The room they gave us for 2 adults and 2 kids was outstanding because it was adjoining and had two of everything. One of kids is 17 so very much needed 2 bathrooms. A lot of space , little kitchenettes. The people at front desk were helpful. The only thing was when we were out for the day and returned, the beds were made and some things we had on bed […] were missing. We asked to see if they were mixed in with their laundry. The guy came to our room and said no one was in our room. That was impossible cause our beds were made, and my son said it was same sheets. So, it appeared they changed beds, but whoever was in there made the beds neat, that's it. I was concerned about any money or valuables in my room, wasn't too sure how much I could trust the workers. After check-in, we had some issues with the room access card opening the automatic garage door to park our car. Fortunately, the manager quickly resolved the issue and even provided an adjoining room because there was only 1 bed in the room we were originally provided for 4 people. The rooms have an electric burner installed but the circuit breakers […] are turned off for the safety of the guest's children. The Manager offered to provide us a microwave but decided to turn the burner back on after he had seen that we had brought our own cookware to prepare our meals in the room and take it with us when we went out to explore each day and we didn't have any small children. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the train station, 30 minute train ride from the Paris City Center, the hotel has secure parking in the underground parking area at no additional cost and the hotel was 10 minutes from the expressway which when we arrived had very little traffic, unlike Paris itself. This hotel was lovely. It's in an ideal location if your planning on visiting Disney as the tube station is only a 2 minet walk away. The rooms were lovely and big and very clean. The only thing that stops me giving it 5/5 is that the power keep going of and when we said about it down in reception, they did nothing about it. My friend and I were traveling to Paris/Disneyland and chose this hotel for its location and budget price. We are extremely easy going and low-maintenance, but this hotel was a NIGHTMARE!!! We checked in and lugged our things to our room with no assistance from the staff, only to find they had stuck us in a room with 1 bed and 1 cot which they claimed […] was an "upgrade"- it wasn't what we were paying for so we demanded to be moved. We had to stay in that room for 3 days WITHOUT hot water (it was snowing outside) and when we were moved the room we had originally booked the phone didn't work, only 1 out of 4 lamps worked, and the heater was broken. Additionally the card keys were so worn and old they didn't scan the entire stay and we had to keep having the hotel staff reset them. The staff made no apologies for the conditions and even BLAMED us- apparently asking for lights and a heater in freezing weather is WAY too much to ask. On our flight to Paris our luggage was lost and when it was finally delivered by the airline to the hotel 3 days after the incompetent reception SENT IT BACK saying there were no guests under the names given! The luggage was under the name of my friend who PAID for the room and was supposed to be listed on the reservation!!!! I brought up all my concerns with the manager who FINALLY appeared after a week and he basically blamed everything on us. He took no responsibility and it wasn't until I got verbally aggressive that he insincerely apologized. 더 보기

I didn't follow the bad reviews when booking this hotel but read the good reviews. It was in a good location from the station and also 2 stops to Disney. The manager Cyril was very friendly as well as the staff. Language barrier wasn't a bother as some of the staffs and manager speaks English. Not a best hotel out there but hey you get what you pay for. Only a stop away from Disney land and 40min away from Paris city centre. Very convenient if you are visiting the disney land. I would visit them again in future n would recommend them to family and friends too.

I cant complain, Disney world was close, just one train stop away. But going to Paris takes 20 mins on the train and costs 5 euros. Going to airport is possible on public transport but takes long and requires changing to metro etc, and taxis from this place are expensive. Very nice neighborhood though :)

We tried to tell the lady at the front desk, but she didn't understand us and eventually told us that the mgr would be in in the morning (because it was very late at night). This was a great hotel. Very close to subway and only two stops from Disney. Heading into Paris took about 1/2 an hour and didn't require changing trains. The staff at the hotel were great and were always available to help out. I am planning to stay there again in the future.

Er lived at the hotel for 2 nights, forstyrre Day er arrived at 14,30 but our room was not ready yet ;-( er had to wait another Half hour even though this site says that the rooms are ready at 13,00. We finaly got our room and it was a nice big room, but the stopper in the bathtub was missing i told it to the reception but they didnt dó anything, so […] when our 3 year old kid wanted to go in the bathtub er had to fix with some cloth and plastic. Now to the cleaning, the first day everything was fine the second was not good enough they didnt empty the trash can or cleaned the cup i left in the sink and they did not refill our instant coffe bar either. This kinda service i would expect from a 1 or perhaps 2 stars hotel but NOT from one with 4 stars. Now too the hotels resturante we desidet to eat dinner there and breakfest the next day, the waiter at dinner was very arogant and it felt like we were a bother All the time this i would expect at mc donalds not here. We went down to breakfest around 9 oclock just to find that All the tables were filled with dirty Things so to be able to eat breakfest we had to clean our table first thats very annoying.
