Very Good

Website stated restaurant- it is closed. Website pictures are of the grand old days. Inside of hotel is kept clean, but outside is looking tired. Staff was great!

The Hotel was not at all what I expected. The room was dated and not very clean. The entire complex in every wing had a faint odor of sulphur. Would not recommend staying here ... drive 10 minutes more and stay in Auburn Hills or Rochester.

Good service, very nice amenities. Room wasn't remarkable, but decent quiet and clean.

The bathroom was in need of an update, paint and molding was in need of repair, only half the hotel was heated, only one elevator was in use, and the indoor pool had peeling paint on the ceiling and the bottom of the pool had dirt or possibly the peeling paint on it. My kids got out as soon as they felt the stuff on the bottom of the pool! good location, but the room is not very clean. Dirty carpet. No hangers for clothing etc. Business center printer did not work either.

Best deal for the price. Breakfast section needs more waffle maker to avoid people waiting for waffles.

good hotel, not fancy but clean and friendly.

Very cold in the halls, and the pool was freezing. Had to wear a sweater in the work out room, and treadmill TV's didn't work. Nice room though, and good price range.

Pros: Easy access, mid-range priced, nice workout room and clean. Very helpful staff. Cons: There were some items that were in need of repair. One of the workout machines, bathroom door handle, and TV remote battery. When I told the staff, they made note of these items and appreciated knowing about them. Former Hilton and shows it. Older but nice and clean. Pool, continental breakfast, workout room. Beds and bedding top notch.. 15 minutes from downtown, five to a fantastic mall (Somerset). No room service or restaurant but the new owners are working it out. There is a nice Italian restaurant across the parking lot. A middle east and coffee shop across […] the street. We only have two complaints first ~ was that our room was very COLD! We had the heater up all night and the only place that was warm was under the covers in bed. The hall leading to our room was also so cold that when we went for breakfast I had to go back and get my coat. The closer we got to the lobby the warmer is was so I would suggest a room close […] to the lobby. The second ~ no decafe coffee anywhere or in room coffee pot. Decent hotel, room was very hot even when adjusted

They brought me a microwave and refrigerator to keep my food cold which was very nice. The only thing I would suggest is a 2nd waste basket for inside the room. The one in the bathroom was too small and there wasn't a 2nd one. Also the vent in the bathroom, Room 279 needs to be vacuumed and the table with light by the chair should be dusted or cleaned […] off. The only other thing that would be nice is to have hot coffee and a continental breakfast for guests with juice, donuts or bagels in the lobby area. 더 보기

We were very happy with the hotel overall and the price could not be beat. The pool was great as was the fitness room although the TV's were not working on the treadmills and elipticals. There were not towels available the 2nd day for the pool and fitness room. Service was good overall. There were only two hangers in the closet and there were none […] available from the desk. I got a good rate for this room on hotels.com, the best in the area. Satisfaction with this hotel depends on how comfortable you can be in a room that is not clean. I can forgive the water damage on the ceiling and the worn carpet, and even what looks like stain from hair color in the bathtub and the room was freezing cold when I came in. What I can […] not forgive is the sheets were dirty, a fact I did not discover until climbing into them. Hotel staff was happy to move me but I couldn't get comfortable all night because I was so disgusted by the first room. The hotel itself seems in ok, condition, I would say this is in harmony with it's price point. But the basic blocking and tackling of running a hotel, clean room, nice shower, and comfortable bed, they get a 1 of 3(the bed was comfortable once I was so tired that my disgust with the sheets in the first room didn't matter). 더 보기

We stayed over after a long day of black Friday shopping. The front desk was very unorganized. They had our reservation but didn't have us booked into an actual room. I had booked a non-smoking room with two doubles since there were three of us staying there. We were assigned a room, made a long walk with our luggage to our room only to discover a room […] with one bed. I went all the way back to the desk and was reassigned to another room. Made it to the new room to find that our room keys didn't work. Very frustrating! Once we finally made it into the room we were happy. This is not a fancy hotel but the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. There were only two towels provided so we had to ask for more. You can tell that this hotel is not being maintained well - room mummers had fallen off in the hallway and been replaced with tape, bathroom door stuck - just little things that should be fixed regularly so I think the hotel will go downhill. Huge hotel, run down and a little depressing.

The STAFF were all incredibly helpful, and always pleasant! I wasn't feeling well, and they directed me to a nearby Urgent Care. The room was fine. I was thankful that you had a "business area" with a computer so I could make further flight reservations. The food in the morning leaved something to be desired, however; very limited choices. No HBO, like we were told. Indoor pool, NOT heated, ice cold. Continental breakfast, just ok.

We needed a nice hotel just for a nite closest to a wedding party we went to in Troy and we didn't want to pay too much. We spoke to a hotels.com representative and he suggested this one due to proximity and price. We were very satisfied.

unbelievable value all around

Location was great. The hotel looks ran down and dirty and the staff looked overworked.. However: my room was in excellent conditions and very clean. I had everything I needed. I had no problems. The price was unbeatable. So no complains from me

spiders in tub and on walls...no wifi while hotel was full..had to get 3 different remotes..none worked. nice quiet place though. good location and cheap.

Many of us waited 4 hours to check in - the hotel had one (very nice) girl behind the counter and computer problems. After a 3.5 hour wait I was checked into a room that was already occupied. For the price of the hotel it was you get what you paid for. There was a bed that was fairly clean but that was bout all.

The hotel is now under new owners. Check in was chaotic, The breakfast buffet was not worth $8.99, and to make matters worse, they did not have cream or milk. Okay if you like black coffee.

This was supposed to be a 3.5 star hotel. It was more like a 2star hotel in my opinion. Desk service was not very helpful. I asked for two bags for the ice bin - they gave me one and told me room service will deliver the other one (didn't happen). The room was kinda dirty .. sheets were dirty!! I was a bit disgusted that there were stains on the top […] cover... the light bulb also blew out during out stay.. and the elevators were a bit freaky... There was a pool/ gym/ sauna. Made good use of it. It was good.. pool had too much chlorine though but i guess it needs to since nobody probably cleans it all summer. Complimentary breakfast was decent.. it had your typical breakfast foods... Overall this hotel was a bit on the bad end but it was decent. I wouldn't go back though. 더 보기

I had asked for a quite room when I checked in and was given a room above the lobby area. The hotel had outdoor speakers playing loud music all night to the point that I could not even sleep. The music levels were controlled by the front desk staff. After telling the front desk staff the next day and asking for the complaint procedure or the 800 number […] to call they said that the General Manager was not in and they did not have a complaint system. Worse yet, the following evening I arrived back at my hotel at 11:30 pm only to find the same level of loud music blasting outside of my room. I asked them to turn off the music and they said they could only turn it down not off. I told them that I came to their hotel for sleep not to listen to loud music. Needless to say I had some not so nice words for the front desk staff. I will never stay at this hotel again and would recommend anyone considering it to think about other hotels in the area. 더 보기

This place has a lot of potential however our stay there was unpleasant overall. First off we were given a room that was damaged. We were then questioned about why we didn't notice it right away by the lady that worked the desk that was very rude. I don't like to point fingers or centre anybody but this lady should not be working with people in general. […] We were given a new room that was fine. The next day after a long day of shopping we came back to find our room had not been cleaned. The front desk assured me that they would have cleaning staff fix the problem right away. After returning from dinner 4 hours later, the room had not been cleaned. I was informed that the cleaning staff had left for the day and that I would have to speak to the manager. I requested that he call my room as soon as possible. I did not receive a phone call. Totally mismanaged hotel. Beware!! 더 보기

It was a nice friendly hotel. Accomodations were comfortable and the price was reasonable. Conveniently close to highway. I would recommend this hotel to a friend
