Staff here are probably the most accommodating I've ever met. They immediately remember your name and preferences. As one example of service, I lost a lens to my glasses. A staff person went so far as to look through the dust bin. He found it.

Nice looking hotel with clean rooms. The rooms did look like they were thrown together and carpet was not even attached to the walls. The bathroom looked the same way with the tile around the shower and toilet. But after getting over that it was a nice comfortable room and we would stay again. Great for the price.

Hotel is close to Airport,compared to other Hotels in fiji this one is marginal,we had 2 different stays here at begining of our trip and End,our first nites room was not clean hair in Shower in bathroom ,corn in sink...awful...glad to leave but as prepaid already for second nite was forced to come back...second nite stay in room was great nice clean […] room,quiet all fine,so found a complete turn around for first nite.The Restaurant for dinner was over priced /and lousy quality ..the Novotel has the worst lamb curry i ever tasted,watered down small portion and way overpriced compared to other places we travelled to.On way to airport in Shuttle other people complained about the cost of the restaurant food.Only stayed here because its a Novotel with our Accor card/there are plenty of better places to stay...in an emergency stay here only. 더 보기

Novotel Nadi was convenient for us as for our last night before flying home to Australia. For the budget conscious yet those still wanting somewhere comfortable and with reasonable star status, this hotel is perfect.

Hotel in good condition, nice and clean. good staff. We used this hotel as a transit for the airport (which in only 4 or 5 minutes away ) as we have an early flight to catch the next day. We do recommend it.

We stayed at Nadi Novotel on two separate occasions during our trip. We paid the same rate both nights but had rooms which were vastly different in quality. The first was older and a bit tired, and the second room was newer and very spacious and pleasant. Courtesy bus rides to and from the airport and Denaru Port were very convenient and reliable. The […] restaurant had good atmosphere, but the food was very disappointing as the serves were meager and cold and we had to wait ages for them, especially the second time when staff lost our order. the room was not clean properly! it had a bad smell and when i woke up in the morning to make myself a refreshing cup of coffee there were 2 small cockroaches in the tray. i also stayed at the Tanoa International which is half block away and they had better service and are MUCH cleaner!

Great location just 5 minutes from Nadi Airport and friendly staff. There's free internet for 20mins at a time too which comes in handy (on an Apple Mac). Tour desk very helpful with transfers and tours...would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for 'above-budget' accommodation.

Don't expect much from this hotel, but the room looks better than we thought. There are many geckos around, plus the corridor is rather dark. Hope they can do something about it.

Thanks to Hotels.com's Welcome Rewards program I enjoyed a night at Novotel at an extremely discounted rate. Even without the discount, however, this was one of THE NICEST hotels I stayed at while in Fiji. I'd just left a resort where the cleanliness left much to be desired in spite of the awesomely-friendly staff, then came here and found the room […] spotless, inviting, and welcoming. Booked a king with sofabed room, which was like booking a studio apartment in NYC - only with far better amenities! My only complaint was how long it took for me to actually get into my room: I'd arrived earlier than the 2pm check-in (1:30) and waited over an hour before I could finally get into my room. I was exhausted from traveling that day so was not at all happy at not being able to set my luggage down. But once in the room, my mood was far better. Another great thing about the hotel is that it was the rare Fiji accommodation with actual free Internet service, even if it just for 20 mins at a time. And, for those who save their souvenir-shopping for the last day before returning home, Novotel had 3 shops within its grounds that provided enough interesting (and surprising inexpensive) choices, in addition to emergency personal care supplies as well as snacks, liquors/beer, and other things, which meant not always having to eat at the restaurant. great hotel clean and comfortable have stayed there many times when it was called the mocambo hotel. the standards have been maintained and improved. the only minus is that the hotel i believe has an agreement with a taxi company using rattletrap cars grossly over charging guests who hire them. hotel staff forget that it is illeagal in fiji for taxi […] drivers not switching on their meters. apart from that a great hotel to stay in. 더 보기

Booked this hotel because of proximity to airport for overnight before boarding Captain Cook Cruise

i promise, i will never choose this hotle again. Hotle staffs were so unkind, and the house keeping was slow slow and slow. Facilities in room were not really good, shower spray and TV remote were broken in my room,maybe i had bad luck. We stayed at this hotel 1 night before and 1 nght after our stay on Mana Island. Our 1st room before Mana was not clean. the shower and floor tiles were filthy dirty. The 2nd room we stayed in after mana was cleaner than the 1st but was infested with insects (YECHT!!!)

Situation is quite good. Would be advantageous to have more eating places nearby. The restuarant could perhaps have a more widespread choice.

Reading other reviews, we weren't sure what to expect. Reviews seemed mixed. Maybe that was good so our expectations weren't high. We were very pleased. Great location. Room was comfortable, clean, well-designed, tropical in feeling and overlooking a green golf course. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Food was outstanding. Worth every single cent Especially buffet breakfast with their wonderful omelette I only had a total of 20 eggs worth of it a day.Friendly staff and clean and quiet atmosphere.And on top it close to everything whether rain hail or shine.Not locked in a room lol.

I stayed at Novotel Nadi for 4 nights in December and was pleasantly surprised with how good this hotel is. The rooms were spacious and clean, the swimming pool though not fantastic, was adequate and the hotel surroundings were very peaceful. The hotel backdrop is the mountains and the view from my room balcony was fantastic. The staff were very friendly […] and the Rosie tour desk agent was very helpful with our enquiries. Just a short walk from the hotel is a supermarket where you can get basic groceries if you need any. About a 20 minute walk away is Namaka town which has some small restaurants, an alternative to just eating in the hotel. Instead of a cab, take the local bus to Nadi town. It only costs FJD1.15 per person and the ride itself was very entertaining (you'll see for yourself). The bus stop is right at the Novotel Nadi doorstep. Overall I had a great relaxing stay at Novotel Nadi. I passed some other Nadi hotels along the way and compared to them Novotel Nadi looks the most luxurious. Highly recommended! 더 보기

a basic hotel only good for a 1 nite stay noisey airconditioning

the novotel was great nice rooms and good food at the restaurant a lot better than some of the other places we stayed in fiji. They were great with the kids and very helpful

I stayed here for 3 nights in September 2010, the hotel is lovely and clean, the pool is small with 20 sun loungers...always full of people. The restaurant food was horrible for the prices. I stayed overnight at the Novotel Nadi before catching a morning flight. I found it to be excellent for my needs as a place to rest up after a long bus trip from Suva and before flying out. The hotel is very close to the airport and has a shuttle service which was excellent. the hotel location was ok not very close to the beach but not very far from nadi city but the freshness of the room was not as i expected it smell a bit of like dust mite it doid not smell fresh i had to ask them to change the sheet for us ofter the second day but it was done when i ask.

The restaurant of this 4 * is very poor. Very slow service à la carte (3/4 of an hour to be served. The buffet is just not eatable. Tin corn, empty salad bowl, overcooked pumpkin and 2 dishes of chicken, fruit salad and a cake, and that's it. Although I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel for your total Fijian experience, I would absolutely recommend this place for a night or two stopover. It is a 10-15 minute shuttle ride from the NAN airport. I suggest using Rosie travel services - which has an office in the airport - to call up the hotel so they can send a shuttle to the airport, […] which will pick you up for free instead of having to pay a taxi. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody. It is beautiful for couples and for families. The staff are more than helpful and always have a smile for everyone. The pool and facilities are great. We also got a free upgrade which was really nice!!!The rooms are really comfy and immaculately clean.Highly recommended!!!

空港から車で5分。部屋からゴルフ場のグリーンと緑の山の景色がすばらしく、庭も広い、気持ちの良いホテルです。ただし食事はホテル内のレストランのみ、海までは遠く、周辺に娯楽施設もありませんのでリゾート滞在するホテルではありません。ただし欧米人はここを拠点にレンタカーでいろいろなビーチにアクセスしていて、そういう楽しみ方もあるかも。施設はきれいです。

该酒店位于机场附近，除此以为别无优点。前台及餐厅员工服务态度不好，用餐费很贵，光早餐就要28元斐济币。酒店设计是现代风格，餐厅感觉不舒服，特别是员工服务很不好。性价比很差，建议选择附近的其他便宜些的酒店，机场附近的酒店只能作为方便飞行的选择，附近没有购物点，只睡一晚无需花太多钱。

hotel correct, personnels agréable.

Htel molto nuovo e ben tenuo, con all'interno un campo da golf. Comodissimo all'aeroporto e quindi ottimo come punto d'appoggio. Ogni ora c'è una navetta dell'hotel che porta all'aeroporto. Abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante interno e si mangia molto bene.

Localização ótima para pernoite ou estadia curta, 5 minutos do aeroporto com shuttle. Local muito gostoso num jardim. Instalações precisam manutenção. Em geral não ótimo, mas muito bom.

novotel无太大特色，就是近机场。房间有点霉霉的感觉，不爽。有个足球场，还能打高尔夫……不过斐济地多，所以这些特色也不算很加分。 晚餐还不错，餐厅前的imac可以免费上网。

Hotel bien placé proche de l'aéroport trés bon rapport qualité prix avec petit déjeuner buffet restaurant par contre trés moyen le taxi qui monte la garde prés de l'hotel est trop cher pour se rendre en ville mieux vaut marcher 400m et prendre un bus local bon marché et exotique
