The Hotel is very nice (is completely wite!) the pool and the entire view are georgeous!!! In the room we stayed in, the air conditioner worked very good, we had a mini bar with some chips, nuts, coffe, water, beer and wine and in the bathroom we had the basics (shampoo, soap, towels, you can dry your hair as well!) Very clean!! The Internet is not […] free, which (in my opinion) it should be. It cost 20usd per 24hrs. The food is ok but not extremely delicious. They have a store inside the hotel and there you can buy some souvenirs, soda, beer, wine, bathing suit, sunblocker, sandals, and more basic ;) The waiter takes your order but it takes almost 15minutes to arrive at your table. I think is because they are just a few and have to attend to all the guest. I would come back to this hotel! I really enjoyed my stay! 더 보기

Las Hadas used to be the icon of Mexican beach resorts. Unfortunately, time has passed it by. The rooms are old and dated but do have spectacular views. It is apparent that little has been invested in the resort to keep pace with the times. I was there 15 years ago and it's strange to see how it has changed for the worse.

Las Hadas was beautiful. A true tropical paradise with friendly staff, lovely beach, and amazing architecture. The minarets and arches added such a nice touch to the atmosphere. This resort was made famous in the 70's and is stuck in the 70's. Got a good price on the room (not all-inclusive) online but got stuck at the very top of the hill. Believe me, it's a long hike. Tried to upgrade, but not available for less than 2X what I had already paid. Bed was hard as a rock, no hot water & no telephone from the room (had to go through […] operator for each call at $3 a call (local)). If you want coffee, even though there is a coffee pot in the room, you only have a packet for the first morning, after that I could get no one to give me another coffee pack even though I tried asking the maid, calling the front desk and room service for another packet. Overall, service was marginal at best & outside the hotel itself there are very limited options for dining, shopping, etc. On the plus side the pool & beach are very nice, pleasant, safe, quiet & laid back. 더 보기

Las Hadas is a beautiful hotel. A little older, but has lots of character and was well maintained. My only complaint (and many other guests that I spoke to expressed the same concerns) was that the service from the staff was terrible. It took forever to get a drink, or be served a meal. Hotel Las Hadas lacks proper management in reservations and dept. of food and beverage. What was advertised is not what we got. The building behind the parking lot required golf cart service everytime you wanted to "visit" the main part of the hotel, pool, or beach. If you forgot something in your room, another trip required, and of course at tip was […] customary. Water in the room is not potable but you can drink their bottled water for a marked up price! We paid an additional fee per night in order to have a room part of the resort. Service in the restaurant was unorganized and slow. Our rate included breakfast but it was unclear to the waiters how it was to be documented. We arrived by tour bus. There was no assistance in parking. It was a pretty good hike to get to the front desk. Check in was longer than needed. They were called far in advance and then again 15 minutes prior to arrival. There were two agents only. The manager was no where to be found. The food and beverage director only made apologies and excuses. Bottom line............they are overrated. 더 보기

This was not a very good experience. We had discussed the details of the trip with both our travel agent and the management at Las Hadas The general staff were very nice and supportive but to get bar service at the beach that night was like pulling teeth. I cannot understand why they would treat us the way they did. Business cannot be that good. I know […] that the 40 people in our group will probably not go back there because of the way we were treated. Also i ordered room service one night late and found that they only had two items on the menu from the 9 advertised. That's right - all they had in the middle of high season were hamburgers and ham and cheese sandwiches. Everyone was nice… this is a 1st class resort… Was there on business for 4 days and the only thing I wish was better was the gym facilities they only have a few machines and plenty of treadmills which I felt was is more geared towards people who train with weights. This resort is HUGE and my room had lovely views of both the pool and beach; please note […] that if you’re a family with young kids and looking for a get away this place is PERFECT for you. When I was there saw lots of families with little ones up to teenagers so you don’t have to worry about seeing college kids drinking crazy like in the neighboring resorts. I do wish that Hotel.com offered the ALL inclusive (11am -11pm) price when booking reservations. Also if you decide to go the Bell boys and other service workers explained to me that you can get CRAZY low rates from September to December and they upgrade you to suites at a normal standard room cost. We have been here many times and enjoy ourstay every time. For the last two years, occupancy has been way down - we suspect only 15 % this January. Ths Brisas Beach Club category is recommended. The only negative we have is the cleanliness of the floors in the rooms and the excessive wine prices. I was expecting to have a luxury hotel because of the price I paid, but the air conditioner was not working for 3 of the 4 days of my stay. Even though I called to get it repaired it still was not fixed. In that kind of weather, with that much humidity and no A/C it was hell.

El diseño del hotel es maravilloso, requiere mucho mantenimietno y sobre todo las toallas estan muy percudidas que dan el aspecto de sucias. El seervicio en general es de bueno a muy bueno.

El 15 de septiembre organizaron una cena al aire libre desgraciadamente estuvo lloviendo y se arruino, les falto un poco mas de organización, porque con unas carpas se hubiera solucionado un poco el problema, ya que inprovisaron uno de los restaurante cubiertos de hotel que desgraciadamente estaba muy pequeño para toda la gente que reservo.

Es un gran hotel desgraciadamente no han mantenido a su alura. en general no ha recibido la conservacion requerida, 2 de los tres restorarntes cerrados, mobilirio descuidado.

En general esta bien, pero tiene fallas. El telefono no funcionaba cuando llegue y tampoco el clima. Los meseros en el restaurant los palmares son muy lentos para atender cuando lo hacen, la mayor parte de las veces no hacen caso. La alberca excelente, aunque la persona encargada de la toallas casi nunca estaba en su lugar.

El hotel y sus instalaciones ayuda a disfrutar la vegetación y clima de esa ciudad
