햄프턴 인 산타페, 뉴멕시코 (Hampton Inn Santa Fe) - 산타페

The staff was wonderful, the bed cozy, but the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. All of my children noticed it. It was offensive. We had a non-smoking room, the room itself wasn't bad, but the hallways were terrible. The hotel needs an update, new carpet perhaps.

We stayed here after my wife's surgery. The front desk was helpful in supplying extra pillows. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Our stay there was excellent. The water in the pool was at a nice warm temperature, so relaxing (good work out). We enjoyed the Breakfast and staff was so helpful and friendly. We stay there every time we come to Santa Fe

This hotel is fine. Free breakfast is ok, but if you are a non smoker please ask them to put your room far away from the smoking rooms as they are on shared floors. We were close to smokers on the 2nd floor and could smell it strongly in the hall.

Staff was very friendly to us and our small dog. Location of hotel was marred mostly by the road construction on the main road into downtown Santa Fe. We were pleased with the laundry facility and workout equipment which we used regularly.

Good deal for the money

Our visit to Santa Fe, it was great, en the Hampton Inn, was perfect in every aspect. The rooms was clean and have more space than in other hotels, every thing was cleanl. The breakfast was excelent, and the people very nice. Definitly we will choose again this Hampton in our next visit to Santa Fe.

Although the Hampton is a little out from the Plaza area, it's a good deal; easy to get to, well maintained, friendly staff and good breakfast selections.

We were coming in from Taos and the directions to the hotel were only from the south (off of I-25). When we got there the sign was almost hidden making it even more difficult to locate. The room and hotel facilities were great. Would definitely say that it was worth the money.

Hotel is a bit out from downtown and there was road construction between there and the Old Town. Otherwise a real good place to stay. Was a bit noisy over the Memorial Day weekend when we were there. The parking lot of the hotel was being repaved, so it made parking hard for everyone staying there. A solution was needed ahead of time before this was done in case hotel got full. The bedding was terrible because my wife and I both woke up with backaches and neckaches. Hotel itself was fine.

My room was clean and just generally very comfortable. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was invaluable. The free breakfast is exceptional. The food is good and the variety sufficent unless you have special needs or require something more elaborate. This amenity allows you to save both time and money. I would stay there again.

The front desk clerk (Marcus) charged us fifty dollars per room for incidentals. (There are no in room movies or room service) Then lectured us about booking through this web site.They money was credited back to our account within four days. We came for over-night going to AZ. Check in was simple and location was easy to find. I have 2 teanagers and they are picky about food, however, the breakfast was great. And everyone was very helpful.

Our group used this hotel for a two week business trip. It was comfortable, clean and the staff, plesant.

Very nice hotel with large comfortable room for us. At present there's a bit of a problem with access due to construction work on the loop around Lubbock, but hopefully this will conclude quickly, and if so it will be "easy off easy on" to this location.

First, when driving, this hotel is easy to miss, and it can be a challenge getting out of the driveway during rush hour. It’s about 5 miles from downtown, but its straight down the road, and there are plenty of shopping opportunities nearby. The staff were very friendly and professional. Despite being on a main street, it was very quite at night & the black out curtains actually worked. If you’re bothered by light at night, the clocks on the TV & microwave both face the bed and cannot be dimmed, and if noise is you’re issue, don’t turn on the small refrigerator (it has no freezer compartment either). The bathroom was larger than typical for hotels in this range, and for those of you putting in contacts or doing your makeup, it is well lit and the marble vanity is shallow enough to allow you to get close to the mirror to get the job done right. The shower had great water pressure and variable settings. One note – as someone familiar with construction codes, I did notice the plumbing fixtures were improperly installed, and some of the craftsmanship in the bathroom remodel was amateurish, but the average person would never notice. (Why do they always install faucets so small the spigot too close to the back of the bowl?) The television did not have HBO as advertised, but who’s there to watch TV? Breakfast was your typical fare and we really appreciated the warm cookies every afternoon in the lobby. Overall our stay here was better than expected & we would happily stay there again. 더 보기

The look is a little tired and could use to be updated, the area is a little shadey but it did not seem to effect the peace & solitude. The breakfast area was a bit crowded in the morning making it difficult to find a place to dine; perhaps replacing the loungers with a few more tables could improve this slightly. Stayed two nights at the hotel. It was clean and very well maintained. Hotel staff was so kind and helpful. They gave great recommendations and where very hospitable during our stay. Our group was eight large with two seniors, three adults and three kids. The gm was around both mornings checking on everyone in the dining area. Hot tub was not working, fitness room did not look like pictures online.

My newly renovated room was clean and attractive with free wi-fi. The only downside was the 15-minute drive to downtown Santa Fe and then the search for downtown parking. There is no hotel shuttle. However, the Cerrillos Road location allows easy highway access to Albuquerque and Taos.

Staff very helpful with directions and ideas of things to do and interesting ways to get there. Free breakfast was very adequate. Beds were comfortable and room was clean and quiet.

Great stay for the money. Located in what appears to be a deteriorating neighborhood but it's not that bad yet. The hotel was hidden and hard to spot if you're not familiar with the area. Other than those negative comments: Breakfast was awesome, free internet service worked well in room, cleaning was great, service people were awesome.

Spent 6 nights at the Hampton Inn this visit. Like that breakfast starts at 6am since I must leave early. VERY nice front desk folks, breakfast people were helpful and clean. Jacuzzi was down last visit and the first two days of this visit, but they got it working again...looked like a major overhaul...gotta expect maintenance. When we checked in I asked for a ground floor room because I am handicapped. The young lady at the desk said our second floor room should'nt be a problem because the elevator was conveniently located near the room. It wasn't. The only elevator was near the desk and our room was near the rear of the building. We had to drag our belongings up and down […] stairs. The laundry and ice machine were also near the desk. I am handicapped and walk with a cane. When we checked in I told them I was handicapped and I asked for a first floor room. I was told there were none available but the elevator was close... it wasn't. My wife and I had to drag our luggage up and down steps because the only elevator was at the front of the hotel and our room was in the back. Very nice place to stay - not fancy - just a good clean friendly place to stay. Away from the crowded downtown but close to the mall and a lot of other shopping and eating establishments. Brought us a crib with no problems. Quiet.

the hotel is a little bit outside the city, (about 5 miles) but it was well worth the money. they have a beautiful pool and hot tub, the service was good, free parking, and hot coffee around the clock. i will definatley stay here next time in SF.

Nice size for the room with double queen. It was clean.

Simple but excellent breakfast included, free WiFi, extremely helpful,considerate and generous staff, indoor pool, I just can't ask for more. Great value for money to me, I'll stay here again i I come back to Santa Fe
