Conditions at this hotel were excellent. Clean, friendly convenient to our event. I would most certainly stay again.

I came here to take a USMLE exam at the prometric center at the University of Toledo campus. This Hilton hotel was perfectly located nearby and had a convenient shuttle to take me to the test center. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here because my buddy's wedding was in town and was very satisfied with the entire experience. Food and drinks were over priced in the lobby restraunt and bar, but that is about it.

The hotel staff were very accomodating and freindly!

Location is about 20 min. from downtown (where the best restaurants are), but is ideal for anyone needing access to the U. of Toledo or the U. Hospital. Venue is a large, sprawling conference center. Handicap room was on the first fl., but about 1/4 mile walk from the main lobby. Room was reasonably clean, but not outstanding. Loved the room and the hotel. Very clean, exceptional staff, very clean and comfortable pool area and great amenaties.

Was driving from Chicago to New York and stayed at this Hotel. Plenty of Parking and great service!

the area is wonderful close to walmart and coffee shop which was plus employee were very nice and helpful

We checked into the hotel about 10:00PM and the restaurant was closed but the front desk said that the lounge/bar served food also. We placed our order and I asked for coffee. They said " We don’t have enough for a full cup and it’s too late to make more". We found the hotel staff very friendly and efficient and our stay was fine. We arrived late, but were still able to eat something in the dining room. What keeps me from rating the hotel as "very satisfied" was the lighting and decor--too sterile. What is probably more important is the fact that, although we had a non-smoking room, once we went to bed, […] we discovered that the linen/pillows smelled of smoke and, admittedly being a sensitive type, the smell kept me up most of the night. Hotel centrally located in Toledo and convenient for meetings anywhere in the Toledo area. Hotel features a great restaurant and bar when you're too tired to trek out. Easy WiFi access, pool, workout room, has everything needed at a reasonable price.

As mentioned in a previous review, the hotel was somewhat difficult to locate and you must pay careful attention for the signs. We were able to check in a couple hours early and that was a plus. The reception, rooms, lounge and restuarant are all top-grade. The staff was wonderful. The food, and particularly the steak, was incredible. I would go back to Toledo JUST to stay at this hotel and enjoy their stead three times a day.

Their rooms are comfortable and clean. The bed is superb to sleep on and they give you plenty of pillows to snuggle!

i just wanted to say i enjoyed the stay at the Hotel .Everyone there was so nice and friendly beyond my expectations. We may stay there again because my son is going to college there so we will be back for a visit.

We travel to Toledo often and always stay at this hotel. It is clean. The rooms are updated. Free parking. And the cost is reasonable.

I had a rather surprising stay at this hotel. There didn't seem to be any A/C on outside the rooms, so most of the hotel was hot and humid. When I checked in, there was some left over coffee in a cup that had been there so long, mold was in it. I checked in late, so I just left it out for the next day's cleaning, thinking they would see it. Wrong. They […] placed the cup back and the mold was still there. It made me sick. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Nice area to be in on that health campus. Will stay there again whenever we're back in town.

Location was a little hard to find because all business signs were low to the ground. but the hotel and staff were perfect in all accounts. I travel a lot and found this location in a residential area a little strange but after i drove around i could find a lot to do and found various choices to eat at. Family and I enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. It was not to far from Toledo University which is what we were there for.

Hotel staff was very courteous, the room was comfortable and clean. The front desk called a few minutes after we checked in to ensure we were satisfied with our room. We had dinner in the restaraunt which was outstanding. After dinner, we had a drink in the lounge and bartender was friendly and a delight to chat with.
