The location was great, just steps from the metro and train station. Hotel room was good, small- but functional. Hotel staff checking in was helpful, offered a map of the city and asked if I needed help with luggage, also spoke English. Just a few negatives - not the best area in Paris, I felt safe, but wouldn't venture out alone at night. Also, didn't […] find lots of grocery stores or shopping close - needed to take the metro for most everything I did. Bathroom could have been cleaner. For a 2-day Spring break to Paris, the Mercure Paris Terminus Nord hotel was perfect for an overnight stay. The Hotel is ideally situated, literally just across the road from Gare du Nord station and very convenintly just around the corner from the L'Open Tour (Yellow route) bus stop. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early […] (11.30a.m.) so our room wasn't available, but Concierge kept our bag. (We used noother services inthe hotel.) The room was certainly comfortable, provided enough space for two and all the usual amenities: good storage space, coffee-making, safe, mini-fridge; but not many English speaking channels on the TV. Thankfully the windows opened, so plenty of fresh air in the room. The only disappointments were missing the best deal online when originally booking the room, so paid slightly more than planned. And the decor on our floor being 'tired' or damaged. Overall though, satisfied with the hotel and would stay there again if in Paris. 더 보기

The bar (where the advertised express breakfast is served) was closed, it being Saturday, but a member of staff invited me to choose the same items from the buffet in the main breakfast room. A good line to take, as othewise I'd have had a coffee and a croissant in a nearby cafe.

I choose this hotel for the convenience to be just crossing a street to be at Gare du Nord, and a brand that I just know very well. In general, it was very good, a confortable bed and very clean room. But the room is too small considering we're talking about a Mercure, just a bit bigger than a Ibis, so if you're in a couple with big bags it's better […] to reconsider to stay here. Great location. Directly across from the Gare Nord train station. Metro station by front door. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms.

If traveling by Eurostar, ideal as one has to just cross the road to get to hotel once out of Gare du nord. Service by staff is average and so is size and cleanliness, but if you expect not to spend too much time in room, certainly ideal, as you can drop into comfortable bed at the end of the day.

its amazing the hotel is opposite Gare du Nord. And we liked our room, but there was a problem with the heating in it. So next day they moved us to an amazing room on the 5th floor. Room 528 is a brilliant room. Like a little flat with living room, bed, room bathroom. we liked it so much, we ordered food to the room as we enjoyed staying in. Stayed in hotel for a business trip. Good location since right by Gare Du Nord and metro connections. However considering the price being higher than other hotels in the area, the cleanliness of the room, quality of the bathroom, staines on floor and damage to the rooms door did not make it a saitsfactory stay this time.

Expensive but close to the station. needs some CapEx but the room was clean.

We stayed here because we had an early train out the next morning and it is across the street, but for the price it should have been much nicer. of the 6 hotels I stayed in in Europe 3 others were nicer and this one costs over $100 more than the next highest paid hotel.

The staff went out of their way to help us with other travel problems in Paris. Thank you so much

Rooms have had a make over and much improved compared to last visit in 2005.

Situated directly across for the train station that serves the Charles de Gaulle aiport, this hotel provides for a very conveninet location to enjoy day and night life in Paris, The associated restaurant downstairs also can stand on its own.

My one night stay was not at all pleasant. Receptionstaff set the seen by being rude and unhelpful. The lobby and room needed to be upgraded - bath had chip and the carpet on stairs was worn.

Killer hotel for Gard du Nord and Gard L'Est train station access. Came in on highspeed from Zurich a block away and left on Eurostar "Chunnel" highspeed to London the next day from across the street! Also great access to Metro. Very friendly hotel staff and a perfect location next to the main north train station. Easy access to the metro and all the best tourist sites in Paris. Clean VERY nice hotel for the price in Paris. Also, the rooms were quite large for Europe

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, conveniently located for a good base in Paris, with access to all parts of the city. Hotel clean and well run, we couldnt have wished for a better hotel, at a very reasonable price!

Within close proximity to the Gare Du Nord Station, this is probably the only highlight of the hotel. My room was generally clean but smelt of stale smoke & vinegar (!) which was not very nice at all. The bath was cracked all round the plug & looked dirty. The shower was VERY low pressure & was really not worth the effort. We had a 4 yr old in tow and loads of luggage after a long family holiday. What we wanted was a hotel as close as possible to Gare du Nord so we didn't have to spend our one and only night in Paris stressed about getting all the gear and a tired kid to and from the Eurostar. I know that rooms in Paris can be *tiny*, but the one we got here was a corner room on the 5th floor, with huge bed, lots of space for a fold-away, nice decoration and two balcony doors that overlooked the street life below. Great atmosphere to peer out onto Paris, and also very quiet when we closed the doors. Hotel was great location between the 2 train stations. It was extremely warm & muggy and the air conditioning was weak. Our room was near the roof where all the condensors were running which made leaving the window open noisy. Overall for a one night stay was good.

Devant passer une nuit proche de la gare du Nord pour affaires j'ai réservé dans cet hôtel situé en face de la Gare une chambre supérieure. L'entrée est un peu vétuste ainsi que les ascenceurs mais la chambre était très bien; rénovée moderne confortable et spacieuse. Seul bémol la qualité de l'accueil qui était limite

Hôtel parfaitement situé par rapport à la gare, proximité des transports en commun. Chambre spatieuse avec vue sur la place de la gare, calme, bien chauffée.

Das Hotel Mercure Paris Terminus Nord liegt direkt am gare du Nord und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Regionen in Paris. los tapices y alfombras se aprecian sucios, manchones desagradables. lo demas bien, ubicacion, bien comunicado a la ciudad y al tren en la estacion norte

ホテルの立地を評価する。しかし、部屋のカーペットの掃除などは悪い。securityは悪いと感じた。ホテル入り口ではノーチェックに近い。部屋の安全は自分で確保すること。

Dichtbij het Gare du Nord in Parijs, superhandig geen taxi of openb vervoer nodig. Goede en snelle afhandeling bij in- en uitchecken. Prachtig uitzicht op Sacre Coeur en op ingang van het station. Uitgebreid en goed ontbijtbuffet in prettig gelegen restaurant met veel daglicht en zicht op gezellige drukte voor het station.
