역에서 2분 거리 깨끗하고 큰 룸 맛있는 레스토랑도 많고 정말 괜찮았아여

호텔이 Shinagawa GOOS 안에 위치하고 있는것을 몰라서 역주위를 좀 많이 헤메다닌것 빼고는 전반적으로 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔방이 작기는 하지만 다른 이코노미 호텔에 비해 조금 더 넓은 편입니다. 혼자서 출장을 목적으로하는 경우에 적합한 호텔입니다. 호텔로비층에 짐을 보관할수있는 무료 코인라커도 아주 좋았습니다. 동경에 간다면 다시 묵을 예정입니다.

처음 일본 여행을 가기 전에는 "시나가와"가 어떤 곳인지 알지 못하였다. 케이큐 EX 인 시나가와은 지하철 환승역에 해당하는 시나가와 역에서 도보로 2-3분 거리에 있어 동경 중심부나 인근 교외 지역으로 지하철/전철로 이동하기 매우 편리한 곳이다. 전철을 주로 이용한 나로서는 매우 만족스러운 여건이었다. 주변 환경도 나쁘지 않아서 밤에 아내와 잠시 나와 산책하며 요기할 곳도 충분하였다. 호텔의 시설은 만족스러웠고 호텔닷컴을 통해 평시 가격에 비해 매우 낮은 수준에서 머물수 있었다. 추천할 만하다.

우선 교통편이 너무 좋아 이용에 편리했습니다. 지하철역사를 나오자마자 호텔이 보이고 호텔로비로 가는 길이 깔끔하고 알기 쉬워서 좋았습니다. 또한 주변 다른호텔에 비해 호텔 로비도 넓고 깔끔하며 많은사람으로 붐비지 않아 편리하게 첵크인 서비스를 받을수 있었습니다. 객실은 트리플 스모킹룸을 예약했는데 공간도 충분히 넓었으며 객실상태도 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 아쉬웠던것은 스모킹룸인데도 불구하고 창문이 열리지 않았던것이랄까요? 이정도의 가격에 이정도의 호텔이라니.. 덕분에 좋은 여행의 추억을 남길수 있었습니다.

위치는 편리합니다. Shinagawa역을 바로 건너서 이지만 주변에 별로 재미있는 것들이 없습니다. 방은 도쿄 숙박시설의 평균보다 약간 크고 보통 가격입니다. 더 비싼 Keio Plaza와 비교할만 합니다(Meridien의 공식 체인이었습니다) 맨 꼭대기에 간판이 호텔 이름이 아니고 GOOS로 되어 있어서 30층건물임에도 불구하고 약간 찾기가 어렵습니다.

This is a nice hotel. Comparable to the Shinagawa Prince Hotel next to it, and a good alternative. I had a nice room. Great view from the back side of the hotel, 16 floors up: Mount Fuji. Clear and cold weather while I was there gave me that view every morning waking up. A couple of small issues: 1) No temperature control in the room. You can control […] the fan, but not the temperature. 2) Only a small hot water pot, enough for 1+ cup of tea in your room. It's located near Shinagawa station ~ 100m. That make me comfortable when travel in Tokyo or come from other city. Moreover, breakfast buffet impresses me with delicious & reasonable price! " Superb location with great buffet"

Amongst the various hotels in the vicinity of Shinagawa JR Station, this hotel provides best value when promotional offers are up. Hope they continue this as rooms are big and not old for the price paid and the convenience factor to the station is a major factor.

Very convenient location near to JR Shinagawa station and supermarket. Hotel service and room were very good. Only negative aspect was the lack of air-conditioning and the room could get quite hot even in winter.

Loved Tokyo and this this hotel helped us stay in easy reach of all things. Free internet was a great benefit to post to facebook. Will stay again

Very good and easy access to JR Shinagawa Station without having to climb up the stairs with heavy luggages. The triple room is quite spacious and new compared to over 10+ hotels in Japan where we have stayed for our last 3 visits in 4 years. No step up into the quite large bathroom also adds to the plus for this hotel. We were impressed by the hotel […] service on our first night when we had problem with Airport Express and the IT staff even lent us his notebook for us to set up the connection. The hotel is located opposite the Shinagawa Station and it's really very convenient. Not all the hotel staff are conversant with English but they are helpful. I had problems with the Video on Demand card and they settled the problem quickly. We had paid to extend 1 room for late check-out but changed our minds. It took a while for them to understand […] that we wanted a refund. But, finally, they refunded us for cancellation of the late check-out. The room was very nice and comfortable. Keikyu EX Inn is strategically located for quick access from Haneda Airport. Being next to the train station made it easy for us to travel to all places in Tokyo. Good surrounding commercial area supported all our basic needs. Glad we made the correct choice hotel for our visit.

The hotel is located just 3 min walk from Shinagawa station. While walking in pathway towards main entrance of hotel, we could hear soothing music which adds to peacefulness of a busy Tokyo. Room is big and comfortable, considering usual hotel room in Japan. But at 23 degree, the hotel actually off aircon and changed into heater. During Nov the air-condition in the room can't be operate, with this the room became very warm, therefore the hotel staff provided a fan for our room to get it cooling, but it really hampered our comfort. Loved the room size & bathroom, just the fact that we could not regulated the air condition in the room.

I chose this hotel because of its location and great price, I heard that the hotel was closed down for a while for renovation but I was not impressed by the rooms at all, still very old facitilies and the beds were hard. The sound isolation was bad you could hear what is going on in the corridor or even next door. However the size of the room is bigger […] for Japanese standards and there are a few clothing stores (expensive), plenty resaturants and a 7-eleven near by. This hotel was closed for 1 year and remodeled from the previous hotel (Le Merridian). The lobby is fabulous looking, unfortunately they did not remodel any of the guest rooms. The rooms were very small. They have no Cable television like CNN and the bathrooms are very old and need updating. I would definately stay at this hotel again as long as the air condition can be turned down so that the room can be cool. We had to ask for a fan for our room because the rooms were so warm. Close to major shopping areas. Not too far from JR station.

price is reasonable and room size is ok. location is convenient but cold air is not enough. a bit hot.

Hotel updated very nice for price. Only problem I feel is it is not as friendly to International travelers. 1. No English T.V. 2. no English newspapers 3. Can not charge restaurants to room 4. No longer do money exchange.

The hotel was great! It was 5 minutes walk from the shinagawa jr line. It was also e same station for Shinkansen. It's very near the haneda airport too which doesn't require a mad rush if you are arriving late! Great place!!!

Excellent location with nice view of Tokyo Tower. Limo Bus direct from Narita Airport to hotel. They do not have porter service. But you can borrow a trolley from the customer service count on the left side of the hotel lobby.

I stayed here for the first time for 2 nights while I am taking care of personal business and I was pleasantly surprised to find it a great stay overall. A comfortable hotel, which is just 15 to 20 minutes from Haneda Airport (via the Keikyu train line) to Shinagawa station, and walk about 5min only to the hotel from Shinagawa station. All toiletries and sleeping clothings (ie. kimono) are provided, which we need not open our luggage to take out our toiletries.

Location is perfect if you are travelling to Haneda airport after the stay. Shinagawa station just 3 minutes across the street. Locker service is also highly appreciated as you can leave your luggage at specific coin locker which is free for first 24 hours.

The hotel is very close to the train station (shinagawa) which connects all trains including Shinkansen to Osaka and Kyoto. The restaurants in the hotel are also recommended

We flew 14 hours and landed in Haneda. It was a few stops on the metro and literally a walk across the street to reach hotel. Staff could speak english ( a real comfort after landing at airport where most only speak Japanese) and were helpful with all questions. Room was a 2 double bed room comfortable and clean. The room was very comfortable located across the street from the Shinagawa train station. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was great. Internet service was extremely slow which was the only down fall. The hotel staff were great and spoken English and were very happy when I spoke Japanese to them. it's the perfection location just near JR station. There're lots of restaurants near by the hotel such as McDonald, Fridays, cafe' shops, Royal Host and Wing supermarket.

交通位置方便，品川車站對面 房間不大，裝修普通，性價比普通 個人不能忍受的缺點: 1.空調僅能選風量，不能決定冷氣或暖氣 2.僅供應皮拖鞋+薄鞋墊，無免洗脫鞋 另希望高樓層僅給我中低樓層，讓剛住過台場美麗殿、新宿小田急南悅的我覺得無言........價格差不多，其他的差很多!

道に迷うことなくたどり着くことが出来、方向音痴のワタシとしてはとてもありがたかったです。部屋も想像していたよりも広く、荷物を広げることが出来て良かったです。 難点はシャワーカーテンが少し臭ったことです。水のいやなにおいがして残念でした。 全体的には満足しているのでまた利用したいと思います。

最新のホテルではありませんが、部屋の広さ、窓からの眺望、清潔さ、駅からのアクセス、どれも大変満足でした。今回は特別料金で泊まれたこともあり、さらに満足でした。 テレビがうまく作動しなかったけど、特別観たい番組があったわけではないので係を呼ぶことはしませんでした。

品川駅からのアクセスもよくスーツケースをもっていても移動が楽。ホテル内も清潔で必要なアメニテイも必要な分だけそろっているため、快適に過ごせた。 値段も安いし、リピートありのホテルです。
