We have stayed at this Embassy Suites, before and have enjoyed our stay every time. We stayed here before when our kids were younger. Next time we visit ElPaso we will stay here again. great hotel accomodations for the family, great hot breakfast, pool had a little to much clorine but over all, we will definatley visit again.

We were in town to attend an event at the University of Texas. This hotel is about 10 - 15 minutes away. Right along the highway. As always, a great breakfast. Rooms are nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Hair all over the bathroom (not ours); unchanged bed sheets and had to change TV's at 11pm in the evening.

i was pleasantly surprised and i will stay there again when in need. the breakfast was hot and filling. my room needed a coffee maker, after calling the desk within minutes one was delivered. the room was comfortable, clean and at a convienent location.

It was the most disgustng experience i have ever had. I sent a written complain directly to the hotel and an explanation to Hotels.com The first room i got was used as a bathroom by somebody and it was right on the carpet I did report it to the person in charge and they gave me another room which was not even clean: ex. beds Then i was told they […] did not have rooms available and i needed to suggest a couple of 1 bed rooms The GM listened to me the following day but he never provided an explanation of what happened even though i requested it to him The hotel is old and in bad conditions, combined with a poor customer service. Decor was old, but bed was comfy, room was clean, happy hour great and breakfast good. Pool nice and clean too. Great tv options. Loved be on the bottom floor next to breakfast/ happy hour, so we could be close to our kids watching a movie while we enjoyed happy hour. A good italian restaraunt delivers great food to the hotel too for a small fee.!

We stayed here to visit a relative. Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms were very comfortable. Great price. Excellent breakfast. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Have to be back to El Paso and have already booked this hotel again!

This hotel dose not meet the high standard of the Hilton properties any where I have stayed. Out dated shower heads dirty bathrooms, pillows smelled like smoke

I celebrated my daughter's birthday here. We had a small get together and had a pool party in December. My family had a wonderul night and the staff personal were super helpful. I recommened this hotel to all. :D

this was once a top tier hotel, now it is just an overpriced ramada inn. beds are old and lumpy, bathroom is smaller than any closet in my home, A/C does not work properly (we had to change rooms 3 times - if your room windows faces the west, it will not cool down until after midnight. cleaning service was poor, i had t clean up after the cleaning lady, […] No disney channel or for that matter only ine channel for kids!!! Breakfast was a joke, They tout their breakfast but all it is, is eggs and bacon with something that looks like hash browns. Stayed in the hotel for a wedding. I was not impressed with quality of the room. Although some rooms have been remodeled mine wasn't one of them.

Embassy suites are always a great value, but I was a bit dissappointed with the quality of the room we were given. The carpet had been obviously and poorly patched in places and the furniture was a bit worn and patchy. I hope this was an aberation and not what I now need to expect when staying in their hotels.

This hotel needs a major re-model. The furniture is worn and shabby, the a/c unit did not cool the room effectively, and there was even a wall-mounted lamp falling off the wall! Very out-dated decor. The eggs on the "hot" breakfast buffet were cold. I did not special-order an omlette, which I'm sure would have been the way to go. No fresh towels at […] the pool. The pool had so much chlorine it bleached our bathing suits. The room smelled like mildew which I told the front desk about and they took the incidentals off the bill. The incidentals were for wifi which was $6 for 24 hrs only per computer. The continental breakfast was pretty amazing though and probably the only redeeming factor. My stay was a very compfortable stay with my husband and our 3 boys. However there are a few items that need addressing: In room #425 the bathroom door has nails sticking out of the door as I would grab the edge of the door to open it, also the shower valve needs adjusting as the hot temperature does not adjust accordingly when first turning on the […] water. The room carpet should be shampooed monthly do to the amount of traffic on the carpet daily. (my feeet were black by bed time sinceI do walk barefoot in the room. The swimming pool Clorine should be adjusted to a minimum. My boys would complain every nite about there eyes burn9ng do to the large amount of Clorine in the pool. We went as a family to a meeting with my husband. Check-in was very smooth. We were greeted with a very warm welcome, even though it was late at night. Our room was perfect for our little family. The room did have a couple of quirks, but those were quickly handled by the staff. Breakfast and the ppol area are very kid freindly. Breakfast was ideal for […] my two picky eaters. The beds are comfortable. The furniture is a bit worn, however nothing else in that hotel was showing any signs of age or wear. I highly recommend this hotel to families. I have stayed at other ABD and I will save I was a little disappointed with this one. The jaccuiz was not working and the pool was to cold to enjoy and the hot water in our room was luke warm. I was on a weekend vacation with my wife and we wanted to relax in the pool area, but could not because of the conditions list above

It was convenient to the convention center. The free breakfast were fantastic and the Manager's happy hour in the evening was great. But I wish they had a bar open all evening to enjoy instead of having to leave the hotel.

Beautifully decorated for the holidays! It was snowing and the warmth and beauty of the hotel made the stay extremely nice!

This Embassy Suites definitely did not meet our expectations. Our expectations were that the cleanliness and hotel condition would be the same as other Embassy Suites. For the price we paid, we should have stayed at a Travel Lodge or Motel 6. Next time we are in El Paso, we will not be staying at the Embassy Suites.

1.- The breakfast is buffet, and the brunet lady that serve the omelet manipulate too much what we must eat. 2.- The person who serve the drinks in the happy hour need to be more patiente. 3.- There aren´t towells in the swiming pool.
