Very satified with everything.

very nice hotel--enjoyed our stay

The hotel was fine. My problem was the fact that there were students on a trip that were running in the halls slamming doors much of a night. Certainly did NOT get a decent night's sleep!

Everything was great until the smell off goat cheese and hairy christner music was blaring!!

The restaurant was terrible/

reserved room on line for 4 adults 2 teens they gave us a room with a queen bed and a pull out couch then they brought in 2 cots no room to walk through room very uncomfortable front desk really showed no concern.

Nice, big hotel conveniently located about a mile from I-81. Quiet although fairly full of guests. Good restaurant, reasonably priced, and free breakfast. Nice indoor pool is fun for the kids although very loud accoustics and pool furniture needed. One minor thing - mattress was too soft for me. Helpful staff. Very pleased with stay.

Although your room has a microw & frig, you also have a inexpensive, family friendly restaurant in the hotel. If that's not what you want there are several popular restaurants nearby (Outback, Applebee). Finally the mall is nearby too. The movie theater is closeby as well. The room is neat, clean & great pillows! Really enjoyed my stay

We were extremely happy with our accomendations. Although we arrived abit early we were able to check in and the man at the front desk was extremely friendly and kind to us and didn't act like we shouldn't have been so early. We enjoyed the use of the great indoor pool. We asked for a roll away bed as well and the girl who delivered it was very friendly. […] We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to other travellers. The hotel is located near Martinsburg Mall, restaurants, and other retails stores. It is also close to Harper's Ferry, Charles Town, and if you like you can go to Hagerstown Prime Outlets. My boyfriend and I loved the location and the hotel was more very clean. I definitely recommend this hotel if traveling in the area.

wonderful wish the restaurant was closer to home

I was very pleased with the quality of this hotel. The food in the restaurant was good but make reservations as they are often busy. The bed was very comfortable and the 'pillow menu' was a nice touch. Indoor pool was really nice! I would definitely stay there again.

We spent an evening in Martinsburg ans could not have been more pleased with this hotel. Check in was a breeze. The reception person was pleasant and more than competent. Wasn't required to leave a credit, unless I chose to do so. Answered a couple questions regarding local activities and restaurants without hesitation and correctly. The room was more […] than adequate, clean, extremely well maintained. Free wireless internet access and even had a Cat 5 cable for those without wireless capabilities. More than reasonably priced room service selections and what appeared to be a nice restaurant on the premises, although we went out for dinner. The only "complaint" I would have would be a structural concern regarding a small bathroom. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations and would visit again without hesitation! 더 보기

My room was clean, comfortable; everything you would expect plus the added convenience of a fridge AND microwave. But my biggest surprise was the customer service. When the front desk checked me in and asked if I wanted to leave a card on file, without thinking I pulled out my ATM card. If you don't already know it, when you use an ATM card, the hotel […] puts a hold on your account equal to your number of nights stay. Because I prepaid for the hotel through hotels.com, the clerk was not supposed to hold that much of my funds. I called the next morning after I checked out because I saw that Holiday Inn had indeed placed a hold on available funds. The hotel manager was cordial and accomodating when I explained what happened. He APOLOGIZED for the error, contacted my bank to explain, and called me back within 30 minutes to tell me the hold was removed. I was relieved and very happy. I'll be using Holiday Inns more often just because of that one excellent example of customer service. 더 보기

We went on a holiday weekend for one night and enjoyed our stay. The night clerk was a tad surly, but the room was clean and the hotel modern and well-kept. The hotel had a cot ready and we managed the five of us in our family well in the twin queen room.
