Nice comfortable stay. Plenty of room to move around in. Not too happy with the second day of the breakfast. Many things empty and not very clean opposed to the first day of breakfast. Otherwise a nice stay.

My wife and I have stayed here a few times now and absolutely love it. The room size and floor plan are perfect and the 46in HDTV that swivels is the best part. Free Internet, a average breakfast with the option of making a great breakfast for a price. We will continue staying here for yrs to come

We love the Hyatt Place-always the first choice when staying in the area. We did notice the couch and carpet were stained and showing wear.

Have stayed here now 3 times over the last 4 years when visiting the Mall of America with visitors from Germany. A great place to stay, but showing signs of age. Would like to see the hotel given the 'TLC' it needs to stay at the top of our list.

Perfect night stay for family of four. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Hotel close to many stores and restaurants in great neighborhood. Nice indoor pool (no hot tub). Continental breakfast was just right too. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

We loved this hotel and will be sure to stay there on our next trip to the cities. The service was great and the staff was very friendly. Some of the previous reviews said that the breakfast area was too small and the food always ran out but we found that there were plenty of areas to sit and there was always food no matter what time we came down to […] eat during the breakfast hours. We even asked the front desk worker if it was possible to get cold cereal at about midnight and he went back to the kitchen and got us cereal, bowls and milk! customer service needs a little polishing. Nobody acknowledges the guest,we were at the lobby for breakfast and none of the people at service desk even said hi or how's breakfast. A little disappointed by the service you can feel that they did not want to be there.

We have had two great stas at this hotel. We have an adult child that has moved home. It has been a great get away.

The Hyatt Place in Eden Pairie is close to what you'd likely want to do in MSP, besides any professional games which are about a 20 minute drive away. I was shocked when I bought a 16 ounce bottle of water...it was EXTREMELY expensive, almost two fifty! The bed was pretty hard, but there are a lot worse at different hotels. The first time I stayed it was during the week, but this last time was over a weekend and many of the services were not offered. No free shuttle runs. They said the van was out of service. Very crowded during the breakfast,long lines should have more staff on the weekends if it is going to be busy.

We found this hotel for a great rate. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean loved the separation between the bed and sitting area in the king rooms. Breakfast was an added bonus. Nice location straight off the interstate. Would definitely stay here again!

Great deal found on hotels.com but when we actually got there it was more than expected. The staff was extremely hospitable and breakfast was good.

Service was excellent, rooms clean and very close to I35W.

When I checked in on the first day they gave me a room that already has people lived in there, ADM 2nd time is the same that's very ember rising. The only good thing about it is the location......and that's all.

Over all very nice hotel. The decor is of nice taste and the location is great right off the highway. Good restaurants near by. But on the flip side No Whirlpool, and very hard water. Its a shame that nothing is being done about this. The beautiful Grainet top sinks are getting stained.

I thought the hotel was very nice and affordable. I will definitely be staying again. The customer service was wonderful, it was quit and very relaxing

This hotel was a perfect fit for what our family was looking for. The location to shopping and convenience of activities was great. The room and hotel was very nice, spacious and friendly staff

I stayed here for two nights and was really pleased with how close it is to the Mall of America and to the City. The one disappointment would be the 10 pm closure of the swimming pool-I like to go after 10 when most children have gone to bed. Wonderful place to stay. Although it is a coorporate hotel and we were not there on business. Room was clean. Staff very accomodating. Great location with lots of dining and shoppoing within 5 miles of the hotel. Shuttle bus was nice but did not run on weekends. Price was great on the weekends. A little more spendy during the week. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom was extremely small and outdated, The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable. For the $ overall great stay! The staff was friendly and accomadating.

The hotel was really kinda neat, very modern colors and feel to the interior. The room was clean, and I really liked how spacious it was. Although the eating area could use a more kid friendly place to sit. All in all this was a very nice comfortable clean hotel to stay at.

Hands down, the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at.

I loved every aspect of this hotel expect the bed. It was a bit too hard for me, of course I am used to sinking into my own bed. The rooms were one of the nicest I have stayed in, and I don't stay at Days Inn Motels. The shower was nothing special, just your average bathtub. The couch was huge, if you are having guests there is plenty of room. The bathroom sink had ample counter space which I appreciated. Shower not working properly and Fridge inside the room gives a loud noise .........All others things are ok

Travelled with my husband and two teenagers - everyone LOVED the hotel, and staff were VERY friendly and conscientious. Hotel was spotless and very comfortable. We were visiting family in the area and needed a nice place to stay and the Hyatt met our needs. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered our suite to find a nice sitting area with big screen tv and sectional sofa with footrest/coffee table. Made for a very nice roomy area to hang out!

It was a great place for us to stay. We were there 2 nights total. We did find out that there was only a pool no hot tub which was a little disappointing but overall a very nice property.

The hotel and staff were great. The pool is a little small and no hot tub. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Other than that it was a great place to stay. I would recommend it.

We enojy Hyatt Place in general. This hotel was in no way lacking. The room was clean and well appointed. The bereakfast was good, although a little crowded.
