This is not an hotel for business people. Wifi doesn't work for all laptop. Rooms seem a university room. Shower so tiny with funny smell. Staff are really nice and helpful. It is far from the city center.

We stayed 2 nights in the deluxe room, facing Vallhallenvâgen, my husband complain about a bit of noise during early morning (4-ish), but I sleep like a baby on their very comfortable bed. Tasteful decó, big room, love the build in dark wood closet, lots of good movies on TV (the weather was bad during our visit, thank god for the hotel TV + internet) […] and even the restaurant serves pretty good food at a price slightly cheaper than city centre. No room service though. Breakfast is included, a good spread of selections. Sunday breakfast can be filled to the brink, we have to visit the restaurant twice to secure a seat. Coffee / tea making facility is not available, common to many other Stockholm hotels but a kiosk that sells hot coffee at 10Kr is just down the street. Staff is a bit cold but not a big problem. It's only 200m away from T-metro, and even in the colder late autumn months, we can walk to the city centre in less than 20mins A pleasant down hill walk alongside the Technical high school and a stroll through a park on the right and you'll be in the city centre. I can imagine the walk to be very nice in summer. If I visit Stockholm again in summer, I'd stay at this lovely hotel again. 더 보기

The hotel was decorated nicely. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was substantial. The service was good and the staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice place to stay.

The room was quite small but very comfortable and it had everything we needed. The air con was very welcome too. The hotel is located in a quiet area just outside the centre of town but it is only a hundred metres from the T-bane (subway) and the ride into town is only a few minutes. This was not the location we had requested. It was too far from the City Center. Also, the rate promised by hotels.com was not honored. I would not recommend this chain of hotels based on promises not kept.

Clean, modern hotel close to the subway and only 3 stops from the city centre. Very friendly, helpful reception staff who all spoke good English. Only small drawback was that no tea or coffee making facilities were provided in the room, but otherwise it was good value for an expensive city.

We were pleasantly surprised by how conveniently located this hotel was. The metro is right nearby but we didn't even use it. It was a very nice walk to Gamla Stan--the Old Town--if you like to walk which we do. And the bus to Djurgarden was right nearby, but again, we just walked all the way to where the ferry picked up (in the end, probably not worth […] the price to take the ferry though). Anyway, the only complaint about the hotel really was that they did not have blackout blinds to block the light. And it's not the fanciest place, but the location made up for all that. 더 보기

It's near the Metro station and very convenient to reach down town. The speed of internet is very fast. Breakfast is also good. And the room is very clean but a bit small.

Very comfortable and clean. Great location, close to the t-bana and busses. Many restaurants within walking distance. Great breakfast! Only 1 stop from Stockholm University campus.

Location is great: a block from the subway that can be part of the Stockholm Card Package (recommended). Quiet since off the main street. Staff was friendly and helpful; breakfasts excellent. Apparently few restaurants are nearby (or are closed because on vacation since the university crowd is diminished in the summer), though the Cypriot restaurant […] is quite good. 더 보기

The reviews of this hotel have been good and well-deserved. The building was originally a students' dormitory but has been completely kitted out in 2008 to become a smart, well-equipped hotel. The room was of reasonable size, tastefully decorated and kept spotlessly clean. With triple glazing there was no sound from the road outside - what blissfully […] quiet nights we had! We had hot weather so we were very grateful for the air conditioning, which worked well although the controls were not the easiest to understand. The shower was excellent (no bath) but it suffered from not having a soap dish or receptacle of any sort - an oversight I feel as it was quite annoying not knowing where to put the soap! The only other minor gripe was the duvet was too narrow for the Queen Ann bed (though perhaps this is a custom in Sweden?) Breakfast was very good with a good selection and variety, and hard-working staff to keep the dishes constantly replenished and the tables cleared. Full marks! The hotel itself is easy to find being 100-200 metres from a metro station. If you get a bus-route map from Central Station and a travel card you will be able to get around the city very easily from here. The public transport system is excellent and easy to use, and it makes the stay more enjoyable and interesting. 더 보기

Nice friendly staff. Rooms clean and well appointed. Very close to the underground station and within a 20 minute walk of the town centre. Would stay again if I return to Stockholm.

highly nutritious and yummy breakfast. everything is simple and clean. the staff is generally helpful, in particular Pontus. hotel is very well maintained. in particular, the lift (or elevator) is very funky.

Absolutely no complaints with this hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, room comfortable and modern, high speed internet connection good, breakfast beautiful. Location was good in that it was less than 200m to the underground. Would definitely recommend.

Never really know what you are going to get when booking on line. I was looking for a mid priced place to stay with breakfast and internet. Was very surprise how nice rooms were and breakfast was over the top.

We were looking for a convinient hotel in the Östermalm area in Stockholm. We found this hotel on the web and booked it ... the outcome was very good and we would with no doubt recommend it and come back !

Vi var 3 stk som delte et rom. I bestillingen stod det 1 kingsize og 1 queensize. Queensize er bare en sovesofa, som var noenlunde skuffende, da det ikke stod noe om dette. Men sovesofaen var grei å sove i, som jeg var positiv overrasket over, da jeg er en kar med en del ekstra vekt. (Over 100kg). Rommet vårt var teppelagt, men dette var støvete, mer […] støvete enn jeg hadde forventet av et teppelagt gulv. Hotellet forøverig var rent og fint. Innsjekking er fra kl 14, men vi fikk ikke rommte vårt før litt over kl 15:00, så vi måtte vente i resepsjonen, men det gjorde ikke så mye, da resepsjonen var veldig fin og avslappende med flere sittegrupper. Lokasjonen i forhold til "sentrum" er ikke noe å skryte over, men det er ca 2-5min gange til nærmeste inngang til undergrunnen. 더 보기

Bodde på hotell Elite Arcadia på en langhelg med kjæreste, veldig flott og rent hotell. Kort vei ned til sentrum med t-bane, men anbefaler å gå, mange fine skatter i de små gater. Fokosten var spesielt bra!

Ble positivt overrasket over hotellet. Kjempefint, god frokost, rett ved T-banen, 2 stasjoner til T-sentralen med forbindelse til hele T-banenettet, nær gangavstand til Hard Rock cafè, O`Learys irsk pub og masse andre kultur og severdigheter.

Har tidigare bott på Elite Hotel Marina Towers i Stockholm. Men eftersom jag nu skulle befinna mig mer centralt under min vistelse testade jag detta. Personalen var lika bra som de alltid är på Elite Hotels, men själva hotellet... För det första så valde jag ett deluxrum, ingen direkt fel på storleken men det hade ett antal problem. Antingen så var […] det ett kallras vid fönstret eller så var det bara dragigt och eftersom sängen stod precis vid fönstret så var det inte bra. Det andra var badrummet. Duschen hade inget skydd för vattnet på golvet så om man duschade mer än en minut så var hela badrumsgolvet våt, vet inte vad personen som bestämt hur badrummet skulle se ut tänkt på men det var säkert en designer.. Mycket lite ljudisolering för ljud utifrån var det också vilket är ett problem eftersom det går en ganska stor väg strax utanför. 더 보기

Trevigt rum, ljust, rent, bra säng, saknade inget. Frukostmatsalen, kalt, slamrigt, tråkiga möbler, trångt, personal som gick runt och var ivägen.

Kiva ja siisti hotelli, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Delux- huone oli viihtyisä ja siisti ja aamupala todella hyvä. Metroasema lähellä.

Vi bodde i ett superiorrum tror jag. Det visade sig vara 2 små intilliggande rum med en öppnad dörr emellan. Det gjorde att vi fick dubbla toaletter och duschar samt en hel bäddsoffa att ha väskorna/kläder på. Tack vara det fick vi bra med plats och vi kunde ha barnvagnen i den andra hallen. Hade vi hyrt ett vanligt rum hade vi inte fått plats med varken […] barn eller vagn. Hjälpsam personal rotade fram vattenkokare som inte är standard i rummen. Fint och fräscht och trevligt i övrigt. Bra frulle (om något lite stel matsalskänsla på inredningen). 더 보기

Rent og koslig hotellrom. Nydelig frokostbufe. God service av hotellansatte. Gangavstand til sentrum(ca 20 min) T-bane 100m i fra hotellet.

Rien à redire sur l'hôtel en soi. Excellent petit déjeuner (varié et complet). Rien pour perturber le sommeil. Très bonne literie. La chambre et la salle de bain ne sont pas immenses mais bien suffisantes. Les environs de l'hôtel sont très quelconque mais le métro et les bus sont au pied de l'hôtel, donc aucun problème pour se déplacer même si l'on […] n'est pas vraiment au centre ville. Accès internet à la réception gratuit. Nous avons même pu imprimer l'enregistrement de notre vol retour. Je recommande sans problème. 더 보기

Situé à 150m du métro de Stockholm (ligne pour Mörby) et à seulement 3 stations du centre ville historique de la capitale suédoise. Excellentes prestations dans cet hôtel **** Petit déjeuner copieux, chambres confortables et bien chauffées. Ordinateur relié à internet en libre accès à côté de la réception. Perfekt alternativ för affärsresenärer. Bra storlek på rummen och stora bekväma sängar. Mycket rent och fräscht. Ett bra läge då man har gångavstånd till KTH.
