Very nice hotel, short walk to the center of the Old Town. Stayed here with two teenagers. Great time. Free wifi in the lobby, free computers to use.

Great staff, central location, easy parking, and restaurant was great and in the hotel. The only down side was wireless access was located in the lobby, but it was quite fast. Lastly, I left my passport and some valuables in the room safe when I checked out. I called the hotel to notify them that evening. hotel is in a good location. the temp of the room cannot be changed, other hotels one can change the heat, at this hotel you get what they give you. the toiletteries in the bathroom are the worst I ever saw they must come from a $ store they are very harsh one can see noone uses them the bottles writing is all worn, peope try it and leave it there. breakfast […] is to expensive for the quality they give you. the location is the only good thing. Very nice hotel, they were in the midst of a renovation but the room was clean and fairly comfortable. Beds a little hard by US standards, but comfortable by European standards. We would go back again without questions. Underground parking was limited but wasn't an issue to get a spot, close to shopping and dining. It was well worth the money.

This was a nice hotel we stayed in for one night. Very close to all the downtown Innsbruck sights. Nice breakfast buffet came with the room. Parking was located right underneath in a city lot which worked out pretty well. For the price, a nice place to stay.

Very clean & nice. Excellent breakfast. Was an easy ten minute walk to downtown. The only negative was the lack of air conditioning on a rather warm evening.

It was very easy to get to the hotel from the train station. This was a new, modern hotel. The ceiling was high and the room was spacious (one queen-size bed). One inconvenient thing was that the doors opened out and not in. We also had trouble with the internet connection. No matter how we tried we were unable to connect. I would have given comfort a "5" if it had air conditioning. It was unusually hot, but they did give us a fan that helped a lot. Very helpful staff with helping us around the city and arranging some entertainment.

The location of the hotel is really good, in the middle of the old city. The room was a new and comfortable. I share comments in the internet, there is a noise isolation problem at this hotel. Stayed for one night and was very exhausted so by help of it we fainted in to sleep other wise it would be painful and hard to fall asleep.

Good hotel, in the middle of the city, close to shopping area, close to the old town, restaurants. The rooms are big, clean, though not very up-to-date. There is no free parking, though the parking is very close, more expensive during weekends. Breakfast is included, many choices. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I definitely recommend this hotel. Great location, polite staff, nice rooms. The breakfast was very nice, and the food and drinks at the Cafe Central were great.

Nice modern decor, attractive lobby, pleasant staff, comfortable non-smoking room, well located, breakfast was included. We liked it and would reommend. Only quibbles- parking is not free; garage access is a little confusing. Availability of a computer for guest use would have been nice - they didn't have.

Between the rail station and the inner city makes the location perfect. Friendly people at the desk. Quite satisfied.

Sehr positiv zu bewerten ist die zentrale Lage, die besser nicht sein könnte. Auch das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und ausgezeichnet. Jedoch überwiegen leider die Enttäuschungen, vor allem bei Ankunft. Es besteht keine direkte Vorfaht zu dem Hotel, da dort eine Fussgängerzone eingerichtet wurde. Eine öffentliche Tiefgarage befindet sich zwar unmittelbar […] vor dem Hotel, die genutzt werden kann wenn das Hotel, so wie in unserem Fall, mal wieder keine freien Parkkontingente zur Verfügung stellen kann. Ein Tip: am Wochenende ist diese Möglichkeit sogar kostengünstiger, als der vom Hotel veranschlagter Preis, solang man lediglich eine Nacht bleibt. Leider schliesst die Küche des integrierten Restaurants schon um 21.00 Uhr. Sehr fragwürdig und ungewöhnlich für ein 4-Sterne-Haus. Man muss also erst auf Parkplatzsuche gehen, dann auf Restaurantsuche. Eigentlich okay, aber es gibt halt Tage, da möchte man nach einem langen Tag einfach nur ins Bett fallen. Das Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen. Der ursprünglich sehr elegante Altbau erfuhr in den frühen 80er Jahren eine Totalsanierung. Vor allem das Badezimmer erwies sich zwar als sauber, doch 30 Jahre Hotelnutzung hinterlassen ihre Spuren. Ein Minimum wäre bei dem Standard keine Schimmelstellen an den Bad-armaturen und Fugen und ferner in der Dusche eine Mischbatterie vorzufinden. Die Ausbesserungen der Zimmereinrichtung und die kleinen Renovierungsarbeiten, die ca. vor 3-5 Jahren durchgeführt wurden, erscheinen lieblos und billig. Das alles wäre gar nicht so schlimm gewesen, wenn in dem Zimmer die Regulierung der Heizkörper in der Nacht möglich (oder nicht so kompliziert) gewesen wäre. Also, leicht enttäuschend, schlecht geschlafen, aber dafür beim Frühstück entlohnt worden. Generell bleibt festzuhalten, dass das Hotel eine Komplett-Renovierung bitter nötig hätte und eine Neuklassifizierung der Sterne-Bewertung vorgenommen werden müsste. 더 보기

zeer nette kamer, schoon, ruime kamer met zitje en bank en bed in andere ruimte (2 kamerapp), badkamer ok (alleen filter met geur was niet onze geur) maar alles zeer goed, genoeg keuze bij ontbijt, een aanrader... Locatie zeer centraal en makkelijk te bereiken, vanaf vliegveld, een klein stukje met de bus en dan 5 minuten lopen en je bent er...

Wenn man mit der Bahn anreist, ist das Hotel optimal gelegen. Hotel sehr sauber und komfortabel ausgerüstet. Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut. Unfreundlich und etwas ruppig haben wir die Bedienung im Hotel-Restaurant empfunden. Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder im Hotel Central übernachten.

Muy buen hotel, a pocas cuadras de la estación del tren y muy céntrico. Lo recomiendo para el que desee conocer Innsbruk. Nos trasladamos siempre a pie. Hotel cómodo con muy buen servicio, lastima que WiFi solo funciona en el loby.

nice place to stay , just 200 meters from the golden roof. friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Eigentlich wollte ich dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt loben, weil das Frühstück excellent, die Zimmer sauber, gepflegt, funktionell und trotzdem angenehm sind. Was ich sehr schätzte war der Holzboden, weil dieser im Gegensatz zu einem Teppichboden um vieles hygenischer ist. Einzig am letzten Tag war das Zimmermädchen so schlampig, dass das Zimmer um 17h […] noch nicht gereinigt war. Wir mußten zu einem Konzert und zogen uns rasch um, doch in der Zwischenzeit war das Mädchen gegangen ohne unser Zimmer zu putzen. Die Rezeptionistin hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt und auch frische Handtücher gebracht, aber so etwas dürfte in einem ansonsten so perfekten Hotel einfach nicht passieren. Es hätte mich schon gefreut, wenn sich beim Auschecken noch jemand diesbezüglich entschuldigt hätte. 더 보기

Das Hotel liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und nur ein paar Meter weiter ist man auch schon mitten im Zentrum. Ausschlaggebend für die Buchung war für mich deshalb die Lage, doch das Hotel hat auch anderweitig überzeugt: ein herrlicher Altbau mit einer wunderschönen Galerie, die Rezeption war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer in Ordnung, […] das Frühstück und Cafè sind ebenfalls sehr gut. We liked this hotel very much. It was clean, confotable and had a great breakfast. The staff was friendly and the localization is good too. I would really recommend this hotel. The only con is the the internet is payed to have access in the room.

Durch seine zentrale Lage ist die Altstadt praktisch um die Ecke. Für ein Wochenendaufenthalt also ideal. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber mit dem üblichen Komfort. Das Bad in unserem Zimmer 207 war sehr grosszügig mit zwei Lavabos. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, man konnte jedes Gespräch aus dem Nachbarzimmer mithören. Das Frühstückbuffet war ok […] aber nicht umwerfend -> Standard. Frühstück gibts nur bis 10Uhr, auch an Wochenenden. 더 보기

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, es ist gut ausgeschildert. Leider sehen die Hotelzimmer so aus, als wären sie aus den 70ern und vom 4 Sterne war nichts zu merken, der Nachtportier hatte Privatkleidung an und wusste nichts vom Zimmerservice, von Bügelservice... Am nächsten Abend stand er mit "Käppie" am Empfang, als käme er von der Disco. Der Frühstücksdienst […] war nicht freundlich um 9Uhr war kaum noch Auswahl und es wurde nichts nachgelegt. Der allgemeine Eindruck war negativ, dunkel und nicht willkommen heissend. Leider werden wir das Hotel nicht empfehlen und nicht wieder empfehlen. Der Parkplatz kostet 15Euro pro Nacht und es war nicht angeschrieben. Die Reinigungskräfte kommen auch in das Zimmer obwohl man ein Zeichen an die Tür macht, dass man nicht gestört werden möchte...
