Overall, a reasonable stay in a good value accommodation. Room was comfortable, spacious & clean. I thought the menu choice was limited and the staff did not explain the specifics of the meal chosen. I ended up with white gravy on my meal , which was not requested or detailed in the description.Generally, not that helpful to replace/look for items that […] had run out on the breakfast counter. Food was mediocre - value for money. Nothing was inspiring or exciting. The hotel was located in the middle of nowhere, so nothing to do in the evening, restricted to the hotel bar or restaurant. Was really impressed with the room and the service and friendliness of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay and accommodated us with a smile. Very much will be staying here again. Thanks for making a great trip even that much better.

Bed was very hard and not enough towels...pillows to small.

The only problem with our room was that it didn't stay very dark in the morning. Moreover, there was a lot of space under the doors, so that the light in the hallway came through into the room. We had to stuff a towel under the door. Other than that, they had a sleep number bed in the room, which I really liked. the pillows were also comfortable. The room was adequate, but not very clean. There were horrible carpet stains, dirty walls, and half used Toiletries in the bathroom. The TV remote, matress remote, vending machines, and ice machines were all broken. The location was hard to access - Overall - meh.

The hotel was nice but don't stay here just to be close to the mall. The mall was a huge disappointment in that most of the stores were closed down. The hotel was clean and newly remodeled, however for the price, no free continental breakfast was offered.

We were very happy with this hotel. The rooms and common areas appear to be recently refurbished. The rooms were nice sized and clean. The price was very reasonable.

It was fine for a one night stay, but we booked this hotel because it had balconies so we could have a cigarette if we wanted to and upon check we were informed we could not even smoke on the balconies!! There was a $500.00 fine if caught. I would have booked this hotel had I known this. Also, be careful what card you give them at check in for incidentals. […] I gave them a visa which is also my debit and they immediately withdrew $133.00 dollars from my account. They told me if we didn't use it they would put it back in my account. It took several days to post back to my account. I have very please experince at this hotel, the staff was very courteous and friendly. I located near the mall and have easy access to the freeway system.

Stayed there a few years ago under renovation. Still under renovation. Hard to get in and out of location. All major stores in Mall next door have moved. Would not recommend staying here.

the hotel was convenient to where we were staying and comfortable. There was a problem with the key card but management came up and helped with the card. they were going though some changes that weekend. overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Great Hotel, great location. The remodel was done very well. The Hotel is modern, convenient, and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. Kudos to the staff and restaurant.

Clean and friendly hotel!! Will stay again!

Hotel was fairly clean, some construction, but customer service non existant. There were 3 holiday inn employees, including one manager at front desk that were more interested with there own personal lives than checking in hotel guests. Young lady was rude no welcome greeting, I was at fault for interrupting her conversation after standing and waiting […] 5 minutes in line with no one in front of me. We were told the hotel would have shuttle service for special event up untill 2:30 am. That was a complete lie. When we called hotel for pickup at 1:00 am, employee from hotel told us shuttle service ended at 11:00 pm. I explained to her we were told shuttle service would be available till 2:30 am and she simply said to bad. We were left stranded for an hour and a half waiting for taxi cab. Second day we left room at 10:00 am and returned back at 5:00 pm, room was not attended to by housekeeping. After this we figured not much we could do but stick it out since hotel was paid in advance. Upon checkout requested survey from same employee who checked us in and her response was we do not have any. Never again will I stay at a Holiday Inn, I travel 30% of the year on business or pleasure and have canceled 4 stays at Holiday Inns in the US because this experience. 더 보기

Had a nice level view of the roof of the adjacent building. Very disappointing. Was hoping we could spend time out there at night when the kids went to bed. There was no view and no chairs out there. I was charged the same price as a room with a nice view. Find out first what your view is before you decide to pay.

Average hotel. We chose this hotel because it advertises all rooms have balconies. What they don't tell you is that there are no chairs or any other type of furniture on the balconies so that you can sit outside and enjoy the view. The balconies were not practical and were not worth the extra money to have a room with one.

Newly remodeled hotel with very spacious rooms. A bit difficult to find from the highway, but worth it for the value of the stay.

The hotel staff took great strides to overcome the inconvenience of the ongoing renovation. They were cordial, professional, and always a pleasure to deal with. The renovation should make this into a fine facility.

When we walked in, the lobby was a horrible mess because of construction. We were only on the 3rd floor and had to walk past guys drilling and making tons of noise. However, the room was VERY nice and we could barely hear the noise outside of our room. We loved the sleep number bed! I was extremely disappointed with the level of service. The front desk staff programmed my room key incorrectly to begin with. The hotel was undergoing renovation but the loud thumping started at 6AM, Construction dust filled the hallways and made it very difficult to breath. Room service left a lot to be desired of. Although neat and clean the rooms were horribly out-dated. TV's were old, small and mostly didn't work. Not an ice machine in the entire hotel worked, although the room had an ice bucket. There were no coffee pots or refrigerators in rooms. The sleep number bed wouldn't hold air. Their is no grill to speak of. Bar only had 2 light bottled beers, and […] only 4 regular beers. Contenintal breakfast pastries were days old and very dry. They ran out of bottled water and someone had to run to HEB and pick up a case or two. How this hotel stil is able to use the Radisson name is a mystery. 더 보기

I was not at all amazed with this hotel at all. I thought with the name I would receive premium service instead the service was not good. They advertise the sleep number bed however it did not work, there was not any coffee in the room and parking was horrible. I will not stay here again

I was sceptical because of the location and age of this Hotel, but I was more than satisfied. I would not hestiate to recommend this Hotel to my friends.

Hotel was in an odd location coming from the airport- kinda hard to get to. Once I arrived I went to my room and had a bathtub of water from a leaky faucet. They were quick to move me to another room. The free breakfast in the morning was very nice and good quality. Would stay here again.

Little out of town, and felt like a bit of a "Dead" area. Views of an empty mall parking lot. However, the price was right, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

What a great find for North/Central Austin. I picked this hotel because it was a last minute trip and it was listed on a sale price, but I would have paid full price any day. The hotel is very nice, extra clean and spacious rooms. My stay included a full breakfast, which was beautifully prepared. Highly recommend.

The neighborhood wasn't the best and sleep number beds aren't all they are made out to be, but the staff was friendly and accomadating, the food was good, the hotel was clean and in good shape, and overall it was a great bargain and I would stay again.

The desk clerks need to be more informed of policies.Saw a different clerk every day.Don't know if this is a training ground for them.They are trying to improve the outdoor parking lighting.Still need more lights.Being in the neighborhood it is,needs to be really lit up for liability purposes.Restaurant was opened only for breakfast,being a Thanksgiving […] holiday.Food was good. 더 보기

I received a last minute special and the hotel was great. Only downfall is there was not a complimentary breakfast like most hotels offer. Also, it was somewhat difficult to get to but excellent customer service.

I was happy with my overall stay. This is my second time using this hotel, and I have no complaints.

Our room was clean and in very good condition. For the price, it was a good value. The location is convenient to downtown, but is not within walking distance of much except for a mall.

Was probably a nice hotel 20 years ago. In need of updating and infrastructure improvements. Little things like broken lamp shades, a really old TV with bad cable reception, shower head with no water pressure, broken/cracked mirrors - and that's just in the room I stayed in. One plus: Sleep Number beds. All in all, not a place I would spend more than […] a night, but a step up from the Motel 6's of the world. We were in Austin for a few days and staying with friends but we were also on vacation so we wanted to get a room for one night. Hotel was a great bargain and so comfortable! The sleep number beds were awesome and the linens were so clean and comfortable. The one thing that you have to careful of in Austin are the taxis. They are awful! We called four […] places at 2am to get back to the hotel. Two did not even answer and two kept saying 5 mins--an hour and half later I realized we could use the hotel to get us back. Don't forget you are a guest--give the hotel a call and tell them you are having trouble getting back they will help. 더 보기
