필라델피아 도심 한복판에 위치하여 걸어서 어디든 갈 수 있는 좋은 조건의 호텔이었습니다. 바로 옆에 Walnut Street와 Chestnut Street 가 있어서 쇼핑과 맛난 음식을 즐기기에도 매우 좋습니다. 다만 호텔 주변의 길이 늘 복잡하고 막히는 게 단점이라면 단점... 그러나 오래된 작은 도시의 길이 대부분 좁은 일방통행인 길임을 감안한다면 그다지 나쁜 편은 아닙니다. 직원들의 응대도 매우 친절하고 방도 깨끗해서 일주일 동안의 출장이 그리 힘들지 않게 느껴졌습니다. 다음에도 필라델피아 여행을 가게 된다면 이 호텔에 묵을 예정입니다.

Great location for travelling to different parts of the Philadelphia area, and for shopping. Maybe not a destination hotel for a "getaway" vacation, but a clean, comfortable, pleasant place to stay for people on a schedule. Good variety and value for breakfast, as hotel restaurants go.

"Great price for a high quality room."
Was there only one night. Very nice hotel for the money.
"Centralized in King Of Prussia"
Hotel itself and the room were both very clean. All staff was friendly and polite. The hotel is located centally on DeKalb Pike near restaruants and the mall. Unfortunately what they don't tell you is that when the hotel hosts an event such as a wedding, prom, convention ect... Parking can be a ways away.
I checked in and provided my credit card information for any future incedentals etc, but when I checked out I was told that they had me as a "no show" and that I never checked in, when I questioned the personnel at the desk they said they didn't know what happened.

Staff were extremely friendly and professional. They went out of their way to accomodate shuttle requests. I would definitely stay again.

Price was right. very nice hotel. we were visiting philadelphia, so it was a bit out of the way and the traffic on the main highways was heavy and slow, but for the quality and cost, it was worth it. and chocolate chip cookies are my favorite!
"close to kop mall"
Checking in was a breeze i thought i was gonna have difficulties because i had lost my credit card before i had arrived. I also loved how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was the tv was a problem i had purchased a movie but while i was watching it no signal kept popping up, but overall i loved my stay and will be back again

"Okay Hotel, but still needs Upgrades"
The hotel was okay and convenient to King of Prussia and the surrounding area, but wireless was non-existent and the hotel was in need of serious upgrades do to the recent change over. Not bad for the location though.
Thank you for the review, hearing what our guests have to say is so valuable to us; in fact it is because of similar feedback that we just recently upgraded our internet! I do apologize if it was down while you were here, you’ll have to come back and give it another try! The hotel underwent renovations in 2008 and we are continually upgrading our product! Was very please with my stay here rooms clean & nice comfortable beds,location was good for shopping, & restaurant,this hotel is only about 15miles from down town Philly.

We thought it was awesome that upon reception we were given warm cookies. They were delicious. It is outside of Philly but the price was right and the room was nice. We would stay there again if we are ever back in Philly.

"Valley Forge Double Tree - Close to Mall"
Room was very clean the location couldn't be better near the Casino and the Mall. Food was well done and service was wonderful in both restaurants. The heater in the room didn't work didn't request a change since it was only for one night. Only one entrance to the hotel and the parking was on the side on a hill.

"it was great except the moring breakfast"
The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was nice & quiet. The cookies we received were a very nice touch and one of the best cookies I've ever had. The only thing was in the morning we went to the restuarant to get breakfast and waited over 7 minutes to be seated there was a coffee station right in front of the place where we had to wait to be seated […] and the women that was to seat us was answering the phone instead of trying to seat us we ended up leaving without breakfast. 더 보기

The hotel was great and the service as well, The only problem I had was the $300 credit card hold for incidentals. Seemed a bit much since my entire stay wasn't much more than that.
I am so glad that you liked the hotel and were taken care of during your stay! However, I am sorry for the inconvenience of the hold on your card; I can imagine that was quite a surprise if you were not informed ahead of time (as you should have been)! Was your card perhaps a debit card rather than a credit card? Our policy is to place a $75 hold per day on debit cards to cover the cost of room charges; the money of course is released within a few days if no charges were made. I hope this solves the problem and apologize if this was not explained to you ahead of time! We have addressed this communication glitch to make sure that all of our guests are aware of this procedure when they check in! You are more than welcome anytime and we hope to see you again soon!

"Easy to find & close to shopping center!"
Upon arrival, I was panic stricken when I learned the address of the hotel didn't match the name of the hotel I booked. I booked on a Tuesday and they changed names from Dolce to Double Tree on Wednesday. Other than that, our experience was pleasant. We stayed Saturday/Sunday. The room was quiet and spacious. The hotel staff were professional & kind. […] Easy to find from the expressway and very close to the King of Prussia Mall. Lots of dining choices, with the exception of breakfast. The hotel was nice & in a great location. The room, unfortunately, had flying bugs. I had to dust out my clothes prior to packing them back in my luggage & did discover one in my clothes. Overall, I had a great stay & the staff was courteous.

Great location - close to King of Prussia Mall and restaurants. Maybe the only unexpected aspect of the hotel is that there is only one entrance at the front of the building and the parking lot is on the side of the building. I wouldn't carry a heavy bag in from where you park your car. Needless to say, we recommend this hotel.

Close to the King of Prussia Mall as well as smaller plazas with boutiques. There were several upscale restaurants relatively close too. The room was nice, but shower was questionably clean. The indoor work out area was adequate and the food in the bar/dinner area was good. I would stay here again, especially for the price.

Cleaning staff was very inconsiderate. They started knocking on doors and cleaning around 8:00am every morning we were there. Even with the donot disturb sighn on the door. Also coffee was cold in the morning. Also we ask for no feathers in advance, but we still got a feathers. Dinning facility was dark and the food was TERRIBLE.
