This hotel is only a 5min walk to everything including the cathedral and France's largest walkable (ie no cars) shopping district. The room was large and had a pull out couch. We didn't try the breakfast, not because it didn't look good, but because we were close to Boulangeries Paul - a great place to have a traditional French breakfast. The only downfall […] of this hotel is the front desk, not very friendly and seemingly ambivalent to any of your needs. price of drinks in the bar way way over priced for the hotel location and standard.Like wise food a burger 17 euros with no trimmings. Cooked badly and had to send back.Has put me off staying at a Novotel. Stayed at a mecure at the start of our trip which was 1st class

This hotel is a short taxi ride from the train station (7-10 Euro's) and is right in the heart of the city. The hotel is partially built over a shopping center including a fair range of shops. Downtown Metz has an excellent array of shops if that is what you are looking for. The room was comfortable with a good bed, flat screen TV and modern bathroom. […] The room was clean and our non-smoking room did not smell of cigarettes. Free wifi was provided that was reasonably fast and reliable (although it was via a logon to Orange that took a little working out - instructions could have been clearer). If you have kids (or a young heart) there is a free xbox station in the main foyer with a kinetic interface that looked like fun. Very fine hotel with good service; fine impressions throughout.

Have stayed here before, very convenient location. Need to find the entrance to the car park below the hotel (part of Centre St Jacques complex) which can be busy. Very helpful staff, and many options to eat locally within a few minutes walk..Good facilities.

the hotel is very well located, and the free internet is a plus, but compared to novotel, mercure and pullmann brands in Germany, this novotel in France offers a very small breakfast, unlimited so, but the choice is still very small.

We stayed here twice for one night travelling to and from Germany. The pool was great for the children when we arrived after a long drive in the late afternoon. (it is unheated!) The restaurant was fine with good service and a reasonable menu. It was conveniant as the hotel is close to the shopping district so only bars and not really that many restaurants […] in easy walk with 2 tired children. The rooms are very well equipped for a stay with children as they have fold out sofa bed and the beds are separate. Great shower and flat screen tv on wall. (Rooms 330 and 335 were like this) 더 보기

Hotellin sijainti on aivan ydinkeskustassa ostoskeskuksen yhteydessä. Huoneet olivat siistit ja tilavat Kaikki palvelut ja ravintolat aivan nurkan takana ja nähtävyyksistä Metzin katetdraali aivan parin sadan metrin päässä.Hotellille on helppo tulla esim:autolla vaikka sijaitsee aivan keskustassa ja auton voi jättää parkkihallin. Situation idéale pour découvrir la ville, faire du shopping ou profiter du Marché de Noël ( un peu décevant cette année). Hôtel très correct et personnel accueillant. Les prix sont très raisonnables. Parking public sous l'hôtel dans un complexe commercial ( tarif spécial pour les clients). Bon petit déjeuner.

Durant les deux soirs, l'ensemble des plats étaient froids....dommage.

L'hôtel est vraiment très bien. Par contre le petit déjeuner à 14 euros laisse à désirer. En effet, à 8h30 il n'y avait plus de viennoiserie (pendant plus de 20 min, càd le temps de déjeuner). Le lait était absent pour les enfants.... quant aux crêpes, que les enfants adorent, les personnes avant 8h30 en ont eu, mais pas au delà..... Hôtel dont la situation géographique est des plus pratique du fait de son emplacement en centre ville. Très avantageux pour y organiser ses réunions professionnelles. Cet hôtel est également recommandé pour les déplacements familliaux, car proche de tout.

idéalement situé à 2 pas du centre ville, hôtel bien entretenu et très bon accueil

Bonjour. Pas de balaie de toilette ce qui est très problématique quand on est deux. Le WC était cassé et penchait. Très agréable de la decouvrir quand nous rentrons du restaurant, samedi soir, vers 23 heures. Cordialement.

Luksus til få penge, skønne værelser, fantastisk morgenbuffet & meget børnevenlige. Super centralt, få minutters gang fra den smukke cathedral & billig hotelparkering i p.kælder.

Vom Charakter her eher unpersönliches Geschäftsleute-Hotel, aber sonst sehr zufriedenstellend. Gute Lage für Besichtigung und Bummel in der Altstadt, bequemes Parkhaus. Angenehm komfortables Zimmer. Unseres war ruhig gelegen.

Leider war der Swimming-Pool nicht gefüllt. Der Pool war ein Grund gewesen, warum wir dieses Hotel gebucht haben. Wir hatten gehofft, schwimmen gehen zu können Leider wird der Pool lt. Rezeption erst Ende Juli gefüllt. Als Plus ist zu bewerten, daß es ein kosten- loses WLAN im gesamten Hotel und einen iMac zum Surfen in der Lobby gab.

Personal sehr freundlich, obwohl wir Deutsche sind. Sprechen war auf Franzüsisch, Deutsch und Englisch möglich. Saubere Zimmer, Restaurant und Bar mäßig, abewr ausreichend, es gibt in der Umgebung alles, was das Herz begehrt und die Geldbörse zuläßt, deshalb ist dies kein Nachteil. Accueil et confort conformes aux attentes: simplicité, commodité, localisation. Accès au parking un peu compliqué par la présence du Centre commercial.

Novotel Metz Centre is een net hotel in het centrum van Metz. Alles licht op loopafstand. Het hotel beschikt over een prima parkeergarage. De kamers zijn netjes, ruim en rustig. Ze beschikken over alles wat echt noodzakelijk is, uitzonderlijk goede bedden en gratis internet. Ook heeft het hotel een moderne fitnessruimte. Udmærket som overnatningssted på vej sydpå

Bodde bara en natt. Men summan blir ett trevligt hotell mitt i centrum. Nära till shopping. Perfekt med parkering under hotellet. Trevlig frukost. Barnen fick mjukisdjur vid ankomsten, vilket var mycket uppskattat av dem!!!
