It was a clean quiet room no problems. The neighborhood does not have the convenience I expected , the nearest gas station and fast food facility was quite a drive away.

Room had a musty smell, carpets needed cleaning and houskeeping had not removed beer bottles from the previous occupants. upholstry cleaning is needed.

DO NOT BOOK ANY ROOMS AT THIS HOTEL!!! I have stayed at many hotels across the country and this one was a nightmare! I should have known when I drove up and there were only 4 cars in the parking lot. The hotel was virtually empty. Although there was a restaurant and bar area, there were no functioning amenities. There appeared to be only two employees […] on site. The first room I was given was not thoroughly cleaned and only a couple of lights worked in the room. The second room I was given was not cleaned...the bed was completely messed up and the adjoining room door was opened, so I throught there was someone in the room so I did not even enter beyond the threshold. The third room I was given, I was immediately moved from, because the maintenance man came up and said it should not have been given to me as it was on the list for renovation. Finally, I was placed in a "suite" which was less than desirable. In fact, I refused to walk on the floor withouth shoes. I never block the doors to my hotel with furniture before I fall asleep, but at this one I did. And finally, it was so bad that I would not even set foot in the shower, so I took a "sponge bath" that morning....couldn't wait to check out of this place! Then at checkout, there was no one behind the desk. There was a lady in the lobby area who offered to "go look for" the clerk, while I brought my luggage to my car. When I went outside, the clerk was outdoors smoking a cigarette. If I had not already been charged by Hotels.com for the room, I would have NEVER STAYED at this place. Hotels.com needs to reevaluate their rating of 3 Stars for this Hotel. If this is a 3Star hotel, I hate to see what a 1 Star is! 더 보기

THIS HOTEL HAD NO SECURITY AND WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE. THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING AND THERE WERE ONLY THREE (3) ROOMS RENTED. THE ROOMS WERE NOT CLEAN, THE FLOOR WERE SOILED, FURNITURE WAS OLD, CLOSET DOORS BROKEN.

A co-worker and I stayed at the Fulton while on business in Alexandrea. When we arrived we discovered the exterior was rundown and the parking lot full of potholes. The staff was nice, but there were no amenities avalable, such as a business center or complementary breakfast. The interior of the hotel smelled like old moth balls and our room was dirty. […] It also had only one one electrical outlet, which ment that you had to unplug the refridgerator to charge your phone or use the iron to press your pants. Aditionally, there were no working ice machines on any of the floors. When my co-worker approached the on-duty manager about getting some ice, the manager muttered something un-intelligible and then went to the resturant and then scooped some ice off the salad bar into our bucket. Were this not enough, There was a sign on the door of the room next door proclaiming the "Head Advisor" lived there and that the "Assistant Advisor" was in the room next to that. As we did not see either of these people to ask, we were left wondering if the other rooms on our floor had been rented out to the local half-way house. In the final analysis, there is no way I would recomens anybody stay at this hotel 더 보기

I really didn't like the awful smell in the rooms. Even though they were spacious they didn't look very clean. The sheets on my bed were even torn. The towels stunk like old mold. In short I wasn't impressed. Sorry.

The room could have been cleaner. Toilet room had mold around the base board. A few bugs were seen in the room. The room did not have extra tissue paper. Had to call room service for extra tissue.

Stayed here for three nights while a family member was in the hospital. Room was never cleaned, even after my repeated requests for it to be. Hotel staff was very unprofessional, slow, and didn't care. The hotel is very old and worn out. I would never stay here again!

HORRIBLE AND SMELLY

Would not stay there again it was dirty and most of all the employees were rude. Our rooms were not ready at 7 pm when check in is at 3

This hotel was very nasty. They had trash in the elevators that never was cleaned. Elevators had worries hanging out of them. When I came back onto my room to make sure I had gotten everything a big roach fell on my head. I was very disgusted. The tv was on for 5 minutes and then started smoking almost catching on fire. The receptionist was very rude. […] When we there to check in at 7:00 p.m our rooms wasn't ready yet. Which I think people check out at 11:00 a.m. The rooms should be cleaned by 7 that night. I would never stay there again are recommend anyone to stay there 더 보기

the rooms was not what i expected, light did not work - shorted out, burnt bulbs, sheet rock patches on the walls, walls scuffed up, shower did not work very well, carpet looked dirty, elevators in poor condition. Front desk did not sem to care if you stayed there or not. Kids running wild in the lobby. Furniture looked to be as old as the hotel. Room […] had a smell to it. I booked one room, 2 adults, 2 children 8&11, two beds, two nights. We got to our room and there was one queen bed. Although they changed it for us, they did it for only one night and on Saturday, upon our return, we were locked out of the room. The pillows on the beds were very hard and small, They advertise a restaurant and bar but neither are open […] and functional. Our rate was supposed to include a Continental breakfast. Saturday they offered coffee, toast and small round danishes. Sunday they offered nothing. I did like the location, but I don't believe I would stay there again. 더 보기

NONE OF THE ICE MACHINES WORKED --WE HAD TO GO DOWN TO THE RESTAURENT TO GET ICE.-------BAR NOT OPEN EXCEPT ON SUNDAY --I THINK---WE DIDNT GET THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST CAUSE THE RESTAURENT WAS CLOSE BY ABT 9----CONVENIANT LOCATION BUT NEVER AGAIN

This was a very poor choice for me. It was convenient to my work and that was the only good thing about the hotel. No room service and the room was not fresh. No smiles no service. I hated this hotel.

Located in a charming part of downtown. Nice places to eat and drink. I will definitely come back here when ever I am in the area.
