윈담 엘패소 에어포트 호텔 앤드 워터파크 (Wyndham El Paso Airport Hotel & Waterpark) - 엘 파소

공항과 가까워서 좀 시끄럽긴 하나, 대체적으로 좋은 호텔입니다. 겨울이라 수영장으로 들어가지 못한 건 아쉽지만, 다음에 기회가 되면 거기서 썬탠을 즐겨보고 싶네요. 호텔 내 식당도 괜찮구요.

When I called the hotel before booking, I was told that the waterpark and slide would be open at the time of our stay. This influenced our decision to stay since we were traveling with a child who would enjoy the water features...when we arrived they told us the slide was closed, when I let her know we had been misinformed she said "everyone that works […] here knows the dates that it is open." Obviously not the person I talked to. Throughout the stay, there were workers and supplies all over the place,because they were working on the roof, we had to walk around them to get to our room. But the worst thing that happened was a safety issue right in our room, a 4inch metal piece sticking out from the bottom of the bed frame that cut both my husband and myself on the legs. When I told the front desk and showed them the gash across my leg(which will probably leave a scar) they said " you should have let us know when it happened so we could change your room". Overall not very good service,and not impressed with this hotel. Only positive was the convenience to the airport. 더 보기

This Wyndham Hotel is NOT like the others. I was very unhappy with my family's stay here at this hotel. The front desk clerk was rude during check-in. First room was filthy! The floors and bed sheets were both heavily stained and furniture was damaged badly. Table had about half of the top level of wood completely removed. Room smelt disgusting like […] rotten food and smoke! Front desk changed our room but the new room was only slightly less filthy. We lifted up the bed sheets and found food mixed within the blankets and bed sheets. Upon closer inspection, we found the bed sheets to also be dotted with dry blood which is evidence of BED BUGS! One bed had a very large stain of what I assume was also blood. Front desk took us to a third room but it was even dirtier than the first two so we decided to stay in the second as it was very late by and we needed sleep. Ended up sleeping on the floor on new bed sheets because I was so disgusted at the filth in the beds! Pretty bad when you consider the floor to be cleaner than the bed! My kids were really excited about the "Water Park" this hotel has but we found out that day that it is only open for 3 months in the Summer. I mentioned my problems to the front desk manager who seemed not interested in making us comfortable. Checked-out and walked across the street to stay at a different hotel that was half the price and very clean and comfortable. 더 보기

Arrived easily got my room..got to my room card would not open door..went back to front desk..receptionisr went with me made sure new card opened door...she always has a smile....she left ..later I couldn't get in again..called front desk ..she came again with her smile opened it....being the blockhead that I am. I was surprised at how luxurious this hotel was considering it's location by the airport and the age. But it was spacious, clean, comfy and overall very nice.

our stay was very pleasant. personnel wa very heplfull and curtious. room was excellent. i would stay again and recomend it.

The lobby was beautiful, and my stay only went down from there. My room was disgusting, it looked like it should be condemned and the heater did not work. The gym had potential if they would ever turn the heater on, I tried to go running and the room was so cold and uncomfortable that I couldn't get warmed up. Hotel is not up to Wyndham standard as I expected. the heater/thermostat in the room is very loud when it kicks in. It sounds like someone hit a metal block with a hammer. I arrived after a long day of meetings, at about 9:30. The lobby was very nice. The farther away from the lobby I got, the more run-down the place looked. My room was clean, but looked pretty outdated and "budget." There were many people who were shouting in the hallways or talking very loudly in the hallways. They must think that, like those who pick […] their noses while driving in their cars, that no one will see/hear them!! For God's sake, people, can't you just call each other's rooms or knock on the door and then go into the other person's room before you bellow your conversation?! It just felt very low class to me. Needs better insulation around the front door, perhaps. There was a pretty big amount of light that came in under the front door when I turned the lights off. We travel in and out of El Paso all the time and we definitely make this our El Paso hotel from now on.

couple of problems but staff very helpful. breakfast not the best but comfortable rooms

The hotel is right next to the airport which was great for having to catch an early morning flight. The noise was not bad for being right next to the airport. The only problem that I had was with all of the drunk people coming out of the bar that were screaming all hours of the night.

We have stayed here many times but never in a room that has not been updated and it was pretty bad.

we booked a room for 3 and got two double beds. It was not very comfortable sleeping in a double bed with my husband. The beds were firm. otherwise it was a nice hotel, clean and the pool area was great.

Was upgraded upon arrival to a suite, Big Plus! Room was large, lots of extras but carpet looked like somebody had spilled a bottle of ink in the center. The big problem was no internet access for the first several hours, zero, zilch, nada. Then finally got connected at 1996 speeds of approx. 120kb, so slow I couldn't effectively use the internet and […] I had critical need for it. The main two reasons I picked this hotel are the proximity to the airport and I figured it would have reliable internet. Everything about the hotel was great except the internet. I had tried 2 laptops and a smartphone and I would constantly get drop my connection to the router on all devices. I could reconnect half the time, the other half the login […] page would not load. I had a one night stay that cost quite abit. I stayed in a Laquinta the nights before at half the price and the hotel room was twice as nice. Since I went through hotel.com I suppose I got the least desirable room. Bathroom toilet was so close to the wall on your left side that you touched it as you sat, and I am a skinny guy. Pedastal sink required […] you to close the toilet to place your essencial on as you shaved or brushed your teeth. TV was old lights were dim, bed was just ok. We needed a hotel by the airport and this one is as close as you can get. It is literally across the street from the airport. The front desk staff was very helpful. Room service food definitely exceeded our expectations.

Very convient to early flights out but beds are very uncomfortable and rooms are noisy.

The hotel was great! Beds were comfy with fresh, clean bedding, helped with a great night's sleep! The night before a flight, it was the best hotel for the price/comfort. We had a great view of the pool, the music was just a bit loud, but they stopped it after 8, so it wasn't a problem to sleep with. Right by the airport, the planes didn't bother us. […] LOVED the black out curtains for a nice nap during the middle of the day. Loved the room service, the bell hop took our bags down in the morning and was going to take them to the airport for us, but we had a rental car so it wasn't needed. Excellent customer service. This is a beautiful hotel on the airport property however, noise was not an issue. The water park is really just one water slide that has very specific hours, but the pool is beautiful. They only offer 2 free breakfasts which is ok because the food at the in house restaurant is not all that great. Overall a good stay and I would fly into el paso for […] the night and stay there. The employees were all very positive and accomodating. The room was as advertised. My grandson loved the waterslide. Not a bad price. I will stay there again when I return this winter.

we had to call security because of partiers, and no towels when we went swimming. I had to call 3 times before towels were actually given to me and I even got extras for swimmers that had already been at the pool.

Very good room, fast check-in, and Check-out Happy about the good rate,and dinner at the Hotel was also good.

The shower had long hair from the previous guest on the shower wall.

excellent stay

This hotel could not be closer to the airport. You can literally board from the front door of this hotel. The airplanes can be heard clearly from the 4th floor where we were staying. The biggest issue is the slide was not functioning. It's in no way a "waterpark". In addition our package included 2 comp. drinks at the bar that evening, and 2 breakfast […] buffetts. None of these were offered - it took several trips down to the lobby to obtain said vouchers. In the end I aquired 2 additional breakfast buffet's when I returned our wristbands for the "waterpark" unused. This was not an offer they made to me, it was a request I made of them. Pros: Great workout room; Reasonable room service prices, Walking distance to airport, Large rooms and very comfy beds, Clean smelling hallways and rooms Cons: Staff is young and doesnt really care about helping you out. My visit to this hotel was fine. The staff was friendly, the lobby was nice. The rooms need updating but were still nice. The AC wasn't cold enough for the 104 degree temps during my visit. If you have kids, they will enjoy the pool area.

The staff at the concession stand near the pool were very rude> i asked for a menu and the attendant just pointed out " they are over there". She could not be bothered. The supervisor at the pool was standing next to the food stand looking out to see who was" not abiding by the rules", but of coarse she was too lazy to make rounds and walk around the […] pool area. Very convenient to the airport - you can actually walk to the terminal from the front door in less than 5 minutes. The water park may be a bit noisy for some. Also, although the room interiors are renovated, the hallways and common spaces could use some help. For the price and airport convenience, I would recommend it.

They wouldn't give uis a reciept because we had to book through hotels. com. We would have like to book through the hotel, someone who knew the city and the area.
