전체적으로 만족함. 객실은 청결하였으며, 호텔 관리상태도 힐튼의 이름에 걸 맞게 잘 관리 되어 있었음. 공항 앞이라 교통이 편리하여 렌터카를 이용하여 여행하기에 적절한 위치임. 단점으로는 Self 주차요금이 1일당 29달러로 비쌈. 혹시 주차를 하고자 할 경우에는 호텔 바로 옆 주차빌딩에 주차할 것을 추천함(1일당 15달러?) 또하나의 단점은 공항 앞이라 비행기 소음이 좀 심함.

공항에서 아주 가깝습니다. 아주 자주 호텔 셔틀버스가 운행되고 있어서 아주 늦은 시간에 도착했음에도 일찍 체크인 할 수 있었습니다. 아침 식사도 나름 훌륭했습니다. 워낙 단기간에 움직이는 손님들을 상대하는 탓인지 전반적으로 직원들의 서비스는 좀 떨어졌습니다. 손님의 짐을 힐끗보고 지나가는 직원들은 있어서 짐을 들으려고 하는 직원은 없었네요..

매우 청결한 방 와이파이가 느리다고 생각했는데 다른 호텔에서 2일을 더 지내보니 미국 치고는 정말 빠른거였습니다. 방이 정말 깨끗하고 냄새도 안나고 침대도 정말 편안함. 15분 마다 공항으로 무료셔틀도 있어서 편해요 아 근데 룸서비스가 너무 비쌈.. 팁하고 세금이.. 너무 비싸요 그것만 빼고는 정말 만족스러웠습니다

정말 이곳은 멋지고, 조용하고, 관리가 잘 되어있는 호텔입니다. 식당에서 제공하는 아침식사와 저녁식사는 좋은 선택사항들이 많습니다. 저는 bouillabaisse를 저녁으로 먹었는데, 최고였습니다. LAX에서 택시를 절대 타지 마세요. (최소 19달러가 듭니다.) 셔틀버스가 매 10분정도 그날 시간에 따라서 운행하기 때문에 필요가 없습니다. 제가 묵었던 객실은 북쪽을 바라보고 있었는데 시설을 다 갖추고 조용한 곳이었어요.

There was a convention of cross dressers and all sorts of people dressed with their butts hanging out, jock straps, which was unacceptable having 4 grandkids visiting us before departing for Hawaii. I realize you can't control who enters and you want the business - but.....

When having a room with a hotel, I am not custom to being charged to park my car per day. I was attending a convention in the hotel and this was just a greedy junk fee and was completely offensive. With this convention so many were chatting about the DIFFERENT SECURITY CHARGES for the same type of room. I was $50, another was $150 and yet another was […] $250, all staying the same amount of days for the same reason and equivalent rooms. Why would Hilton do this? This is our 3 stay at this hotel over the past 3 years, the hotel continues to impress as the lobby area has been remodeled and now contains a Bistro. Rooms are clean comfortably appointed and very quiet. The surrounding area - 2 minutes to Carls Jr or 5 minutes to Denny's. Will continue to stay here when we transit LAX.

The stay itself was nice. However, upon arriving I was not greeted with the best of service. I understand that people have bad days, but I was not being mean at all to this worker. He was not very courteous, and did not speak to me in a tone that seemed fitting. I asked where the restroom was located and he just muttered, "It's down there" I tried to maintain myself and see if I could just wait until he had finished checking me in. But it took him a while. So I asked if I could leave my bag there as I went to use the restroom. He rolled his eyes at me and just said, "You're done" and handed me my keys. He didn't let me know my room number, he didn't direct me to the elevators or let me know what floor I was on. On top of that he had placed me in a room right near the elevator. I have very short hair and I found a 6 inch black hair on the bathroom counter when we just got into the room. Bed leg very sharp. Please place some kind of cover on them, I bump my foot on it. Everything else was fine.

Very good location. BUT the free shuttle to and from the airport only ran about every 45 minutes instead of every 15 minutes, as they advertised. Many disgruntled hotel guests.

In LA, there are 3 main spots for hotels- LAX, downtown, and the beach. This is in the cluster of hotels at LAX. You are confined to what is close by for eats, shopping, which is mainly more hotels. Stayed for one night after a 6 hour flight from Boston- got to airport at 1145 PM- waited for Shuttle until 1245 AM. Almost got a taxi, but taxi man would not take us the 1.5 miles. We considered walking. Turns out the shuttle was packed- so when we arrive to the hotel we get a long line for check in at 1 AM. We had a great stay at the hotel. Very convenient with shuttle to the airport and a variety of food so you don't have to walk the area. Only problem was the water pressure in the sink was very low, only dripping so we had to brush our teeth in the shower. Other wise GREAT.
