed that it could have been through […] the desk personnel. Would not stay here again. 더 보기

Only item that caused me to give hotel a 4 was that we had to ask for bedding for the sleeper sofa that was in the room.

I chose this for the location to McAllister Park. I wanted a hotel close enough I could ride my mountain bike to the park. It was an easy ride with some good size hills though. I was surprised by the size of the room. It was very big. More than enough room for my bike and my gear/luggage. Staff was great. The location was great, just off 281. The hotel has a sign reading "Under New Management" and it is clear there are renovations going on. However that doesn't keep the rooms from being cleaned adequately. There were dead bugs on the bathroom floor and the whirlpool tub we paid extra for had a coating of mold around all of the jets. I loved the breakfast, the bed and the work out room. I was in San Antonio for a job and had planned to stay at another hotel but it wasn't nice so I moved over to this one an it was heaven. Rooms have microwave and refrigerator and are large and spacious. HEB is 5 min away. Hot tub was nice too. I will stay here again.

Our family loves Comfort Suites because it allows all of us to stay in one room together, rather than having to get 2 seperate rooms. The rate was great, rooms clean and the beds very comfortable. The pool was very nice and area was great since there were plenty or restaurants to chose from within a mile radius. Also it was a straight shot to downtown […] to the river walk and the hotel staff gave us some good tips for going downtown. Since we are on a tight budget, we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast wich satisfied all our diverse tastebuds. 더 보기

toilet broken with no one to repair it insuffiecient towels and no one to bring them broken hair dryer no lamp on desk no sheets/blanket/pillow for pull out bed

Very nice hotel. It was a Gold Award Winner. The breakfast was great - waffles, bacon, eggs, milk, coffee...you name it, they had it. The room was a little small, but it had very comfortable beds. One down side to it was that the sofabed was old. No biggie, though.

The service was excellent. The Continental Breakfast was great. The location was good. The beds are full size, too small (for my opinion)I have a baby and was planning on having her sleep with me and my hubby but I had to sleep with her in the other bed and my son slept on the sofa bed which is old and in bad shape. We needed a hotel room for our family and friends of 6. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was large. It has a small fridge and microwave which helped save money. It was clean and housekeeping did a great job. The sofa bed was Very Uncomfortable! The mattress needed to be replaced but the 2 full size beds were very comfortable. The hot tub temp […] was just warm and the pool is very small. The breakfast was great as it included hot foods like eggs, bacon , sausage, gravy. We didn't know why but the fire alarm went off at 6:30 am one morning but things like that happen. Overall, it was a great deal for the price. We will stay again if in San Antonio. 더 보기

excelente ubicación y atención. Solo el desayuno necesita mejorar un poco. Todo lo demás excelente.

El Hotel es muy comodo, y tal vez el unico detalle seri el desayuno, si le agregaran un par de comidas mas seri estupendo, recomiendo Tocino y Carne

Toallas huelen mal, aire acondicionado ruidosisisimo, no pudimos dormir; las sabanas me dieron alergia. Estuvimos solo unas hoiras, no pudimos estar mas tiempo como hubiera sido nuestro deseo.
