Liked the location; hotel staff very friendly and very helpful. Lobby exceptionally clean and inviting. My room had some real design issues, but I think it was an exception due to the location on the floor. Missed not having a small refrigerator or microwave as other hotels have in this price range. Light was not working as I walked in the room in […] the dark. (Not a good first impression). All the restaurants in the hotel were marketed as luxury settings. When I'm traveling and eating by myself I would like an option of a very casual dining restaurant. I ended up eating down the street or ordering pizza for the 4 nites I was there. 더 보기

Good hotel for short term stay near the Pearson Airport, with convenient shuttle service. Not far from good sized malls in Mississauga for a little shopping excursion. Good mix of restaurant types nearby, from fast food to sit in and dine.

We loved the cookies- Yum, Our stay was very good, quiet considering the airport right there. Cleaning staff very friendly. We would stay again. Did not realize there was an additional charge for parking until we asked. Just assumed we are staying at the hotel that the parking was part of the price. Overall- a very pleasant experience.

The description on hotels.ca and what we actually got were no even of the same room. Next time i will be booking directly from the hotel. The only upside was that the hotels.ca price was cheaper. Will NOT be staying here again :)

when we checked in we were told parking wasn't included they didnot own the parking lot. we were told to go and prepay parking. the gate attendant told us pay when we leave. whos right? on the bill we were charge for a second person in the room? between parking and additional charges i wont book there again..oh yeah it cost 16 dollors for over night […] and we moved the truck to park n fly in the morning. 더 보기

first of all I was there for a funeral. When I pulled up I parked my car in the front of the hotel and went in to registar when I came back out 5 min later there was a note on my car saying it would be towed because it was illeagally parked. The sheets on one of the beds were dirty. And I left a pair of sunglasses on the desk in my room when I left( […] I know for sure ) but when I called to have them sent back to me at my cost no one had seen them. This is not the first time I had trouble there. Back in Aug I stayed there and I had to argue to to be charged twice for parking when I had a recipt that I had prepaid for park and fly parking. when I returned to pick up my car they told me they dont prepay and disregarded my recipt. The Hotel was nice and clean, the room was nice and clean, wish we could have had pay per view movies for a lazy night. "Harry's Pub" was AWESOME, Manny was a real treat to deal with. Made the experience pleasurable.

We were pleasantly surprised with a bright cheerful accomodations. We could not have asked for better service. All our requests were supplied and I have to tell you we will certainly recommend the Doubletree Airport to all our associates. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

My wife and I were happy with the service and the affordable rate. Proximity to the 401 and the airport is a plus. We were worried that we'd hear the planes, but we didn't. We also enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

In normal conditions the hotel would have been fine, there's ample parking with large meeting rooms on site. My stay began with fire alarms due to malfunction followed with a broken water pipe 5 floors above which leaked in to my room the rest of the night.

We prepaid our night at this hotel and were awoken to fire alarms at 2:10 am, followed by severe in room and hallway flooding due to a broken sprinkler pipe. The front desk personnel were not equipped to deal with irrate, tired and wet customers and handled it very poorly. They also continued to let the water run thus causing more damage to the lobby […] floors as well. Not impressed at all. We checked out at 4am. 더 보기

The hotel was very nice and the service was great. The area was a little noisy with planes flying in and out. The planes were in clear view of the window and could be a little frightening at times. The breakfast buffet was excellent and made up for the difference. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay, close to many places... Nice facilities, friendly staff... But busy hotel @ loby but quite at the rooms

This hotel was top notch for bottom dollar. Big flat screen tv, hardwood desk/dresser combo was perfect for laying out lots of work materials. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Room was very quiet for being right next to the airport. Staff was very friendly.

Great buffet breakfast included... Hotel public areas were beautiful but room was a but lackluster with visible water damage. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Pool with waterslide was great- kids loved it, although waterslide hours are not the best. Cookies upon checking in were delicious, and staff happily give out more when available

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel conveniently located close to airport. Staff very friendly.

Got a great deal at hotel.com. The room is beautiful. Love the 24 hr gym facility. And the two water slides were fun. The warm chocolate chip cookies hit the spot. Everything was great until they charged me $102 extra and now, I will have to fight for it.

Atlantic hotel here Halifax is the big hotel like yours, but don't have low rate like yours.

A truly fantastic experience from the moment I entered the hotel until the moment I checked out. Staff were friendly, attentive and genuinely wishing to extend excellence in service. Food was great. The chocolate chip cookies were fabulous! A great experience and will book here again.

overall is ok. Especially, people who works at the front desk, were very kind. I thought that i have to pay parking but they waved parking fees because I arrived at night. If you want to try restaurant around hotel, I don't recomment because they are all franchise but I strongly recommend inside hotel. I loved the restaurant Ginko which is Japanese […] restaurant located inside hotel. The restaurant is run by real Japanese so food is authentic and price was ok. I will definately go back for restaurant :) 더 보기

The hotel is great. I would recommend it to anyone. The cookies were delicious. The only disappointment was the hours the waterslide was open. It is only open from 4:00 to 8:00 and we had to leave the hotel at 5:00 and couldn't use it the next morning. The boys were really bummed out. Probably won't stay again because of this.

The lobby area was very nice. We were in a newly renovated room and it was very nice. The hallways had been redone and they looked good. I was clear that this is an older hotel. The room doors were very dated. The hotel was in the process of renovating the elevators. Those that were finished were great. The old elevators were in rough shape and smelled. […] All in all the hotel is fairly good but they do need to do some major renovations and updates. 더 보기

We were very surprised and disappointed at the condition of the hotel. Hallways were diingy and yellow. Three of the five elevators not working. Lounge chairs were old and stained. Food wasn't great either. For our return stay, we booked elsewhere - and decided to eat the non-refundable room charge. This is how much we didn't want to stay here again. We generally stay at a budget type hotel, but, because we prepaid for the room, it was the same price as a budget hotel; parking was extra and Hotels.com did not mention that fact during the booking. The hotel, overall, was very clean. The room was mostly clean 9 out of 10. The room was a bit cramped and no fridge. We left too early the next morning […] (to catch a flight / near YYZ airport) that we did not get to see how the breakfast was. I would stay here again if I got that same great rate. 더 보기

Breakfast was not provided though we were under the impression it was included. However, considering the rate we got it was not all that bad.

It's a very good place to stay with this low cost in Toronto!!!

Located down the street from the Toronto airport, the hotel is about 15-20 minutes from downtown. I enjoyed the amenities and appreciated the servies (i.e. providing the little stuff that we forgot, free of charge - toothbrush/past, mending kit, cork screw, etc.). The pool was nice and stayed open late (11pm) and the beds were plush and clean. The free […] wi-fi and free printing was an added bonus and overall, a great buy for the money. 더 보기

It was an amazing stay. I've been to my fair share of hotels, and this is one of the few that left me feeling at home. Its very clean. There is extremely fast check in and check out. I loved it!

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel expecially with that price. Only one complaint I have was the coffee maker did not functioned propertly - missing a part. After it was replaced, it was fine.
