The service was good, the rooms were very clean, the facilities were very nice and it was extremely convenient as we had numerous activities at the university. Usually a very nice experience at this hotel. We stay here often when attending events at A&M. Sometimes is can be loud, especially in the cabana rooms or on lower floors. Bathrooms are small, but very functional. Needed a toothbrush, and one was sent up within 10 minutes. The Hilton in College Station was recently renovated, but the workmanship of that renovation left a lot to be desired. The quality of the paint and bath room repairs and overall appearance of the room was very dissappointing considering the rate they charge. The room rate was for a special weekend event, and was extremely high considering it is College […] Station and not New York or LA. If I had had another choice, I would have taken it. We made our reservations late, and had no other choice. The hotel had several events planned during the weekend, and parking around the hotel was limited. I have stayed other places in College Station with as much comfort for much less money. It was fine, but nothing exceptional.

When we booked the room we were told both rooms would have a microwave and a refrigerator. Since my dad has diabetes a refrigerator was a requirement for his medication. When we got to the rooms not only did we not have either one, we did not have a plug that we could use for our "back up" device for my dad. The only outlets we had were behind the bed […] or used for the lighting. The one pug by the desk was so old nothing would stay in. To pay what we paid for each room and both rooms to be this bad is very dissapointing.... 더 보기

The staff was super accomodating...we had several minor difficulties, some which were our doing and some due to other guests, and we were very well taken care of. Two thumbs up to the staff!

We were upgraded to a suite but we just weren't that impressed. It didn't have a seperated bathroom. The sink was combined with the bedroom. Very weird and kind of uncomfortable since I was there with a friend from work. We went with two others for a girls weekend. The sink should be in a seperate room. We had asked for a room with two queens but was […] told we were upgraded to a suite. We decided to take the suite so all of us could meet up in our room since it would be bigger. Also, the bathroom stunk. It smelled like the sewer was backed up. My friend had brought some room spray so we just kept spraying it. 더 보기

The Hilton was just the place for us to spend a weekend away. Will definitely stay again when visiting aggieland....

The hotel has dated decor. It needs a refresh. Staff was very friendly and the shuttle service was very helpful in getting around to the game and other nearby venues. Food was not that great, considering the price of the room.

This hotel was going through some renovations which was fine, however our room smelled very musty. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so showering and whatnot made the bathroom unuseable afterwards for a while. The service was fine and they did bring a roll-away bed almost immediately when we asked. The breakfast buffet was ok but not a lot of […] healthy choices offered and it was expensive. Location of hotel is wonderful, great pool area however for a non smoking hotel they allow people to smoke on their balconies which certainly is annoying to people at the pool. Front office staff is fairly rude except for one man he greeted you as you came and went the women just ignored you and didn't really appear to like their jobs. Nice hotel with all the amenities (for a charge) but the beds were small & the bathroom didn't have a vanity outside of the toilet/shower area so it took us (family of 4) forever to get ready. It needs to be updated & could be a nice, pricey place to stay then.

We had booked a room with Hotels.com for three adults and two children, meaning that one room would need to be able to accommodate three. The hotel staff claimed that they were unaware of the specifications. I showed them the confirmation that we had received and still had to beg for a bed for my son to sleep in. The confusion continued the next morning […] a breakfast (which was included, normally) because the desk refused our request for five vouchers. We were accused again of trying to sneak our 5th person into our room. I had to go to the room and produce the confirmation email again. In fact, every morning we had a problem. It was painful! By the way, as they are renovating two floors of the hotel, the rooms available were far from ideal. Our children were on the 6th floor and we were in the basement with a view onto the storm drains. Front desk help not friendly. Room was below average. Furniture was dirty. Room was warm. Parking was poor. The view wad terrible. Our view was of a ditch or something. It had trash in it. We kept our window closed the entire time. I have had much better stays at lower costing hotels. I will not stay there again.

The hotel was fine. The management could have handled the kids football league that was staying there better. We could not use the pool due to 20 kids playing football in it. The doors to the rooms were being slammed all evening. The elevators were not accessible due to the kids pushing every floor for the hotel. The parents of the team did nothing […] but drink and let them act the way they did. When asked to get another room on another floor, that could not be done since they were spread all over the hotel. Therefore it was not a restful place. I know to now ask hotels if any events are going on before booking a room. 더 보기

Everything was great at this hotel!

The Hilton in College Station is a good 1990's hotel with an indifferent staff. Lack of outlets in the room dates it while the staff (other than the cleaning crew) act like they'd rather be elsewhere. The pool was closed on Sunday morning for "cleaning", denying use to those who want to exercise or simply take a dip in the morning before 10 a.m. When […] I questioned why it was closed at such an inconvenient time, I was told that's "policy". If you need a convenient place to stay in College Station the Hilton is pretty central to most things related to the college. Pool area is great! However they do allow people to smoke in their balconies around the pool which is annoying to those of us who do not smoke. Room was great staff helpful.

double beds should be queen size. overall carpet needs to be replaced. otherwise the stay was pleasant. Rates were too steep.

The hotel was fine for the most part. The only problem is the noise in the hallways. Other guest in the hotel were early risers and when they left their room they would let the door slam behind them and was very loud in our room. So if you don't mind getting up a 5-6am by slamming doors you will be fine.

Front desk was very customer oriented and friendly. Our room was wonderful. Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. There were 3 of us that were attending an Educators Conference at the same hotel and everything was very nice.

Very comfortable hotel and close to everything! We love staying here when visiting our son at A&M. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking was a little bit of an issue last time we were there but we overcame that.

I was greeted immediately upon arrival and only took a few moments to complete check-in. My room was very spacious, clean and great ambienance all around. I will certainly recommend your establishement as well as staying again on my return to your great town!

My three children and I stayed. We could not sleep the first night because of all the other guest noises. Hotel staff was helpful but it took several complaints from myself and other quest to get things to settle down. This is the Hilton not Motel 6! I might try to stay one more time because I believe in second chances. Highly doubtful.

Stayed on the 10th floor so it was extremely nice and quiet. Had a good view of the pretty fountain by Blue Baker. No complaints... ok one small one. I didn't feel like going out for dinner so I ordered pizza delivered.. front desk will not let deliveries come up you have to go down and get it. That was a pain.
