Good value for the money

I was very disappointed in the motel. Locks brocken on outside doors causing me to have to walk around the motel because my key wouldn't work when trying to unload luggage. No hot water in bath or sink. I'm not even sure the phone worked. I tried to dial 0 and got nothing.

I have stayed in other hotels from this chain and they asked for a refundable pet deposit. This one asked for $15.00 extra per night and put me in a different room. Had I not already booked the room I would have gone somewhere else. This is not exactly what i call "pet friendly".

Dirty room, no elevator, dirty pool, stiff beds what else do I need to say?

The hotel was in the process of replacing exterior windows throughout the hotel. When I checked into my room, the door was open and the window to the back of the hotel was being used by workers to drop the old windows from the 2nd floor into a dumpster below. I closed both the door and the window and workers used another means of disposing of the old […] windows. The hotel is right off the exit and very easy to find. Breakfast area is very clean and updated along with the lobby. The bathroom could use some upgrades and you should shut the door before you sit on the toilet or it won't close. However, very clean hotel and friendly staff.

We were pleasantly surprised by this motel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was filling (waffles!). All in all, a good experience. We'd return. Go for it! You'll be happy that you did.

We got their late in the evening like around 8 or 9 pm and the book of resturants they provided either didnt deliver or were miles away one was 110 miles away! And when I called front desk to ask if he knew of any place that delivered since I had two very tired kids he said look in the phone book. Needless to say we had to go out and drive around town […] looking for a place to eat. We asked for extra towels and washcloths because their was 4 of us and only two of each we waited over an hour for them and when we finally got them they were dirty and stained with some brown/black stuff like they were cleaning rags. Then someone came in the middle of the night and let their baby scream for an hour straight and then a few hours someone else laid on the horn for 20 minutes. None of us got any sleep. The rooms were not very clean the floor looked liked it needed to be vaccumed and the shower/tub needed to be scrubbed not just wiped down. I was very disapointed we had stayed at this hotel before and it was ok for a late arrival need a place to sleep for the night place. But this stay was horrible we will not be staying there ever again. Staff was rude too. 더 보기

very nice. Well return when we can

There is no elevator to the second floor. Get a room on the first floor or be prepared to schlep your bags.

The hotel staff were very nice. Hotel a little dated inside. Rooms were clean. Great continental breakfast. i would stay here again.

When I checked in, the clerk said I had a smoking room. Even with my receipt showing I had reserved a non-smoking room, he made me pay CASH for a non-smoking room change.

Nice pool

We were told when we booked our hotel that there were no fees for dogs thats why we stayed there, when we got there we were told there was a $10 fee per dog we had 5. If this was the case I would of stayed at howard Johonson for 69 + FEE. We were charged $99 + $10 per dog. When we got in the room it smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking […] room. the carpets were filthy we didnt even let the dogs sleep on the floor. There were holes and cigarette burns in the carpet. Cigarette burns in our blankets,sinks and bathroom. I definitely would not recommend this hotel with children. The only good part was that it was right off the freeway. Go down the street 5 more minutes and there are other hotels. The breakfast was out by 9am and there were no staff to refill it. 더 보기

I enjoyed our stay even if it was for one night. I had a couple of my nieces and nephews with me so having 3 queen beds was great. The service was great and we had no problems. The only thing I might mention is that the pool was suppose to be a heated pool and my sister, who was crazy enough to get it, said it was freezing. The room smelled like pee. And the internet never worked. Pool is ice cold and the hot tub was more like a warm bath. I have family here so I'm there a lot and will never stay here again

The hotel was right off the freeway and easy to access. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

The outside was acceptable, the whole inside was unclean, the pool wasn't even an option, the room had a musty stale smell, was afraid to go barefoot. The breakfast was a joke, and the whole tiny lobby smelled of burned toast. We went to Perkins to eat - bad choice again. Should have gone to BJ's or Taco Bell, or Maverik gas station. Good complimentary continental breakfast with hot waffles. Microwave and fridge in the room are an added bonus.

We requested a non smoking room. We did get a non smoking room. We could smell the cigarette smoke from the hall way and the other rooms. The view from our window was a pile of car tires. Staff was very friendly.

Great room for the money....easy access

Very old and needed lots of up grades. The breakfast was great. Great location. It was just a place to rest our heads driving across country.

Good deal for the price

The hotel wreaked of cigarette smoke, was dirty, the keys only worked once and had to be rekeyed several times over the two day period. The pool water was dirty, the continental breakfast was sub par.

Arrivé à l'hôtel on nous attribue une chambre fumeur. Négociation en cours. On nous demande 5$ afin de nous transférer dans une chambre non-fumeur. Finalement, preuve à l'appui que nous avions réservé une chambre non-fumeur on nous en donne une. Elle sent la cigarette à plein nez mais bon. Il y a une piscine, on peut constater que l'eau est trouble […] mais les enfants n'y ont vu que du feu. Ils étaient contents. 더 보기

hotel tres classique parfait pour un transit machines à laver et secher pas chéres bien pratique

hôtel classique, sans plus. le gros défaut: les portes claquent très forts (à minuit, c'est pénible!). chambre très mal insonorisée!
