Everything was fine, great location. The door man did mean mug us which I felt was very rude.

The room was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part of our stay at this hotel by far was the Breakfast! They had everything you could ever want all fresh and hot. Overall we were very satisfied.

Excellent hotel. Wonderful attention and great breakfast buffet.This was our second stay at the Sheraton by the galleria and for sure we will come back.

The only set back was the construction nearby, but we were compensated for half off parking and complimentary wi-fi. The continental breakfast was niiice!

Booked a room at the Sheraton for a weekend of fun with my family. The hotel is lovely. The negatives were that the bathrooms are kind of small and we had a little trouble operating the tv in our room. Also, there is no mini fridge! All in all, me and my family will definitely stay there again!

It was just okay. The room that they put us in had a really weird sewage smell. We had to ask them to put us in another room (they did and also gave us 2 coupons worth $10 each to use at the restaurant there). Everything looks rundown. One of the elevators was not working properly. The only positive thing I could say about it is that it is a block away […] from the Galleria Dallas and not too far from downtown Dallas. Sorry, but I would not recommend this hotel unless you want something close to the Galleria mall without paying an arm and a leg for it. 더 보기

First of all, I think that paying $10/day to park ONSITE at any hotel that isn't located in a downtown area, is just ridiculous. Second, if you're going to charge me this nuisance fee, at least get your parking gates/meters sorted out so that my room key will actually allow me to enter/exit! Not once during my stay did it operate properly as promised. […] I was even late for a dinner meeting because I couldn't get out of the parking lot and had to go back inside and get the keycard recoded. And it STILL DIDN'T WORK when I returned to the parking lot! Third, there is so much construction on I-635/LBJ that getting onto the interstate is just a massive pain with the re-routing of the roads, etc. Will definitely return to my preferred hotel of choice a mile away where parking is free, hotel staff is more accomodating and access to the main roads is far superior! 더 보기

Our junior suite was really nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Way too much construction in the area, no nearby restaurants, hotel food ridiculously high as expected. Overall I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel its self and room was very clean very nice i think the only problem was that when returning back to our room after a night out with my husband around 1:30 in the morning there was no parking left so when i went in to ask were to park the guy at the front desk was annoyed with my question and very rudely told me down the block on the street […] at that time people were coming in from a night out also very upset that there was no parking, so needless to say we findly parked two blocks away along with about 10 more cars that was the only down fall other than that its a great hotel for the price and breakfast was very good !! 더 보기

Very friendly and helpful staff and excellent food services. Shower/bathroom was a bit cramped and on a Wednesday at 7:45am there was no hot water. Overall satisfactory though and I would stay there again, and shower in the evenings instead.

right in the middle of construction, if you are driving it might be trouble to find the hotel. charge for parking, charge for internet, water anything you might think of.

Overall, a pretty nice place. Front desk staff pleasant and efficient. First room we were sent to was directly across from the elevators. I immediately called down to see if there was another room available and was accomidated, they even sent someone up with the new room cards so we didn't have to lug our stuff downstairs to the lobby. Our room faced […] the interstate so I was expecting traffic noise, but wasn't bothered by it at all. Only negative that comes to mind is the bathroom was pretty small. Had to pay for parking and internet - it should be free.lots of plumbing noise in the room. Woke up a couple of times in the middle of the night.

Great hotel. The continental breakfast was good, nice variety. Hotel staff very helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is close to the Galleria...within walking distance if so desired. Restaurant food was good. Would definitely stay there again.

Really good hotel and remodelation was awesome but the free breakfast do not belong to Sheraton chain hotels. Please charge the breakfast but give us a better food.

As always the front desk sets the tone. I can't remember the name of the woman who checked me in but she was great. She took her time giving me directions. She made sure I got squared away with my membership points. Good breakfast. Good exercise facility

Enjoyed the hotel. The hotel was very full which made the breakfast buffet line extremely long, but the buffet was worth the wait. Very nice. Lots of road construction, but no fault of the hotel.
