데이즈 인 다운타운 - 리버워크 지역 (Days Inn Downtown - Riverwalk Area) - 샌안토니오

샌안토니오 리버워크 바로 위에 위치하고 있다는 점 때문에 예약하게 된 곳으로, 실제 관광지인 리버워크 구간에서도 떨어져 있고, 앞에는 고속도로 뒤에는 철길이 있는 아주 열악한 환경입니다. 방에서는 곰팡이 냄새가 진동하는 등 저의 일주일간 미국 남서부 여행 기간 중 최악의 숙소였습니다. 이 곳은 꼭 피해야 할 곳으로 생각되어 글을 남깁니다.

Our room did not have a refrigerator or microwave and some of the other rooms did. Every room should microwave and refrigerator.

My complaint would be that we kept running out of toilet tissue, I had to go to the front desk to ask for it twice in the 4 day stay & they would only give me one roll at a time & the tub was dirty, and kept clogging up.

To start hotel had hard time finding the reservation, and the clerks said to call hotels.com, eventually the clerks found the reservation 30 min later. Also we did not get the room we had reserved on the website Hotel is not downtown and is nowhere near the riverwalk. Hotel was on a bad end of town. When a hotel has a sign in the room that says for […] your safety to. Lock the deadbolt and slide lock, here's you're sign. Hotel is also right next to I-10, the highway noise rattles the doors making you think people are trying to open the door to your room. As far as cleanliness goes, there was a booger on the wall above the toilet that was not ours, can you say disgusting? Had we had the opportunity for a refund we would have went to a different hotel. this lady look like if she was under the effect of a controlled substance. She was all nerves! Talking too fast, moving constantly. It took her 40 minutes to check us in. She said that our reservation was not right. Made us call hotel.com twice, and everything was right with them, they even faxed the reservation over to the hotel. Then she finally said […] oh it's fixed! omg. she just wanted to charge us 26 more dllrs to complete the reservation! Oh and we asked her. Is this the only Day's inn in this area? she said Yes. The next day we drove lesd than 2miles and found a closer Days inn to the riverwalk 더 보기

I was severly disappointed with this property. The staff was inattentive and acted like they really didn't care. The room was outdated and did not contain the microwave and refrigerator that I was told it would. The neighborhood was a blight. The only thing that made it preferable to sleeping in my car was the fact that it had a bed and a shower.

Im never coming back to this hotel, too many things wrong with it, the bathroom was dirty (toilet, bathtub, sink) and the sink was clogged. Also the beds look really old. And the carpet at the entrance was wet for some reason, very disappointed with that hotel. Would not recommend at all.

This hotel was what you would expect for the price. Average room in an less than average neighborhood. The breakfast and pool were great and the location was a car ride away from the riverwalk area but not in walking distance. The service was always available to help you with your needs

This hotel was not in a good area. The tv remote was broken tried to get it fix but they really need to update the tv plus the whole room. We needed to stay in a handycap room and it wasn't very handycap accessable at all!!! Had to move the desk chair in the room just to get the suit cases in the door without picking them up and side stepping around […] the table and chair that was in the way. Don't leave anything in your room like food or drinks because they may or may not be there when you get back in. The cleaning personel didn't do a good job of cleaning. sloppy remade the beds didn't clean the tub, sink or mirror (the whole bathroom) was just the way we left it except for the somewhat of clean towels and the garbage was taken out. Plus not POSITIVE but feel like our stuff was went through while we was out. However the people in the front office was nice and very friendly. Hotel isnt to far from downtown. But I still would not ever stay here again nor will I recommend anyone to stay here. If you are on a budget pay the little bit more and stay somewhere else. 더 보기

When I went to checkin the lady at the front deck was rude. I will never go back to this place again.

The carpet was filthy, it caused black footprints in the tub!

Nearly everything in the hotel was broken (except the bed) but that probably had peoples bodily fluids on it. It was located in the ghetto, The continental breakfast consisted of a waffle iron and some milk. The description said 1 mile away from the river walk, it was much further, and I would NOT recommend trying to walk to the river walk, I got attacked […] by a homeless man. 더 보기

The place was a little outdated but we spent alot of time out and about so it was ok. It was very clean.

Rude people ,no security people hanging out outside of ur room talking all night train blow horn every hour. Also lots of homeless people ,not a good hotel. i give it 0 stars

NOISY FREEWAY, MUSTY ROOM, DIRTY CARPET AND BATHROOM. THIS IS ALSO AN OVER NIGHT LOCATION FOR BUSES. ENOUGH SAID. AT LEAST THE WIRELESS INTERNET WORKED.

It was the worst hotel that i was in, the hotel was dirty, very dirty, the matrees was ugly dirty and the pillows had blood. the shets was dirty too, the people was not polite and the worse thing all the night I can't sleep because many man's that live there was talking, and yelling outside my room, that night was a nightmare. To star off i was giving a second floor room when I request a down stairs room and the shower was not clean we too showers with sandles and te noise was bad and to be honest it was like being around a pLace where crack heads hang around

I took my family for a cheerleading competition in the Alamo Dome and we had a good time. The Hotel was nice. It was cold so no swimming pool. Maybe next time

Over all the room was like any other hotel room, the only thing that didnt work was the heater but thankfully it wasnt cold enough to use it. Would stay in this hotel again.

It smelled horrible and it was dirty and nasty I felt gross sleeping there

I found the room to be very clean. It had everything I needed for my stay. The only thing wrong with the room was that it was too small to have two beds in it. It should of been set up for a single bed. It made it hard to move around comfortably.

The room rate was great The hotel address on Hotels.com isn't clear enough to find even using a gps device Bed covers had blood stains & had to ask twice to get it changed Front desk staff not too familiar with area but were somewhat helpful Location does not inspire warm secure feeling

The hotel was dirty and in a really bad part of town. It isn't within walking distance of the Riverwalk. In order to check into the hotel at night, you aren't allowed into the lobby and have to speak to the desk attendant behind bullet-proof glass. Stayed there for one night. That's all we needed it for. Very short drive to the Riverwalk. Yes there is a train that passes close by but I didn't hear it. My fiance did hear it but he said it did not bother him. Recieptionist was friendly. Good price.

The train awoke me and the walls are paper thin. Even a shower in the next room is really noisey.

It was a nice room and the staff was friendly and amazing. It was located in a kinda shady place. We went to the river walk but on the walk back to the hotel it was a little scary. I recomend this hotel for a nice weekend close to te river walk but make sure to take a cab back or walk back before night fall.

Over all despite the location, it was a pleasant experience and the room was less comfortable but quite entertaining, would stay there again.
