베스트 웨스턴 로마 글로부스 (Best Western Roma Globus) - 로마

더블룸은 넓고 쾌적했고 화장실이나 기타 시설등도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 방 조명도 잘 통제 되었구요. 아침 조식도 만족스러웠습니다. 직원들이 썩 친절한 편이지는 않았으나 유럽 표준정도는 되었구요. 단, 밤에 여자둘이 걸어들어가기에는 지하철역에서 5분정도 떨어져 있으니 조금 무서울 수도 있습니다. 트램을 이용할 경우 조금 더 접근성이 좋구요. 그러나 떼르미니역 바로 근접한 허름하고 낡은 호텔보다는 제대로 된 호텔이라 메트로 이동비용 1유로 정도는 충분히 투자할만 하다고 생각합니다.

Nothing special. Hotel ok, personell friendly, service fine, breakfast ok WiFi free but bad. Not so close to tourist attractions. Business hotel. Affordable.

It was a pleasant and quiet hotel in a good neighbourhood (university). The breakfast was nice with various snacks for every appetite. The room was clean and cosy but the bathroom a little bit small. During the first day we had a problem with the hot water but the staff tried to fix it immediately, athogh we still had to wait about five minutes for […] hot water. The location of the hotal is not very convenient for sightseeing because you have to change metro line to reach all the roman sites excepr Colisseum and this becomes kind of tiring when you have to do it at least twice a day. In addition, you also have to walk about 500 meters to get to the closest metro stop (Policlinico). As a closure, i think that the hotel offers you a fair stay with a lot of benefits but also some drawbacks that you have to consider if you want to spend your stay in Rome as an original tourist. 더 보기

Not really a Best Western Hotel. Rooms quite small but adequate for a short stay. A BIT FAR AWAY FROM THE CENTRE (2 stops) and 10 min walk to Metro. Be wary of Pickpockets on Metro. Women with babys act as distractors.

Hotel rooms were a bit on the small side but staff was extra friendly. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel as we spent the day in the city even after we checked out. The breakfast buffet is also exceptional

While this hotel is not central, it is only two metro stops or one bus ride from termini. The policinico metro stop is two blocks away. The hotel is located in a university/hospital area. Great pizza shops abound and there is a small market just down the street on the opposite side of the road to the hotel. A larger market and pharmacy is located near […] the computer store and office buildings at the major road junction where you get off the metro line. By the way, there is a disabled elevator at one of the metro exits which helps with your luggage. The room we had was on the top floor which was great. We had our own deck area which had high shade potted plants. Breakfast was very good for Italy. They had hot scrambled eggs as well as the usual continetal breakfast items. The only thing lacking was poor maintance of our bathroom shower. The head was damaged and had scale build up, and the glass shower door over the bath was missing the rubber seal towards the wall and as a result water flooded the floor. These are easy items for them to fix. The staff had good english and there is free wi fi in the lobby and two computers for guest use. For the price, great value. 더 보기

This hotel appears to be undergoing some low-level renovation with evidence of construction in the stairwells and on some floors. But there was no noise at any time. The front desk personnel were extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms were on the small side but comfortable. Costs fluctuate wildly depending on the day of the week and, presumably, […] time of year. During my one-week stay (May 2011), the nightly rate increased by 133% over the course of the week. (TH,FR,SA being the most expensive). The breakfast room was clean and roomy. Breakfast included hot and cold dishes buffet style, including a self-serve espresso machine. My only complaint is that the advertised wireless internet access was completely unreliable. The only place where one had a fighting chance to connect successfully was in the hotel lobby. A little difficult to find from the metro but once located there were no issues. Room was great - beds a little hard for our liking - but other than that no complaints. Breakfast buffet was really good. Had dinner in the restaurant one night, quality of food and price were good. Would stay again if in Rome in the future.

I was not impressed by several things, primarily these two (a) the reception staff made no effort to communicate in English even though they knew I was not Italian, (b) the location of the hotel seems run-down with graffetti filled walls and desolate after sundown. We didn't feel safe to venture out as well. Getting to the center city or places to visit […] by taxi is costly so folks should factor in that when they choose this place. We have stayed in a quite a few hotels this year and this was the best one out of all of them. It's clean, modern, and quiet. Internet was free of charge. The only downside is the location. It's quite far out of town, but you can use the metro, which is only about a 300 metres walk away. At breakfast there was plenty of choice.

Pros: - large room, with coffe machine and air dryer (not seen in other hotels in our italy trip) - good breakfast - good service - free Internet - balcony on some rooms Cons: - a bit far from touristic sites (and almost 10 minutes walk from metrro Policlinico). This hotel and staff and breakfast were brilliant. Firstly the Staff - the guys and gals at the front dest were brilliant, really really friendly, go with a happy face and they really will go above and beyond (my partner took ill and they printed off a list and maps of local 24 hour pharmacy's... thats amazing service to me. The hotel - Nice quaint hotel, securities great, the rooms were lovely and clean and massive telly (although it was all in Italian ;-) ), the cleaners were really helpful giving extra towels and cups when needed even with the language barrier. The hotel has very thin wall between rooms. If the neighbors are make noise, you just cannot sleep.

For your money is the best.

We got lucky and found a free parking spot for our rental car right next to the hotel and we left it there for three days and took the train to see the sights. The location of this hotel makes for easy excursions to all of the tourist spots. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the metro where you can drop your Euros into a machine that sells you cheap/easy […] transport all over Rome. The front desk staff gave us the keys to our very nice and clean and comfortable room. AC was nice. Beds were great and all was very clean. There's a great wine store about two blocks from Best Western Roma Globus and we headed there after check in. We also found some good food in the area - pizza, happy hour appetizers, gelato, etc. We did all the tourist stuff for three days and enjoyed our time in Rome. The breakfast and dinner at Best Western Roma Globus' restaurant were very good - breakfast was included - dinner was affordable and very convenient and tasty. You can choose to stay here if you want a comfortable bed and clean room basicly.The service is good with sufficient information. Breakfast has a variation and a long opening time. The shower has good presse and hot water. The ambulance cars nearby fortunately didn't disdurb our sleep much. The room is very small with basic conditions but quite clean. […] Flat TV with only a few chanels, but we almost didn't spend time on it. The location is ok for us, just 2 stops away from Termini, but not very convenient for senior turists. You need 10 mins to walk to the nearest metro station and then change to Line A at Termini if necessary. The metro stops at 11.30pm. Outstanding check in service. We arrived early morning and were able to store our bags securely. Staff were very helpful at all times, breakfast was adequate. Really very good for the price. Would definately stay again.

Room clean and comfortable. The only comment is the menu for breakfast included did not change for all 4 days that we stayed there.

This hotel is not particularly close to any of the attractions and is a decent walk into the trevi fountain where most restaurants are located. Otherwise about 8euro in a cab. Very friendly staffs who speak good English. They are helpful and courteous. The room is spacious, with a walk-in closet, foyer and we got 2 double bed for 3 persons. Breakfast was great, good choices and the lady who greeted us at the breakfast room never failed to smile and made us feel welcome all the time. Bathroom is spacious, clean, no moulds […] or whatsoever. Rooms are cleaned everyday. The only thing I dislike is the distance from the hotel to Policlinico Metro station. Quite a distance to walk expecially after a long day of sightseeing. But the reward is a great Gelato shop not far from the hotel that has many flavours and the best we have tasted in Italy. 더 보기

I was very disappointed with the hotel and service. The rooms were not very comfortable and I didn't get the impression of cleanliness, even though I couldn't really see a lot of dirt on a quick look. I spent a night there, as part of our honeymoon trip to Italy. I had emailed the hotel before, to ask them to guarantee we would get a double bed. They […] sent an email back, saying it was confirmed. When we got to the room, there we 2 single beds... the hotel didn't even bother in trying to place them close together. The bath towels were the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen in my life. They were not exactly towels, more like a gigantic tea towel. I called reception to try to get decent ones, but they said that's all they had. To add another negative to our stay, we had to print our boarding passes to catch an early flight on the next day. It was a bank holiday in Italy, which means most of internet cafes would be closed. I think the quality of the hotel was very good (although the outside appearance might not lead you to believe that). The price was good as well, but that's probably because it's not within walking distance of the major sites in Rome. Hotel location is convenient--about 6 min walk to Metro station. It was safe to walk street at night. Room is clean. Hotel's price was little bit too high.

Pluses: relative easy access to metro stop, clean, decent free breakfast, free internet Cons: no hot water, inexperienced customer service desk clerks, poor customer service, not so great neighborhood, not much close by...most sights have to make a train transfer Overall - next trip I will look for a better hotel even if it's further out.

The day staff was great. The night male receptionist was left a lot to be desired. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Close to the subway, within walking distance. Prices reasonable especially for Italy. Overall a good stay.

Two of us were able to check in early, this is 1:00pm, but the curtains did not function properly. Terrace overlooked the busy street of Ippocrates, but even with doors closed noise was bothersome. Very clean, great location, very close to Metro. Friendly stuff. Great breakfast.

Our room was 316, it was a small room with a double bed and a balcony, there was no coffee/teamaker as described, the fridge was also not working. Try ´to avoid the x16 rooms, they are all small and plain. The desk is also not helpfull and at times frustrating.

The room was comfortable and roomy for a very low cost.

We felt comfortable and safe to stay in this hotel and its neighbourhood. The room is simple but clean. But if you are easy to be disturbed by noise of people, make sure you are arranged far from their lift. Because they do have few rooms just right next door to a lift. The family room was excellent. Two adultds and two children were very comfortable. Very clean room, friendly staff and a very nice breakfast sets you up nicely for the days sightseeing. We would recommend this hotel highly and will definately stay again.

Como se trata de uma rede americana, os quartos sao bem espacosos e o cafe da manha e excelente. A localizacao nao e central, mais tem um metro bem proximo (Policlinica), 2 quadras do Hotel que te leva ao centro da cidade onde existem os monumentos historicos. Quanto aos funcionarios, quero agradecer em especial 2 pessoas, o rapaz que fica na recepcao […] de madrugada(muito atencioso) e a menina Desire que tambem fica na recepcao na parte da manha, ambos foram muito atenciosos e prontos a orientar e ajudar em tudo que precisavamos. Mycket bra hotell, med mycket tillmötesgående och hjälpsam personal och bra frukost. Rummen är lite små, men å andra sidan är de moderna. Ganska nära tunnelbanan och också nära buss och spårvagn. Bra kommunikationsmöjligheter. Perfekt för barnfamiljer.

Helt och rent, men med mycket spartanska rum, hårda sängar, dusch och toalett som behövde ses över (rent men slitet). 15 min promenad till centralstationen och ytterligare 30 min till downtown Rom. Ganska tråkigt kvarter, men förvisso relativt lugnt. Okej frukostbuffé. Ingen 3-.stjärna i våra ögon, men helt ok 2-stjärna.

Los empleados del hotel son rudos, el hotel esta limpio pero esta muy lejos de todo, se puede encontrar algo mejor por el mismo precio.. No volveria aqui....

Buona posizione e prezzo ragionevole per Roma. Camera famiglia molto accogliente. Purtroppo c'erano lavori di ristrutturazione nel corridoio della nostra camera (polvere tutto il giorno nel corridoio, anche quando nel pomeriggio a volte si deve rientrare per far riposare i bambini) e ci hanno proposto il cambio di camera solo l'ultimo giorno... Ulteriori […] difetti: rumorosità della camera (le finestre non insonorizzano abbastanza il rumore del viale) e le attese per la prima colazione (bisogna prenotarsi e attendere, a volte non poco).
