다운타운으로부터 네블록 정도 떨어져서 약 간 거리감을 느꼈으며 호텔 반대방향은 좀 위험한 지역이라 추천은 다소 어려움.

Consistently excellent every time I stay

Staff very unfriendly, no manner. Bed is too soft, room is like New York small. The only thing good is the location. Will not go back again.

We reserved a club suite with the intent that we could get some extra room and a view. For the extra money and the amount of gear we were traveling with it just made sense. When we got to our room the King bed virtually took up the entire space. We were "accommodated" to another room with more space but two double beds instead. I expereienced great service. The location was great. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Vancouver.

I had a great time and fun with my girl who came from Germany and never been there in Vancouver. We were treated by the Bell men so great and everything we needed was well taken care of. I will book this hotel again and will be glad to recommend a friend there.

We were very pleased with our short overnight stay at the Sheraton Hotel. We had a beautiful view from our 11th floor room over looking St. Andrews Wesley Church. This was an excellent hotel to relax in and enjoy the classic beauty of downtown Vancouver. What views we had from the 24th floor! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Service at the hotel was phenomenal. Besides a great central location the attention to detail at Shangri-La is exemplary. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was good, would most def' stay again.

Great pool & location. Kids loved looking out of the giant floor to ceiling windows

The hotel was in a very convenient location and the room was comfortable and view was amazing. The only things I didn't like were parking cost ($41) and the breakfast there was horrible! We checked in late in the evening and the customer representative was a little cold, and not very nice. I got my room keys but then had to fight to find a parking spot on a Saturday night in really tight spaces. In addition the parking for the night was outrageous and was 30% the cost of the room. It really took away from the niceness of the hotel. In […] regards to our room, there was a lot of ceiling access points in the bathroom to make it look like it was under construction. The beds were very comfortable with the fluffy pillows and down comforters. It was difficult to keep the room warm though, so luckily the blankets were warm. 더 보기

awesome reception and valet, super clean room with comfy, rich bedding, great pool and whirlpool, free late check out and all round great customer service provided by all! would easily stay there again!

Had a great stay here. Room was very cozy, great location and nice staff. Only issues were the sink not having cold water for several hours and the key cards for the elevators which were extremely annoying and confusing.

This hotel was convenient, wonderful inside, in a slightly sleezy area when looking out our window with the graffitte and homeless person in front of the 7/11 across the street, but all in all, we were very happy with it. Just make sure you find a cab from Waterfront. It's way too far to walk with luggage uphill.

Excellent Location; walking distance to great shopping, restaurants, seawall, granville island (water bus) and Sky train(15 min).

The room I was given was adequate. It was not, however, the room that was advertised on the website. There was a very loud mechanical noise that persisted throughout the entire night. Made it difficult to sleep. My big complaint was at check-out. It's a good thing that I asked for a copy of my bill as I had been billed for someone elses bar tab. Another […] thing I question is the parking fee... I was told that it was $30 but when it appeared on the bill it was $46. When I questioned it, I was told that the other $16 was taxes. So... how do you get %12 of $30 to be $16??? Over all I felt like I was ripped off with the lesser room and the final bill. I would not stay here again. 더 보기

The hotel was stunning and in a great location but you have to pay additional $40 PER NIGHT for parking ($45 for valet parking). Also, anything in their room service food menu (which is already very expensive) will also be AUTOMATICALLY charged a $5 delivery fee PLUS 18% gratuity (not sure why they charge both). We stayed here for our first night of our honeymoon. We arrive at 1am in the morning and the girl at the front desk was so friendly. Even though we didnt get an upgrade to the honeymoon suite because it was already taken, we had a room on the 26th floor, and it was so beautiful! I really wish we could have had some rose peddles on on the bed or something […] to make the night a little more special. The Room itself was very clean and the view was beautiful! Its conveniently located to anything you need. Nice and close to downtown.We had to get to the airport on Sonday morning and they had taxi's waiting for you if you needed it, but we walked the 5min walk to the sky-train and it worked out great! Like I said, we would have loved to have some special treatment because it was our honeymoon night :) but oh well. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I already have and will continue to recommend the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Center hotel to my friends and family. 더 보기

The hotel was conveniently located in downtown, but near Granville Island. It is a very large hotel. The one problem we had was that we brought bags in before we were allowed to check into the room and the concierge lost the ticket and took an excessive amount of time finding our bags. Overall the stay was wonderful. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and clean. The view was amazing (from the 21st floor in the north tower) The rate was resonable. The location was great, close to everything.

Parking spot in garage difficult to find

Have stayed here on numerous occassions and this time it was okay. We stayed on the club level, which gave us access to the Club Room. It was nice, as there were h'ordeuvres in the evening and a nice continental breakfast in the morning. However, the bar service is no longer complimentary. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but dated and obviously […] have not been redone since the hotel was built. The lobby and amenities are not what I would expect of a downtown Vancouver hotel. In fact, the lobby is small, with no seating or waiting area at all. We found this hotel to be a perfect location downtown to walk to the many shops and restaurants. Stacey, at the desk was super sweet and helpful in her recommendation for a fabulous dinner at "Coast".

Great location. Close to Robson Street for those who want to shop and eat. Only blocks away from Canada Place where you can take a FREE shuttle to Capilano and Grouse Mountain. Customer Service was excellent and overall just a nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there on my next visit to Vancouver.

For the price we paid, we were really happy with their excellent rooms. Also the location was very convenient. Only disappointment was the parking - we had to pay extra $90 for 2 nights, but it wasn't explained when we checked in.

Great location, but too much of a business hotel. We only received friendliness from the concierge once we gave them a tip. It was clean, but lacked any personal touches or charm.

A very nice hotel centrally located in downtown Vancouver. The rooms are quite small, however, we were sight-seeing all day and just slept and showered. Pan Pacific is probably located better and with bigger rooms. Still a very nice hotel
