Check-in/out was pleasant and efficient, but there were issues. The bed was VERY small for a king and not very comfortable; the bathtub floor was very slick (desk clerk offered the following AM that rubber tub mats were available by guest request (wish they would have told me that at checkin!); coffee pot malfunction delayed my morning cup (don't do […] that to me!); no bathmat to step out on and the slowest wi-fi since Juno free dial up! Breakfast helped redeem the visit and all in all I could return next time I am in the area, but it was not up to what I think Marriotts usually serve up for overall lodging comfort. 더 보기

This was our first time to stay in a Residence Inn. Our stay was wonderful. From the time we walked in the door, the front desk staff, the breakfast staff, the cleaning staff all were very nice and pleasant. We will be staying there again!

First, let me say this place has one fabulous breakfast! The desk clerk bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied with our room, because the first incredible-looking room smelled like smoke. We would LOVE to have stayed there, but we already smelled like smokers after 2 minutes in the room. We were shocked that the maid in a non-smoking establishment […] wouldn't be the FIRST to notice that the room reeked. Only thing we could think was that maid was a smoker and so use to the smell that she couldn't tell. The next room, though seemingly clean had food littered all over the desk tops and fridge. At last, after another 20 minute wait we got into a clean, smoke-free room. It took about an hour to check in in the end. Poor cleaning staff. L-Arginine 더 보기

i love everything about my stay at this hotel. we came down for a track meet and everyone at this hotel was awesome.

We'd booked a king suite but that wasn't available when we got there so we were given a queen room with a sofa bed for our teenaged son. The sofa was right at the foot of the bed, it really wasn't a suite at all, just a long room. If he'd wanted to stay up late and watch TV, we'd have been pretty uncomfortable, honestly. You also had to move around […] all the furniture just to pull out the sofa bed, so the second night he just stretched out on the couch. The place was clean and quiet and well-maintained, but just not really very much roomier than a standard hotel room. 더 보기

We were visiting Spartanburg to see a friend and spend a little with them. I have stayed in Residence Inns before and have never been disappointed. I took it for granted that this place would be as good as the others and was not sorry I did. It was conveniently located just off the interstate, very clean and roomy. It met our needs perfectly.

We had an air conditioner that turned on and off very loudly every couple of minutes all night long. Didn't sleep a wink!
