Excellent value with very nice staff and excellent location. Clean accommodations with very functional kitchen area- great for bringing ones own food to keep costs down. Bed average from a comfort standpoint. Bring your own shampoo. I will be travelling very regularly to this area and will continue to use this hotel.

I really enjoyed the stay the people were great, the room was clean and polished and very comfortable. NO COMPLAINTS.....

i stayed only 1 of my 3nights..I was not satisfied with the room or surrounding guest.

Both times staying, there continues to be a lot of noise all night like someone walking or children playing and management hasn't returned my call a week later.

I stayed at extended stay for a romantic getaway with my girlfriend. Vicky the hotel manager was extremely nice and when I requested a late check-out she gladly accomadated us which we really appreciated. She also called to make sure we had everything we needed. I was very happy with my stay here and would easily choose them again if the price is comparable to others. I was a little nervous about my choice due to some past reviews, but it appears that those problems have been addressed.

Good price, but an older hotel. Noting scary, but do to expect luxurey.

The whole hotel was pretty run down... Nothing like what the picture show. The rooms are VERY minimal although it was nice to have a full site fridge, stove, sink, and microwave. The problem for me was that I did not rent a car and the location of the hotel made it so that you could not get to many places without a cab because of not being able to cross […] highways. Led to a lot of waiting around for cabs and pointless short can rides.. The rooms do not get cleaned unless you are there for more than a week. Not even minimal cleaning which most of us have come to expect. There is no option of ordering movies or anything. There is no free wifi either. I would reccommend La Quinta Inn and Suites just next door. The rooms are MUCH nicer, friendly staff, free wifi, free breakfast and micro fridge in room! 더 보기

I made a reservation at the last minute and was able to get a VERY nice room. The premises and room were very clean and I was very impressed. A great deal for the price. I would stay there again and I would recommend the facility to anyone staying in the area.

In town for Naval grad ceremony 3 nights. The place was clean and the night staff (Lynn) was very pleasant and helpful. She printed multiple directions to the base and made sure I had a nice room, even called to check on my comfort! Plenty of restaraunts, sits very close to hwy & shopping mall!!! I AM PICKY!!! Definitely good for what you are paying. Full kitchen was an added bonus.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous and helpful. Anything that I needed was already in the room. I asked for extra items in the room, and they were there instantly. Compared to the other hotels in the area, a better value and a lower price per night.

I had 3 beds in my room. I reserved a room with one queen bed. They didn't even tell me when I checked in that there would be 3 beds in the., the room was very crowded my boyfriend even trip during the night. All the front desk said was oh we are sorry they should of told you that we had to put extra beds in the rooms !!!

just need to work on the pillows for the beds. the first night was very uncomfortable second ask for two more pillows sleep was comfortable

The hotel is only a 20 min walk from six flags which is very convenient so we walked to and from the park without having to pay for parking. We took advantage of the kitchen and the fridge and brought and ate our own food. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also went to an outlet mall which was only a 10 min drive from the hotel.

Really great room for the price. Would have preferred an King bed but Queen worked.

Our bathroom was not stocked with the proper amounts of toiletries (i.e. we did not receive an extra roll of toilet paper, and the roll we were given had almost been completely used). And at check-in, we were given the key to a room that was already being occupied. We ended up walking in the room and scaring the couple taht was in there.

I was asked to pay extra 3 bucks each time i wanted new linen. Isn't that included in the price I payed for the room? Unbelievable. Its not that 3 bucks is a lot, but its the principle.

The only problem I found with the room is that I requested and booked a smoking room, and it was a great deal breaker with other hotels not offering such. When I checked in my room had a no smoking sign. I was advised they did not have a smoking room. It was very cold outside. Was in walking distance of everything, no need for a car.

Room was great...wish we had stayed longer to make use of the kitchen and all. We only slept and woke up early in the morning to go shopping.

Not clean & the beds & pillows were hard, we asked for new pillows & we were told they ALL were being washed???

Being in the housekeeping business I found the facility overall clean, but many of the details were not being done well. Such as: Elevator tracks & cab dirty. Wall marks. Strip from carpter to hard floor in room. Restroom floor not swept well. Outside evening smokers mess in the AM. (left about 7:45A). Outside smokers fumes not pleasant being sucked […] in via A/C. Many guests? loitering in front of building late in evening (arrived each night at 10P after meetings - check in at 4:30) when I arrived causing me to question the safety of myself & my vehicle. Good points: Tub clean Toilet clean Carpet vacuumed Staff friendly & outgoing Bed made well Counters clean Frig clean Last would have been nice to have plug in internet, in addition to/instead of wireless.
