Hilton's are supposed to be nice, this hotel is very dated, no WiFi except in the lobby. Ethernet only, then it's $12.95 per day and dreadfully slow, I think my 1995 diall-up was faster. The back hallway of building three smells like cat pee. Then pay for parking. Other than the convenience of the airport, don't stay there.

The hotel is next to the airport which is very convenient, but when I arrived, they put me in a very old room that wasn't cleaned. They provided another new room when I complained. The hotel needs a complete remodel as the rooms and facilities are from the 80's era.

I was extrememly pleased with my 1-day/2-night stay. The entire staff was quite pleasant, professional, and helpful - from parking to wait staff to shuttle staff. Very convenient location for Oakland Airport. Shuttle service and park-and-fly went without a hitch. I felt very safe on this 24-hour security property. The Hilton is a very reasonable option for staying near Oakland airport. Staff were quite helpful. Especially helpful was fact that we could take our rental car in for return and be picked up by hotel van directly at car return counter. Only issue was that we had made a reservation earlier and had to cancel - within the hotel's cancellation policy […] for a full refund - but the hotel did not honor that and insisted on charging the cancellation fee of a full night's stay. A great location with the right amount of services. The hotel is right next to the airport easy access and easy check in. A great business travelers hotel

This hotel needs a lot of updating. Bathrooms are extremely small and very outdated, stains on the chairs in the room, several electrical outlets in the room did not work, peeling paint outside and the grounds needed mowing and raking.Even though the hotel pictures look good online the hotel is old. While the room initially appeared clean, my husband happened to drop something next to the bed and when he bent down to pick it up he found a used condom under the bed. Further, at around 12:30 AM our toilet backed up and flooded the bathroom necessitating a move to another room. The next day we noticed that the sewer pipe had been dug up outside the […] hotel so apparently it was being repaired. Great stay. Hotel staff very friendly. Shuttle to/from airport very easy. Shuttle to/from game very convenient. Highly recommend. Will stay again.

It was good stay. I was reallyexcited the hotel had free shuttle to the coliseum as we were there for the Marc Anthony concert. UNFORTUNATELY, they dropped us off BUT NEVER PICKED US UP!!! We waited over an hour!!! Very dissappointed, and i'm surprised the hotel did not have CONTINENTAL breakfast!!! Great location to the Oakland airport but I felt it was WAY overpriced for what was received. The room was basic.

For my accreditation training, it was held at the Hilton Oakland Airport. It was a fine hotel but the rooms are a walk outside from the front desk. There was some remodeling going on. The food was good. The air conditioning was okay.

It would have been a solid four star except for the smell of marijuana down the hall, and I thought my suitcase was skunked. It is Oakland afterall.

The hotel was fine in general but beware everything comes at an added dollar amount. Parking costs, internet access costs, wifi costs. information in room stated breakfast was served until 10:30 a.m., when my family of four arrived a 9:30 we were only offered the buffet which was shutdown at 10:00 a.m. (without being refreshed after our 9:30 a.m arrival) […] and we were charged 15 per person, rather expensive bowl of oatmeal. 더 보기

the staff was most courteous frequent and convenoient shuttle service to/from airport brief stay so couldn't take advantage of its other offerings most recommended thanks

Good hotel at a good price. I recommend it.

I felt extremely dissapointed to find no internet service with my room. It is provided for an additional fee; I find this extremely poor service.

Dislikes You have to pay 10.75 to park (next door new holiday inn no parking fee) Room shabby and hot. Air ran all night and I think it was just noise never cooled down. Tub in bath had repair holes and lot of mold. Likes Bed was nice.

We had a great experience. The holtel was wonderful and the shullt took us to the ballpark dropped us by the gate after the game and fireworks it was there to take us back to the hotel, where we had great food and a wonderful nights sleep. That's the way to see a game.

The room was beautiful; marble in the bathroom, nice furniture, etc, but the construction is cheap. I could hear every footstep of the person over me. Even worse than the thumping was the squeaking of the ceiling due to some problem with the construction. I would recommend asking for a room on an upper floor. The buildings are 3 stories high. Also, […] the room had an unpleasant odor at first, like you might have after a recent flood. I opened the window and ran the fan and after about 2 hours it was OK (or I got used to it). Now I think that maybe a previous guest had a dog in the room for a few days. Great location next to airport and shuttle service was very convenient. BUT; the front desk neglected to tell us the building 2 elevator was out of service or I would have had the bell service help us with our bags, the bell service was a no-show at my requested time of 8 am the next morning, and no one answered the phone when I called the front desk, […] so we had to get a cart and transport our own bags, and the only breakfast option was a $15 buffet in a building across the street so we opted to eat at the airport instead. They have shuttle service to coliseum! Works perfect for night games if you don't want to drive after the game.

We have stayed at the Oakland Airport Hilton several times and have always had a pleasant experience. It is conveniently located to the airport, rental cars and our grandchildren. The price is good too.

Facility was very nice. Great overnight for the airport. For the price, free room WIFI should have been provided. WIFI in lobby was free.

From the front desk staff to in the restaurant wait staff, the service was exceptional. It's what I'd expect from a five star hotel. Highly recommend for any traveler.

The area was very nice and convenient for travelers. The airport noise is really a non-issue. We forgot we were across the street! We stayed in a non-smoking standard King and it was very nice and spacious. The only issue we had was the parking fee. We were there 5 days and what we paid per day is pretty ridiculous when you are already paying to stay […] at the hotel. The Hilton should validate hotel guests parking ticket. Just sayin'! 더 보기

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location very handy to airport, allowed us to sleep in since we didn't have to rush.

What can I say? It's an airport Hilton. Everything here is fine, but not great. I stayed for two nights because everything in San Francisco was booked solid and I really wanted somewhere with a decent fitness center. Unfortunately, there is pretty much nothing around the hotel, so if you don't have a car you're looking at cabbing to Bart to get somewhere […] more happening. hotel ok 10.55 to park a day a little to much!

Although it was a lovely hotel and very nice room and comfortable bed, we had a horrible night. There was a loud, very large party at the hotel, and the guests decided to party in the hallways until all hours of the morning. There were at least 20 security guards at the party, so obviously they expected some issues, but none of those guards apparently […] saw fit to ensure that the partiers remained quiet once they had left the party on the way back to their rooms. We were awakened at least 5 times by "hallway" party-goers. It does not seem too difficult to figure out that people who have been drinking and partying until late are not going to be quiet for a while. When I went to complain to the front desk the next morning, they were totally unsympathetic. This was a horrible night! The front desk personnel, when we checked in, gave us tips for parking and dining because of the "huge party" Friday night, so the hotel obviously knew there were going to be issues, but they did not assign security to the hallways of the hotel as the party was breaking up. 더 보기

After an exhausting business trip, I was more than ready to be taken care of. From the moment I checked in, the service was excellent, the staff (all whom I encountered) friendly and more than willing to help out! I have never stayed there before - but I will from now on.

The hotel is spread into several buildings. While the main building was pleasant, the hallways in the building I stayed in were VERY cold as was the wellness facility. The hotel also only offers wireless internet in the main building. It is available via modem connection for a higher than anticipated rate in the other buildings. We were looking for a place to rest our heads before taking on an early morining flight, so we were looking for an economical convenient location. Every thing was fine and met expectations expect for the $15.00 extra charge for 3 thrity second local calls...so we will avoid this hotel and chain in the future.

When we first stepped in the room there was an overwhelming odor of something similar to cat litter. Not a great 1st impression. The location was great convenient to everything in Oakland. An OK place to sleep if that's all you're looking for. We left in a hurry however and some clothes were left in the closet. Conveniently enough they were never turned […] in by the maid that changed over the room, which shows the quality of personnel they have there. Now I'm having to deal with the hassels of 'he said she said' and deal with claim forms on the items, which is hardly even worth it. Not a place I would recommend unless you're only looking for an overnighter 더 보기
