크라운 플라자 무티아라 쿠알라룸푸르 (Crowne Plaza Mutiara Kuala Lumpur) - 콸라룸푸르

위치는 정말 좋아여. 걸어서 쌍둥이빌딩, 시내중심가,쇼핑가 다갈수 있구 호텔바로앞에 도심모노레일 역이 있었고.. 방이 정말 크고 개끗함. 이스타나 호텔(바로 근처임)도 담날 숙박했지만, 후회되더구만요. 그냥 잤으면 더 좋았을듯... 식사는 하진 않았어요.. 가격대비,좋은 호텔이라고 판단됨.친절한 종업원(한국말도 때때로 함.) 호텔바로 앞에 KFC가 있어여..아침점심먹기 좋아여.. 애들도 같이 갔지만 엑스트라베드를 따로 받진않더군요,..

멋지고 도움이 되며 친절한 직원들, 단지 도로를 가로지르면 있는 편리한 모노레일과 함께 훌륭한 위치. 객실은 전반적으로 좋고, 훌륭한 샤워기, 널찍함, 여러 개의 tv 채널들, 우리에게 약간 너무 딱딱한 침대, 침대의 장식은 깨끗하지 않음, 마차식 의자 역시. 직원들은 추가 비용 없이 이른 오전 10시에 숙박 수속을 허용해 줍니다. 실외 풀장 지역은 매우 괜찮습니다. 비용에 대해 전반적으로 매우 만족했습니다.

이 호텔은 약간 낡았지만 상태는 좋습니다. 멋진 욕실과 함께 객실은 훌륭했습니다. 그러나 우리는 이 호텔을 추천하고 싶지도 않고 우리는 우리가 KL에서 머물럿던 다른 호텔들의 수준의 서비스보다 한참 아래라는 걸 알아 차렸기 때문에 다시 머물고 싶진 않습니다. 우리는 예를 들어 호텔들의 공통 부분에 대해서 알았습니다. 로비바의 등등 분위기가 전혀 없고 그리고 직원들은 별로 도움이 되지 못 했습니다. 수위나 안내원은 매우 좋았지만 다른 직원들은 그리 좋지 못 했습니다. 우리는 거절하지 못 했는데, 우리가 도착했을때 우리의 객실은 준비가 되어 있지 않았으며 그들은 보상하기 위해 우리에게 하나의 무료 커피를 줬습니다(심지어 우린 […] 커플이였는데 두 개가 아니였습니다). 우리가 무료 음료수를 마시러 갔을 때 웨이트리스는 매우 무례했습니다. 다른 호텔에선 우리가 먹고 마시기를 끝냈을 때 매우 친절했습니다. 우리는 KL에서 4일을 있었지만 하루후에 친절한 서비스는 우리에게 Malaysian의 경험의 일부라고 여기고 다른 호텔로 옮겼습니다. 더 보기

서비스의 질이 형편 없습니다. 나는 심지어 이른 숙박수속을 요청했을 때 나의 객실을 얻기 전에 5시간을 기다렸습니다. 그들은 나의 객실 불이행 때문에 두 번을 바꿔야 했고 각각의 객실을 기다리는 시간은 한 시간 이였습니다! 이 것 말고 다른 것들은, 이 호텔에 머무르기 꽤 괜찮습니다.

I was very pleased and very comfortable. The staff was very courteous and the location is fantastic. Keep it up. Will stay again next time.

Great location! Just few mins waliking distance from Pavilion, KLCC, n all the hot spots. The only drawback is that the room is a bit smaller. But other than that everything is GREAT

This hotel is well located and has good service. The monorail is just outside to take you to China town or other places. The only problem was the breakfast the first morning. Almost all food was gone when we came down at 10...

Everything in this hotel is maintained to the highest standard. They even supplied all toiletries,and when it rained the concierge supplied us umbrellas. The location is great with shopping and local Food close by. Highly recommended

The staff is extremely friendly and the overall service is very good. The stay is very pleasant. My only gripes are with the hardness of the bed, although it may be good for those with back problems and the room temperature at night - it is too cold even though the thermostat is set to 27 deg and there are no blankets provided. I can understand that […] the flushing system tries to save water, but it needs getting used to: toilet paper tends to stick on the side and the flush button has to be held down throughout the flush! 더 보기

Fantastic hotel, fantastic location, walking distance to so many wonderful attractions and shopping centres. We had 3 rooms in total and the only thing we could fault was the hardness of the mattress although wasnt really a problem as you can call to get a mattress topper put on which makes it alot better. We also took 2 babies and a toddler to this […] hotel, they also loved it and the staff loved them!! Would definetely consider staying there again on our next trip back to KL. The Crowne Plaza Mutiara is nice and central especially being close to the monorail station helps and the shopping district. The service was good and the hotel was clean but the condition of the room could have been better for the price as the room was a little worn and not everything worked properly.

The hotel is very central and next to the monorail station. On the other side there is an exit where you can walk (if you like) to the Petronas Towers. The hotel staff is very professional and friendly. Even for a picky 5-star resident it is great. So all good, next time again. Great hotel, great people, great location.

It was my first visit to KL and this hotel is centrally located walking distance between the Petronas towers and Bukit Bintang and all the malls, which are walking distance, the monorail train station is rigjht outside the hotel which is great. Beautifull big imposing hotel , services modicum beds too hard , towels has seen better days,TV from the old 70's ( I was told rejuvenation underway) staff not very obliging

Highly recommended for quality of service, facilities and location. The dining room buffet menu is terrific. The staff were always helpful, answering all our queries enthusiastically.

very nice hotel,central to KL, clean ,modern and happy helpful staff would recomend to stay and would stay there again .

事先皆已電話告知務必預留一張大床房型,且也都付款完畢,今天即使我沒入住也應該保留下來,而且錢早都已經付款完畢了,那間房本就應該保留下來,但3點多入住時,確告知已經沒大床的房型,希望我再補差額住再高一等的房型,如果是如此,我何必預先付款訂房?流程控管相當差勁 該飯店上網皆須付費,對習慣或需要上網的來說相當不方便,且費用相當不便宜

离双子塔和购物都很方便，下次还会选择此酒店

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, a pochi passi del KLCC. Personale gentilissimo, ottimo il ristorante e fantastica camera al 28.imo piano, con vista panoramica sulle Twin Towers. Al termine del nostro soggiorno abbiamo deciso di trascorrerci un'altra notte e ci hanno trattato molto bene, dandoci una stanza sempre al 28. imo piano ( su nostra […] richiesta ), ma con vista sulla Menara Tower. E non avevamo prenotato!! Siamo capitati li' al ritorno dal soggiorno balneare nel Terengganu, verso le 17.00. Dieses Hotel würde ich immer wieder empfehlen! Super Lage im Golden Triangle (KL Tower, Petronas Twin Towers, Bukit Bintang Shopping District- alles in ca. 10 Gehminuten erreichbar). MRT Station direkt vor dem Hotel. Perfekt für einen Städte-Kurztrip! Zum Relaxen am Nachmittag schöner, gepflegter Außen- Pool-Bereich in der 4.Etage. 酒店位置好，离双子塔很近，走路10分钟，门口就有轨道车，到市内其他热闹的地方很方便。 酒店前台有一位年轻的女接待员很好，不但中文流利而且态度温柔。不过其他的服务员就一般了，至少在我们询问有没有中文服务时很干脆地回答说没有，并且也没有帮我们解决的意思。

Hjemmesiden er ikke opdateret, f.eks. vises der en udsigt til Petronas tårnene, men på grund af nye byggerier, er udsigten væk. Det virker ikke rimeligt, at man skal betale for brug af internet - dette burde være standard for et 5-stjernet hotel. Rengøring var kritisabel - vi måtte bede om rengøring, var ikke sket kl. 18.00.

Ett perfekt hotell, har inget att klaga på. Första hotellet jag har bott på där personalen märker vad man vill innan man ens har ställt frågan. Läget kan heller inte vara bättre i Kuala Lumpur. Ligger c:a 5 minuters gångväg från shoppingområdet och 15 minuters gångväg till KL Tower. Närmaste monorailstation ligger alldeles utanför hotellet.
