호텔 로비가 너무 복잡하고 객실은 무난했으나 위치가 좋습니다.

호텔 규모도 크고, 서비스도 훌륭하였고, 무엇보다 호텔의 위치가 최고의 만족을 주는 것 같습니다.

Great breakfast~! It would have been better if they had more choice of drinks(selection of fruit juices and bottled water) in addition to OJ & coffee offered at the table. Our room was 2 queens for 4 of us, but the size of the room was little too tight. Other than that I'll stay here again when I visit NY.

호텔에 도착하고 크레디트카드를 달라해서 주었는데얼마라는 이야기를 정확하게 안 한체 200불을 크레디트 카드로 긋고 데파짓이라고 하네요. 보통 카드를 긁어놓고 쓴바를 쓰거나 룸서비스를 한것만 내게 하는데 서불이라뇨, 게다가 카드를 환불하시켜 100불을 현금으로 주는 방식이 있다하여 그렇게 했는데 아직 카드취소가 되지않았고 방에서 가까운 곳에 전화를 조금 걸었는데 전화요금이 89불이 나왔어요 좀 넘 하네요.

깨끗하고 관광지에서 가까워 편리함 센트럴 파크 및 쇼핑가와 특히 가까움. 가격이 비싼 단점 있음

힐튼 뉴욕은 최상의 위치에 있으며 객실이 매우 쾌적하고 써비스도 훌륭합니다. 신호등 하나만 건너면 뉴욕 현대 미술관(MOMA)이 있으며 Time Sqaure, 센트럴 파크, 렉싱턴가와 5번가의 쇼핑 거리도 서너 블럭만 가면 있습니다. 지하철의 접근도 좋고, 정말 만족한 숙박시설입니다. 호텔 주변은 저녁에도 안전하며 비교적 뉴욕의 다른 곳에 비하면 깨끗하고 조용한 편입니다.

위치는 뉴욕의 유명한 호텔들처럼 더할나위없을 정도임. 타임스퀘어근처는 다 걸어다니고 지하철도 걸어서 2-3분 내임. 안전도 역시 거의 최상임. 그러나, 주차비도 비싸게 따로 받고, 체크아웃후에 컨시어지에 짐을 맡길때도 짐 한개당 얼마씩 돈을 받는 등 편리함과 비용이 비례함. 투숙한 객실의 화장실에서 환기가 잘 안되서 너무 심한 냄새가 나서 정말 힘들었음. 오래된 호텔을 감안해도 너무 심했음. 다른 고객들도 이런 부분이 지적된다면 객실하나의 문제는 아닌 것 같음. 이 부분을 제외하고는 어느정도 돈을 쓸 여유가 되는 뉴욕 관광객에게 추천할 만함

좋은 호텔 좋은 위치. 방이 정말 깨끗하고 장식은 현대적임. 게다가 도심 Manhattan에서 숙박할 생각이 없다면 호텔이 진짜 NYC를 경험할 수 있게 해 줄 것이다. 다시 생각해 보자. 모든 뉴요커들은 아침 9시에 문을 여는 53rd, 6th에 있는 유명한 Halal Cart을 알고 있다. 맛있고, 호텔의 바로 앞에 있다. 또한 Central Park에서 조깅하다가 잠깐만 걸으면 올 수 있다. Magnolia Bakery는 바로 거리 건너 있다. 유일한 단점은 엘모와 미키 마우스의 이상한 캐릭터들이 어떤 이유에선지 6th의 일부분에 늘어서 있다는 것이다. 그것들을 피하면 후회할 일은 없을 것이다.

Hilton 앞에서 세 블록에 걸쳐 어떤 페스티벌을 하는 바람에 호텔 위치를 찾는 것이 어려웠다. 그 블록을 몇 번 돌아서 호텔로 들어가는 길을 찾으려고 했으나 실패했다. 그래서 차를 주차하고 정문으로 들어가 차를 가지고 어떻게 들어가는지 알아보았다. 결국 들어가는 데 성공했다. 약 30분 남짓 걸렸다. Hotels.Com에서는 페스티벌에 대해서 경고가 없었다. 로비에 앉을 수 있는 의자를 더 놓아야 할 것 같다. 로비는 활짝 열렸는데 앉을 곳이 없다.

호텔 바에서 더티 마티니를 주문했다. 내가 기대했던 것은 전혀 얻을 수 없었다. "모든 Hilton 호텔이 사용하는" 올리브는 블루 치즈로 속을 채워 넣었다. 윽~ 사실대로 말하면 술맛이 뚝 떨어졌고, 정말 역거웠다. 바텐더는 전에도 호텔측에 이에 대해 이야기 했었는데 전혀 바뀌지 않았다고 했다. 많은 사람들이 이에 대해 그에게 불평했다고 한다. 피멘토와 같이 나오는 일반적인 녹색 올리브 또는 안을 채워넣은 올리브 중 고객이 어떤 올리브를 먹을 것인지에 대한 선택권을 가질 수 있어야 할 것 같다. 바에 새로운 올리브를 주문해 주세요.

방은 좋았습니다. 깨끗하고, 크고, 편안했습니다. 그러나 호텔 전체가 비흡연실이었음에도 방에 담배 냄새가 약간 남아 있었습니다. 화장실은 통풍 시스탬이 부족했습니다(아마도 담배피지 못하게 하려고). 그래서 거울에 서린 김를 없애는 데 한동안 시간이 걸렸습니다. 욕조 배수 메커니즘도 잘 동작하지 않았습니다. 샤워하고 있는 동안 물이 계속 차 올라서 물을 내려 보내기 위해 몇 분 동안 레버를 잡고 거기 서 있어야 했습니다. 아마도 이게 제일 불편한 점이었던 것 같습니다. 이러한 점을 제외하고는 위치는 완벽하고 서비스는 평범했습니다.

가장 좋은 곳에 위치해 있었고, 호텔에 있으면 매우 안전함을 느꼈다. New York City에 돌아가면 이 호텔에 다시 숙박할 것이다. 직원들은 매우 예의 바르고 도움이 되었다. 모든 곳이 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있었다. Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall. the theater district, Times Square, Central Park 등등. 호텔은 정말 깨끗하고 편안했다. 음식을 먹거나 휴식을 취할 수 있는 몇몇 장소가 있어, 그 중 하나를 고를 수 있었다.

호텔은 아름답고 직원들은 매우 친절하다. 유일한 문제는 주차료다. 정말 비쌌고 예상보다 더 비쌌다. 근처 주차장을 사용할 수 있도록 호텔 고객들에게 일종의 할인이 필요한 것 같다.

The room was appropriate and generally comfortable, with large-size drawers for personal items, and met expectations except the web site indicates that coffee and tea is available in the room. No more. The desk indicated that the hotel was in the process of removing all the coffee-tea makers from rooms. The hotel does not have a restaurant open to serve […] dinner and the Starbuck's Cafe attached stops serving at 5:30. The bar was open but not adequate for a guest wishing to have dinner. One is told to go to 7th Street to find a restaurant in the evening. There is room service, but I think guests expect to be able to go to a restaurant in the hotel. 더 보기

Very satisfied ... w/4 people booked for one room, could have used more towels & glasses. Otherwise, will definitely stay there again!

The hotel is old, the rooms need updating, the towels need a good washing, and it is overpriced but you can't beat the location. It's right in the heart of Manhattan where all the action is.

Excellent location and hotel was very clean however our one queen bedroom was rather small with no coffee pot in room. Good value for the cost.

I loved this hotel. The location was perfect, the rooms were large (for NY) and clean, and the service was phenominal. I read reviews about the elevators being slow, but we had no trouble with that at all. My girlfriends and I stayed there for a mini-reunion/girls-trip and we LOVED the bartenders in the hotel bar. The drinks were spendy, but the bartenders […] Mac and Frank were super friendly and know EVERYTHING about NY. They were great about giving suggestions of where to eat, shop, etc. 더 보기

great place, nice people, convenient location

The room was a lot smaller this time compared to our last stay. We we near the service elevator and could hear it all night long!!! There was also tooth paste on the wall. But over all it was fine.

Very nice for a weekend stay. Clean room. Wasn't impressed with iron and ironing board which was needed after my flight.

Location was great. Hotel was clean and friendly. Beds were pretty narrow making it uncomfortable sharing a bed with another person. Hotel restaurant was very expensive...$34 per person for a buffet breakfast. We ended up getting breakfast at the Deli & Grill across the street from the hotel.

you need to have coffee in the rooms

Hotel worked beautifully for our stay - close to everything in Midtown and Subway stops. Great price due to the fact that the hotel is quite dated in decor...that said, it was a wonderful value. I would definitely stay there again. Try the White Martini in the downstairs bar - delicious.

Awesome family getaway! Only rated it 4 stars because I have never been to a 5 star hotel and I imagine they do something amazing that I don't even know about.

This was my first time in New York and I had a wonderful time. The Hilton hotel is located right in the heart of Manhattan. I had a wonderful time and was very pleased with the hotel.

The Hilton has a good reputation. Hotel is centrally located to many venues-restaurants, museum, historical sites and office. Was able to mix some business with family vacation. Staff is very professional, helpful and nice.

Lovely Hotel only fault it was a family room with four people with only three towels supplied.

Room was very, very small. Smallest room I've ever stayed in anywhere.

Great location, close to many must see sights. Hotel itself is of average standard compared to others from same chain. Room was clean, however, toilets/restrooms in public areas (ground up to 5th floor) were invariably in a disgusting situation.

Just spend three days in this hotel with the four of us (two kids, 8 and 10). Had a room with two queen beds. For the four of us it was just fine, although queen beds are always a little to small for a family with two kids. But that has little to do with the hotel, more with our budget :). We had breakfast in the Deli around the corner and did almost […] everything walking. The hotel is very central to a lot of nice things: Times Square, 5th ave, Central park. We even walked to the Empire State (get the express pass: it saves time!). For us, New York is a city where you don't spend time in the hotel, so we didn't get a lot of experience with it: beds and room are good/great; staff is friendly, doormen are very friendly and give good advice. I've already booked the same hotel for july before we did the trip last week and after this experience, we're glad to stay in the same hotel! 더 보기

I've stayed in quite a lot of hotels in New York. This stay was for one night with a girlfriend. It was the least expensive hotel I could find with two Queen beds. I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was huge and beautiful, the room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice, I asked for late check out and they gave it to me for free […] until 4pm. We were able to get the room early, no problem. I think I'll stay there next time I go, really nice. 더 보기

This hotel was not expensive at all and it was absolutely beautiful. It was immaculately clean and decorated very nicely. Everything about it was wonderful.

Great location, well-maintained hotel, walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, Broadway theaters, etc. Good taxi options, and nearby subway station. Starbucks in the hotel and right across the street. The Cafe in the lobby is a rip-off - avoid it. Room service is decent, but not the quickest. Good fitness center and bar. I would have give this hotel a perfect rating but they forgot or neglected to clean our room on one occasion. Other than that it is a great hote in an excellent location. The staff is friendly and they work hard to keep you happy. Room service was good and the food was very good.

Everything was good except when we arrived dishes from the prior occupant of the room was still there when we checked out.

Excellent location for us to see most of the city by foot. Saved $$$$ in cab fares. Most staff were very friendly, always acknowledging you as they walked by. Don't use the Theatre /Tours ticketing desk in the lobby. The two women there were very rude and pushy.
