My family recently stayed here for a family reunion in Windsor, Ontario. I booked 4 rooms which they put conveniently close together. The kids enjoyed the pool facility. We all enjoyed the newly renovated restaurant for breakfast. Service was great and all staff were friendly and helpful.

I was very disappointed in the shuttle service to the International Wine Festival dinner on the shores of Lake Erie. The desk clerk informed us that the shuttles ran every l5 to 20 minutes, however we waited an hour and 20 minutes. We discovered from the driver that she was the only shuttle and the trip to the Festival was 25 minutes long. I feel it […] was unfair to be charged $20.00 for this service!!!! 더 보기

Nice Hotel on main road, easy check in and out. Good size room nice and clean, free internet and swimming pool. They even provided free laundry powder for washing machines which was greatly appreciated. Very happy with our stay there

Nice friendly reception, clean rooms but a bit smaller than we exspected. restaurant and bar had last their liqour licence so no beverage service available.

It was a great hotel if that's all u are looking for but if u are looking for a jacucci tub or hot tub i wouldn't recommend it plus they were trying to be nice about our situation being we got screwed over by your company and offered us a free breakfast but my wife said no thx we just wanted a hot tub or two person jacucci.

Yhis hotel is an excellent place to stay. Access to hotel was excellent. The staff at the desk were great, they were ready and willing to answer any questions. Hallways were very clean and well lite. the room was great, clean, beds excellent large t.v. everything worked, washroom spotless. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Good hotel at a good price. I liked the friendly service and the cleaning staff seemed to be on top of things. Because of a medical procedure I had done in the city, I had to stay in the room for most of my 3 day trip. I found the room comfortable enough to easily do this. I saw signs apologizing for the construction at the hotel and in some of the […] hallways but I saw no evidence of any construction. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have found the quality consistent and never had any problems. I find it reliable. Parking was adequate and you don't have to walk very far. There were a number of fast food places within walking distance. I will continue to stay here when I visit Windsor. 더 보기

This is an excellent hotel for family visits and get togethers. If you're looking to be closer downtown do not stay here. It's not close to anything. My only other problem was that we chose this hotel specifically for the swimming pool, but at the time of our stay the pool was closed. Other than that the hotel was beautiful, and service was great.

You never know how good a company's customer service is until you have a problem. I had several issues with my stay. The staff did everything possible to show me that they wanted to make my stay an enjoyable one. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the managers were excellent. If you want to stay in a hotel with great customer service and with a staff […] who truly appreciates you, this is the place. The hotel was very clean and not far from the downtown area. They made me forget the issues that I had with my stay. Please understand, my issues could have happened to anyone. I am please to be the first person to rate this hotel. My family loved it too!! Great pool and restaurant. Did I mention how pleasant the staff was in the hotel restaurant? They were fantastic too. When I go back to Windsor, this is where I will stay. 더 보기
